Yeah, I definitely would not skim it as what you shared seems to follow other patterns of anxiety I've seen and experienced. Ask your therapist about trying alpha stimulation because it helps me relax immediately. An at home version of this is binaural stimulation. I use the app, Brain Waves - Binaural Beats, set the left frequency to 100 Hz and the right frequency to 109 Hz. Put in earbuds and set the timer for 20 minutes or multiples of 20 minutes.
This stuff is working for me because of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I tend to use the Calm app for meditation. It emphasizes some Eastern philosophy which I don't care for, but I'll use the lovingkindness meditation and alter the words slightly (like from happiness to joy) so it falls in line with Biblical doctrine.
Talk with your pastoral counselor about this because he/she will have so many more resources available than me. But mindfulness has been a game-changer for me. I am hoping it can be a game-changer for you, too.
Check out online tone generator. The "binaural beats" link in the left hand column will do exactly what you want, but it's not downloadable. On android, I believe Brain Waves does what you want it to do.
From his website, App Store Link (IOS)
You’re still right though. A lot of confusion and paywalls. I’ll search through for the best one and add it to Betterdo. Give me like 2 days. I’ll remind you.
Já tentou frequências binaurais?
Experimenta esse app, use fones que têm um grave bom de preferência.

This is the best app I have used, you can set it to any frequency you want...
http://www.lunarsight.com/freq.htm
This is the best list of frequencies I have found... the frequency list isn't just for binaural beats but also other forms of brainwave and physical frequencies so just keep that in mind, especially when looking at the gamma range. I have read from some research that binaural beats above 30hz won't work and other research says 40hz...
Some of these frequencies listed are backed by a lot of research but a lot of them seem to be more on the fringe edge of science. You just have to experiment with an open mind... There are several listed for APing but I have yet to try them. If you do try them please let me know if you have any success with them. I use a couple different frequencies for meditation in the morning and one before bed sometimes.
I had to go to the video description to check that it's set for a theta wave frequency. Honestly, if it works for you, it works. Great. If not, then download an app for your phone that has presets. You can change the frequencies to what you like best and what gets you the best results.
On Android I use BrainWaves and it's been great.
This free android app uses your phones sound card to produce real non repeated non compressed binaural beats! It produces the real frequencies and not just plays mp3's on a loop

I like this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.luizmello.brainwaves
It uses the actual capacitor in your phone/computer's sound card to create the correct hz rather than replay a looping recording.

This one? It's the free version, but there's also one for 2.99 by the same developer. I've been looking for a good app for binaural beats.
Had nice experience with Brain Waves

Also myNoise generator

This is a very niche app, but I'm a big fan of BrainWaves. (It's a binaural beats generator)
It's got a fairly simple design, but the few features it has are unique and elegantly employed. It's the only one I've found where not only will it play any combination of pitches you want, but it will keep playing in the background, when the screen is off, and even while you are listening to something else with independent volume control. You can listen to your own music or even watch YouTube with this thing going and get the right volume mix.
Maybe they got paid by Synctuition. #LOL
Anyways, here it is:
The free tracks looks good but they come with no guarantee, like they promote their product with Einstein but never promised that their product is capable of turning someone an intellectual like Einstein, also I read somewhere that according to some documented research it is found that the placebo effects generally cease after a maximum of 3 weeks, and so in that case I guess the price is way too high, also if compared to other similar products that are either free or mostly within a range of $1 to $5 or $10, now even if I buy 100 or 200 (or even more) similar apps just to give a try (with a hope that something might work out of 100 or 200 different options), then too in the end I might manage to save some money out of $597, also not to forget its original so-called price of ~~$1497~~.
I read some great things about Brain Waves - Binaural Beats (free version). It also have a paid Pro version at a nominal price of $2.49. You can even try this another audio at Sellfy for just $0.99 that offers a little different technique/approach, they also offer many other similar audios at such nominal prices. There is no lack of similar apps/audios/videos with some good quality either FREE or at cheapest rates, like for example BRAIN SYNC FREE GUIDED MEDITATION: Experience greater clarity of thought, increased creativity, and a healthy dose of euphoria. You will receive 1 download per week for four weeks. (Kelly Howell is the world’s leading pioneer in guided meditation and binaural beat frequency audio technology. She’s a 6-time National Bestselling Audio Author of the most advanced brainwave audio programs available in the world today.)
It's far more better to go with various different options at disposal, the results do vary from person to person, so whichever works for one is always the best.

Oh, try brainwave. It works for me. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.luizmello.brainwaves
And this app is great
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.luizmello.brainwaves
Here's the app that I use:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.luizmello.brainwaves&hl=en
It's normal that it doesn't work if you've downloaded the audio.
Either you have to stay on YouTube to listen to the audio
Either you have to create your own binaural beats (that is not hard at all).
Here is a list of the frequencies : https://free-binaural-beats.com/frequency-list/
Here is a video that explain how to create a binaural beats on computer : https://youtu.be/EE1CqVWq0vc
Here is a app to create binaural beats if you are on phone (android) : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.luizmello.brainwaves
Others stuff to do : - use the law of attraction (you can check out some success stories about physical change thx to the loa on reddit) - use subliminal (personally, I mix binaural beats and subliminal in my audios creations)
It always work. Btw, how old are you?
I have an app that generates binaural beats that you might find interesting https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.luizmello.brainwaves
