There’s a lot of exploration of shrooms for dealing with addiction and it’s been scientifically proven they help with depression.

There’s a great book on how they’re used for psychotherapy called <em>Psychedelic Psychotherapy</em> that I would highly recommend.

Get yourself a mask if you don't have one. It is the easiest way to get down deep. Leave it on for most of the trip. It will send you deep into innerspace. The one linked below its my fav. Items used:

• Bite sized Peanut butter cup molds on Amazon
• 15g Mushrooms
• 50g Graham crackers
• Half cup of Peanut butter
• Melting chocolate
• Chocolate painting brush

Instructions:

1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl.
2. Paint a layer of melted chocolate into both of the peanut buttercup molds with the brush.
3. Refrigerate and then paint another layer once it solidifies.
4. Combine graham crackers and mush into a blender until powdery and then fold into the peanut butter until it is evenly distributed.
5. Divide mixture evenly and add into the mold, then cover the top with the remaining melted chocolate.
6. Refrigerate for a while before extracting from the mold.

Tbh, it's just the cheapest one I could find on Amazon. But I've never had anything burn. I just put it on the lowest temp and it usually takes 7-8 hours. Sometimes more depending on the size of the shrooms.

I bought this one off Amazon a few weeks ago and at the time, it was the cheapest one I could find with reviews. It's also from Presto and has been working really well to get my first flush cracker dry. Keep in mind there's no temp setting (just on/off) and it operates around 165F (which, after combing this subreddit and Shroomery for a loooong time, seems fine)!

Personally, I don't think using them that frequently is productive or beneficial. Any time a person uses substances simply to escape boredom, they're stepping into abuse. If you're bored, find a hobby, read a book, go do something. On the other hand, mushrooms are the safest recreational drug known to science, so ... be aware that there are possible harmful side effects. You can damage your brain. Next time you want to escape some boredom, check out this book, it takes about a day to read and pretty comprehensively covers how to use mushrooms positively, and most of the negatives you should be worried about.

Alright, I'm going to give you the real shit.

• Boil 16oz of water, preferably filtered
• Crush up the shrooms in a grinder. If you're new then try 1 - 2 grams, feel free to do more if you want a more intense experience.
• Dump shroom powder into boiling and reduce to a simmer
• After 15 minutes of simmering, add a tablespoon of lemon juice, and your herbal teabag of choice (I like lemon and ginger herbal tea)
• Simmer for another 15 minutes and then strain through a coffee filter (Teavana PerfecTea Tea Maker works great too)
• Add lots of honey and enjoy the trip

Pour a slow setting epoxy in a plastic vile similar to the ones they are in, then let cure. Cut away the plastic, sand the top and bottom to a crystal shape, then use some Yorkshire grit on a rag (if you have a dremel with a buffer pad use it, trust me it’s a lot easier) and rub until you get that clear look again. Might have to use different grits if sandpaper to get it smooth enough to polish. Course grit to shape, fine grit to finish. If you don’t know what grits to use I suggest 60–120-1000-2000 then polish with Yorkshire grit. You shape with the 60, then sand with the others to make the sanding marks smaller and smaller. Drill a hole on top where you tapered it but not too high to prevent anything from breaking. Thread with whatever material you want and maybe even use some beads if that’s your thing. Btw you can use some epoxy coloring but make sure it’s see through and don’t put too much in. Psilocybin can mess with your blood pressure a bit if it gets your a bit low you are subject to Postural Hypotension. Yes, you fainted, no you never experienced epilepsy which is an entirely different matter.

I use a buchner funnel with the filter paper and a small amount of diatomaceous earth around the edges. This filters the solids out real quick and efficient. Do a little research on this method.

This is the mini fridge 45 bucks. I saw the picture of one guy who used a wine refrigerator that had built-in lights and a glass front it was pretty sweet but a whole lot more than $45 also this little refrigerator can warm something up too so it can be used like an incubator too.

They’re these things you can buy from the store, you just add water and put it in a mug and microwave. I grind up the shrooms and add it in before cooking. It’s really good and I’ve had a smooth come up with it

A 6 gram, eyes closed trip can definitely bring on some weird shit. I've done 5 gram eyes closed trips with a playlist and eyeshades. While these trips were super intense, I didn't encounter anything like you describe.

To be honest its not the greatest but its nifty as fuck. It says 50-1000x zoom. I doubt the thousand. But it made a poppy seed the size of a quarter on my phone with insane quality. Poppy seeds apparently have little divots on them.

The differential is how much variation in the temp you'll allow. So if you set it at 25c with a differential of 5, it will allow the temp to fall to 20c before turning on. For Celsius, I'd keep the differential at 1 degree. I'm in the U.S., so I keep mine at 74F with a differential of 2 degrees so it turns the heat mat on if the temp falls to 72F. It does a great job and so does the humidity controller, which works the same way.

Probably as long as you need to! I have never held on to them longer than a half a year, and they were no doubt just as potent as when they were out in the jar. From what I’ve heard if they are stored properly they can stay active for years with a negligible drop in potency. It’s a very slow decline (ie. Breaking down the active compounds) from what I understand. Once they are dried the main enemies are moisture, oxygen, and light. I store mine in quart mason jars with one or two silica packets each. You can get like 50 pack bags on Amazon for like under 15$

I have heard some people use the gel which you spoke of to dry them with varying results. I’m sure the potency from drying that way vs dehydrator is negligible.
