Yes it is
I encourage u to read this study done by a university in France .
I'm not sure what herbal you are using, but I suspect Nystatin will be more effective. Since you already know how brutal the healing and detoxing can be, Nystatin should kill yeast in the gut, but not the system. That may ease your detox symptoms a bit.
Are you using probiotics? If not, you should. The antifungal meds kill off the yeast, but if you don't replace the bad stuff with good probiotics, the bad stuff will just grow back.
Are you on a low-carb diet? If not, you should since carbs feed yeasts.

It's almost never the case where all you have is Candida. Most likely you'll have systemic infections of Candida, but also of gram-negative bacteria that normally live in the gut (Clostridia, et al).
Once you heal your gut, you'll still have a systemic infection (since your gut leaked) which is separate from the gut infection, but healing the gut is the first step.

What worked to heal my gut was to starve it (low carb diet, prebiotics), attack it (nystatin, azoles, metronidazole, prebiotics), heal it (l-glutamine, lactoferrin supplements) and replace it with the good stuff (probiotic, probiotics, probiotics, probiotics). Eat probiotics foods (yogurt, kefir, live culture kim chee, sauerkraut).

Here are new prebiotic/probiotics that contains prebiotic macrophages that kill off the bad yeast and bacteria in the gut, and it's mixed with spore-based probiotics that replace the bad stuff with the good stuff.
I have no association with the company. Any good macrophage prebiotic and spore based probiotic should work the same.

I'm probably going to buy the steam one when I can afford it, I have clean water.
I'm reluctant in giving product referrals.
I'm currently using the tablet version of this because it has the enzymes AND oxe bile salts. With that said I favor NOW because they are not ripping you off, and my local heath store carries the line. Also helps they are highly certified and reviewed.
About bile:
here you go. This is the brand I used as apart of my mold detox protocol and gut repair. Works well. It smells like old cheese naturally so don't let that put you off when you open it. It is supposed to smell that way.

OK sounds like seborrheic dermatitis. Diet isn't going to cure it. Medication will. The good news is there a long list to choose from. If one doesn't work then another one might.
All of these things can dry your hair out a lot. So you may want to try a leave in conditioner or a detangler. Kids' detangler works for me.
If you’ve only had it for a year there is a chance for normalcy if you are very aggressive and strict with diet. I highly recommend this product to kill the candida. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FGXMWC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_ZX6xFbYR2C667
Stop listening to this person. They’re here to be unhelpful.
I have had a yeast infection in my penis. It’s rare— usually you hear about it with women as they’re mucus membranes come into contact with the world so much. It does happen though.
My doctor recommended this for a week and it worked very fast: link to Amazon
How did I know I had a urethral yeast infection? I orgasmed and blood came out. Oh and I was also on lsd at the time (and for the first time). I fainted when I saw it.
I remember saying to myself “oh my god this is why they call it acids BECAUSE ITS BURNING MY INSIDES”. I remember being in the floor and suddenly realizing it must be a urethral infection as the blood was fresh, not coming from my bladder. I crawled into bed and called my doctor the next day lol.
I had stinging pain as well after this incident and before the medication.
1.) He has zero publications or education in Infectious Diseases. Even an amazon description of his book makes this bold claim: 'is considered by many the worlds authority not only on the subject of Candida' <-- If that is true, then why can't I find any papers written by him? The only people I know that would say a phrase like that are quacks.
2.) He's a certified clinical nutritionist.
3.) He never did any residency at any known facilities that I can see (ie: even a basic residency)
4.) Charges more for 'consults' than even a normal, legitimate provider would charge anyone without insurance (lol.. they charge you money to help you interpret the substandard, bizarre tests that they order from strange labs)..
5.) Supplements! Supplements! Supplements!
Sorry, don't know! I'm in the U.S. Its on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/pH-D-Feminine-Health-Suppositories-Alternative/dp/B08SR1699Z/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=CAQBU0ZJ40HL&keywords=boric+acid+suppositories&qid=1660446911&sprefix=boric+%2Caps%2C112&sr=8-4
I don't think brand matters just make sure it's 100% boric acid.
If you Google it you can get it on their website for like $6 cheaper, but here it is on Amazon.
This is the one my doctor prescribed me, and it really does work.
Hi,
In order to do an initial diagnosis on if you’re dealing with mold exposure it’s best to use mold plates and if those plates show a good amount of mold then it’s good to do professional EMRI testing to determine which specific spores you’re dealing with and where it’s coming from.
Here’s a link to the mold plates:

“Undecylenic acid is an antifungal” Per your link
I took 15 pills per day orally :
I took 2 bottles —- a total of 500 pills.
So….. are you saying this medicine is proven effective as an anti-fungal cream but so far there are no studies to show IF it is effective or not if it is taken as a pill ??
So it might be or if might not be — correct ?
Yes! Traditional diets are fantastic, wherever you are! It’s the sugar and processed foods like bleached flour and chemicals and additives and sugary drinks that destroy our guts.
There’s an amazing book called Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by a dentist named Weston Price. In the early 1920’s or so, he traveled the world and was able to study traditional diets that were unaffected by processed foods. His book is full of pictures. Wherever people ate a traditional lower carb diet, their health was excellent and their teeth were spaced well and had very few cavities. This was the case worldwide. But where communities welcomed processed foods into their diet (sugar, flour, canned goods, etc) their health soon suffered. They became sick easily and the children raised on processed foods (such as in missionary schools) had crowded teeth and weakened immune systems. His book is packed full of pictures and is fascinating!

Shen or Salt,
Can you clarify when it's most effective to take a binder? I currently am taking my probiotic (LactoPrime Plus) and biofilm disrupter (InterFase) in the morning, waiting a couple hours and taking my antifungal (Biocidin) and then eating a couple hours later. I take my binder (Binder + Full Spectrum from Code Age: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V8LLVR2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) at night a few hours after my last meal.

I make my own chocolate bars with 100% cacao. Here's the recipe:
* 2 tbsp sweetener (sugar equivalent for amount)
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla Powder
* 14g Cacao Butter
* 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs
* 25g Unsweetened Chocolate (100% cacao)
Add Cacao butter and sweetener to bowl and microwave at 70% for 3 mins.
Then add the chocolate until it melts. Then add vanilla and nibs.
If you triple the ingredients, it will fill up this mold: https://www.amazon.com/Fimary-Silicone-Chocolate-Rectangle-Bakeware/dp/B09PCX78CJ?th=1
For the cacao butter and nibs, I use the ones made by Navitas. As for the chocolate, I like Tcho.
For the sweetener, I'm still experimenting, but I like the stevia/erythritol by Pyure or the monk fruit/erythritol by Lakanta, but I'm beginning to wonder if erythritol is not a good choice. I'm going to try monk fruit and xylitol next, but I need to find the best ratio.

I've actually noticed that it has sucralose in it. It doesn't say on the container, but in the questions section on amazon, someone says that's its 50mg sucralose. I don't know if that's enough to matter.
I take this. It's more concentrated. I can actually only take half of the recommended serving too because its too strong for me. Its worth trying in supplement form. I would think that you would need to ingest alot of the oil to get to this many MG of the caprylic acid.
Incorrect. You can kill it with a combination of three things:
Anti-fungal foods, anti-fungal supplement and anti-fungal medicines. The "no sugar" does not last forever. It is ONLY for as long as you are on the candida diet and treating candida itself. Once you've beaten it and gone into remission, you can have sugar again in small/limited amounts. (Low sugar)
There are also other ways to feed/help your brain besides sugar. (See: Healthy fats) Not sure about the immune system though. There is probably something else that can fuel it aside from 'just sugar/sugar only'.
Also, does that podcast have subtitles/captions or at least a transcription? Not going work for me otherwise, since I have a hearing disability. It seems to also exist in a book form, not sure of the cost yet. Looking into it.

I do have Fluconazole as well, so that should probably work on my gut along with the other stuff from my anti-candida stack that you saw.

Yes. Yes yes. Yes.
I had it and didn’t know a long long time ago. Very very badly too. The night eating was rough… at first it was almost amnesic. Now it doesn’t happen.
I recovered a lot on my own. Through use of strange drugs like memantine (helps destroy aspergillus and candida through something call NET; I posted on this forum). Time. I developed mcas (although I may have had it already and this was an intense flare from he mold).
I actually got toxed from shitty college living environments. Ruined me.
Then I got toxed again by penicillium, aspergillum, stachybatrus (idt ill ever getthe spelling right lol). Hit me hard.
Mold tox is hard. A lot of people don’t know how to treat it or what to do. I recommend you read or listen to this book
There are steps to get better… but they are not for the faint of heart.
I too have cried more this year than ever in my life. My heart goes out to you. Feel free to reach out.
Good luck to you on your journey— it can get better :)
I agree it depends how hard you want to hit the thing at first. Really I believe the diet is about stabilizing your blood sugar, if you over eat or spike it too much is when you'll see symptoms. Which is kind of the reason to avoid lots of sugar or starches "white breads, rices, etc" as they spike it something fierce and stick around for some time.
The foods you mentioned are likely fine in moderation, I think quinoa gave me the most problems on your list, but it was likely my fault for over eating.
I kind of have a core diet I try to get my base calories from, which is enough to maintain body weight with minimal exercise that is really close to the candida diet, with a few exceptions like lentils and dairy. Then for extra calories I eat what I want. But when I eat grains, rice or potatoes I'll give myself a 3-4 days before eating anymore. On the off days to keep up my calories and energy I alternate with extra fat, fruit, coconut flour, etc. I also try to ferment as much of my off diet items as possible to reduce the sugar load and increase digestion. And if any of my symptoms pop up again, I back off for a day or two on my extra calories, exercise more to burn those calories and take a mix of essential oils "oregano, cinnamon" to knock down any fungal infections.

Since you seem to know what you’re talking about, can you recommend a good overall protocol?
Would this work:
Start with 24-48 hour water fast followed by candida diet for six weeks. Start with NAC and Candid-X or Fluconazole (if possible)? Daily ginger/turmeric tea and yoga.
After 1 week, reintroduce probiotic foods (or would you recommend a probiotic supplement? If so, which one?
After 3 weeks, switch to MSM + Vitamin C. Introduce bone broth to help heal possible leaky gut.
After 5 weeks, switch to Natto-Serra
After 6 weeks, slowly reintroduce carbs
That’s my current plan. I’m not sure if I’ll try a full course of fluconazole or try herbals this time. Fluconazole helped before, but by accident, and I didn’t know to take a biofilm disruptor so I had a recurrence after two months.
I also don’t think I can do this protocol while breastfeeding (my SIFO was triggered by an emergency C-section 20 months ago, and my toddler doesn’t want to wean yet).
Are you still getting some healthy carbs though? You dont want to cut out carbs entirely.

Thats awesome that your nd is working with you on stuff like this. Make sure youre taking b vitamins (how is your methylation?) and then I would also take something like this to support your liver while youre taking antifungals :
Water is the best beverage because we are sure that water has no carb and we don't need to check the carbs in water. You can dribk as much water and it will not hurt your health. Meanwhile, I drunk a lot of green tea and coffee and it worsened my candidiasis.
Maybe, you will be interested to know that on Amazon, there are products to "hydrogenize" your minetal water. This may help too. I tested it and at least it does not hurt.
It can be candida in the sinuses. I highly recommend. Nasal irrigation to combat sinus problems. A Neti pot is NOT enough—it doesn’t push through consistently or strongly enough. Get a pulsatile nasal irrigator. it can be used 2x/day for 2 weeks to get rid of bacterial or fungal infections and then possibly drop back to 1x/day for maintenance. Use distilled water and 1tsp of non-ionized salt to creat a saline and a pinch of baking soda to alkalize the water. I use this device:

I read The Candida Cure by Anne Boroch. I read another book I can't recall at this moment on candida which agreed with the basic info in her book in relation to the diet. I followed her diet restrictions and recommendations faithfully for 30 days and it cured my chronic yeast infection I'd had for 5 months where over the counter meds didn't seem to have much affect. The diet resolved it in 5 days what the meds couldn't do in 5 months. Wild. Food is life. The diet is quite restrictive but was very helpful to myself. I only have my own experience to go by, but I believe in this diet for fungal issues. Both my sister and a friend had success with this diet, my sister for chronic yeast infection also (8 years ago with no issues since) and my friend (to resolve issues caused by gluten).

they have helped the most and they are not dangerous for your health. I'm almost back to normal as long as I'm on a strict diet.
like this one I'm also taking nac, milk thristle, vit c, b complex, zinc, iron...
Nails can be a long process since you need to grow out the new nails. I've been using this tea tree oil soak for a 15 minutes (or long enough to get pruny) at least once a day and have been seeing some positive results so far.
Take a good multi-strain probiotic 2-3 times a day, even double up on the pill dose if needed / tolerated
You can get 4 bottles of these quite affordably, and it contains strains that in research have been shown to help balance candida.
A previous female recommended this. Works good
I don't recommend any one product just point out that there is some issues with al of them.
If I had to recommend an single product that contains most if this it would be pure capitations digestive ultra however it doesn't have Ox bile. Also it is missing the serratiopeptidase which is supposedly capable of eating the fibrinogen in the biofilm. With that said you can get it on its own.
With that said I take NOW's super enzymes because I'm on the back end of treating my issues. Also its a lot cheaper and I can get it at my local health shop.
Ox bile helps our own bile digest fat soluble nutrients that our body is struggling to get. On top of that bile acts as a natural detergent and balances the bacteria in the digestive system. It is supposed to help with maintaining and restoring the gut lining.
Hey! How are you? I can imagine how terrible brain fog is for you. I had it temporarily and I absolutely hated it. Like I’m not around. And it was hard to function at work and be around my family. And even then, my brain fog wasn’t severe like yours is. I was still functional. Klaire Labs Interfase does NOT need to be refrigerated. So it doesn’t matter how it’s stored. Any Lauricidin (Monolaurin) should be good. I had 3 weeks of die off after taking it so I know it’s very effective for me. My die off was so bad I thought I had to stop it. I’ve been messaging with people who posted success stories here and it seems like they cleansed for a long time. One of them cleanse 3 times before her symptoms went away. The other person cleansed for over a year. So I think I’m gna keep going until 100% of my symptoms are completely better. However long that would take. But I do feel so much better internally. My skin is still itchy. And my bloating is still there. But the person I spoke to said her bloating didn’t go away until she started healing her gut. But I do feel like my general well being has improved drastically.
Vitamin B complex made a huge difference for me. Candida eats away Vit B and Zinc so I take both along with Magnesium. I also take Vit D to strengthen my immune system to fight off Candida. I heard taking Zinc is also crucial. I hope you feel better next time I hear from you. Take care

My Doctor told me straight up that he 'does not believe in Candida'.
They are absolutely clueless when it comes to something like this.
I believe that Parasites are the main cause of skin issues etc, and would be fairly confident that if you suffer from Candida you are also likely to have a parasite.
I have to show you this product as it helped me more than anything before (SF722 a close second).

Yes, amazon does NOT have full spectrum or cbd oil, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did in the near future. Soon you'll be able to find it pretty much anywhere that it's legal.
I have no financial or other interest in any of these, but this is what I'm using.

Why would you have such a virulent reaction to a comment asking for more information when your original intent was to help the community? Your comments do not hurt me because I know that your reaction speaks volumes about you, not me.
This is what I found and it's called Milk Thistle. Liver Support is not the name of the product. But thanks for confirming I found your recommended supplement.
This worked the best for me. I tried the sf772 and went back to Undecyn and it worked better for me!
I never read that. That’s a lot of vinegar and sugar, as bananas have one of the highest glycemic indexes. If you eat any foods with vinegar it should be apple cider vinegar -at least this is the case with me. Fermented things, distilled vinegar & bananas are triggers for me.
There’s a sauerkraut brand out there called Bubbie’s that is not made with vinegar! I love pickles and I can have their pickles. :)
Checkout that book I mentioned. I’ve read it probably 5 times over the past 7 years and use it very often as a reference.
The struggle is real. Haha. And thank you! All the best to you!
The diet I followed and try my best at least 80-90% of the time is from this book. I’ve been using this as a reference since 2013. I highly recommend. Good luck! Routing for you!
This isn’t entirely accurate information. Especially if you’re beginning to treat a “die-off.” I recommend the “Foods To Eat” list and the “Foods To Avoid” from this book.
I highly recommend this book if you are seeking not only an explanation, but what you can actually put in to practice to alleviate symptoms... Candida Cure I have the 2010 version, but this is the updated version. I cannot recommend this book enough if you suffer from mild, severe or debilitating symptoms due to yeast overgrowth. It has helped me many times over the years.
Oregano was harsh to my stomach n chest even tho it had some effect cuz u had to sit it under ur tongue for 30 seconds i couldnt take it... I did as well once i stumbled upon manuka honey on Amazon an was reading the many reviews after reading bout 200 positive reviews i decided to give them a shot..i remember my father use to always give me honey when sick or constipated so i said let me see what medical honey could do an it was a life changer for my candida... heres two sites just in case u wanted to read the reviews..

This is the colostrum I am using at the moment: Its less than $13 on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Colostrum-500-120-Capsules/dp/B0013OQJNY
It should say food grade. It's probably only for clay masks.
Here's a food grade one on Amazon with 4+ stars.
Thanks you for the suggestions, but I have Gokotta Brand Bamboo Sheets which is a 100% rayon/viscose blend. As is my pillowcase :[
How do I go about checking for those types of certifications? It doesn't say anything about being certified on their amazon link.
My box fan and filter have helped the most in regards to mental clarity.

I think its brave to share your journey and smart that you are looking for help.
Me too, ive tried many things..i have serious skin sensitivity, i had a bad reactions on some creams i was prescribed by doctors.
Two questions
Id like to try 2 x pills per day of 'now' candida support it, contains Pau D'Arco, Oregano Oil, Black Walnut & Caprylic Acid. Then 1 x 20CFU probiotic pill per day at night.
Whilst being on a healthy strict diet
Here you can read some reviews for the candida support supplements. I recommend reading the review of user 'Guter' she managed to get rid of chronic candida with a specific regime.
A couple of other folks here have SIBO, and I'm at a loss to figure out what to do about it. I'm working on a theory though.
But if the metro is for the SIBO, and the SIBO is getting a little bit worse, I think it's likely that your getting a die-off reaction, which is good. That should pass.
My thought is that SIBO is mostly the 'bad' bacteria, and not the 'good stuff'.
Toward that, if you're willing to try something new, this is from the same company whose probiotics I recommend to everyone.
This is Dr. Tobias Gut-Meister. It contains no probiotics, only prebiotics. The prebiotics are a new type, macrophages that attack and kill bad bugs in the gut. My thought is that it would be perfect for SIBO. But again, it might make the symptoms worse for a little while due to the die-off reaction.
https://smile.amazon.com/Dr-Tobias-GutMeister-Complement-Probiotics/dp/B01FICESXE "GutMeister is the ULTIMATE PREBIOTIC: GutMeister supports your floral balance. Feeds only the good bacteria. And targets the bad. Avoids disadvantages that standard prebiotics have, like FOS etc"
Good questions. Other people do, but they don't realize it.

If you ask 100 people about their bowl habits, a large portion of them will talk about gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea. That's Candida, its just not bad enough for them to see a doctor about it.

Check out my posting on this sub-reddit: PapaDisc's Candida Intro

It talks about how Candida is not the only thing you're infected with, how it generally comes from either leaky gut or poor dental health, and how you can fix it with antimicrobials, probiotics and diet.

Also, try these. I have no connection with the company, but you'd think I did since I recommend them in almost every thread :) These kill bad gut bugs and add good gut bugs.

Dr. Tobias Deep Immune pre/probiotics

good luck! You are not alone, and you can get better!

I have not tried the HMF neuro but the megasporebiotics was great.

To get greater benefit, you might considering adding a prebiotic that contains macrophages that directly attack and kill viruses, bacteria and yeast in the gut.
Prebiotics, by definition, are anything that promotes the growth of good probiotic species in the gut.
Some prebiotics are plant derived (short chain fatty acids) that feed good bacteria but starve gram-negative and fugus. You can get them as supplements or just add prebiotic rich foods to your diet. Pectin is a very good prebiotic, as well as a good detox agent (absorbs toxins).
Other prebiotics are based on macrophages that hunt and kill the yeasts and bad bacteria in the gut (but leave the good stuff alone). I'll call them the hunter-killer prebiotics. My experience with them, so far, as shown them to be very effective.

The pre/probiotic I listed in another response on this thread has both macrophage prebiotics and spore probiotics, but since you already have probiotics you like, here is a product with only the prebiotic.
If you add these macrophage prebiotics to your probiotics, it should help them be even more effective by weeding out the bad stuff while replace it with good stuff.
(This link is prebiotic only)

It was the Thorne brand- fairly sure it was 5 caps a day.
Is this what you use? https://www.amazon.com/Genestra-Brands-Strains-Probiotics-Promote/dp/B00883PGU0/?th=1
Any specific symptoms you had that made you realize you needed chelation?
Likely can be resolved through low sugar, high fiber diet:
•Fresh green produce is your friend
•Substitute processed carbs with whole grains
•Detox your liver with milk thistle or peppermint (plant or oil)
•Turmeric, or Berberine if you can stomach bitterness
•Omega-3 Fatty Acids like chia, flax, and walnuts, or high quality fish oil
•Probiotics
•Manuka honey and berries to satiate sweet cravings
first of all dont listen to any doctor unless its a doctor specializing in this area of study . ALL of them will dismiss it and say its "nothing"
what you can do is buy some real maple syrup (without HFCS) and sprinke some baking soda.
the premis is that the candida eats the sugar then eats the baking soda which kills it,
you have to kill it inside your body first or it just comes back.
try ordering threelac probiotics,
> look for an S Boulardii specific probiotic
Could you get this from Amazon and still have it work? I'm talking about the Jarrow brand you mention, this one. Does it have to remain cold like (seemingly) most probiotics or does this work at room temp?
Sorry for the late reply, my internet got shut off, haha. I started going on an anti-candida diet, cut out as much sugar as I could, no processed foods, I ate scrambled eggs with coconut oil, garlic, and turmeric for breakfast, nothing for lunch, and a chicken thigh with either a spinach/spring mix salad mix or broccoli and cauliflower. This brought me up to about 25%, then I started drinking Bragg's apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon per 8 ounces) twice a day and that brought me up to about 50% and taking Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus. That's all I ate for about a month. Some issues with that is weight loss, fatigue, and my wounds heal extremely slow now. I have a major surgery next week and I need to go back to a balanced diet so I can heal again but I definitely felt like if I have stayed on that diet I'd feel about 75%-100% better in another month or so. Good luck!
Do not take any of those "Candida cure" supplements. I had to learn the hard way, and it screwed up my gut for a year.
You should read the book, Medical Medium , which has a chapter on Candida. I started eating the things he List and juices and in three weeks I felt huge progress.
My lifesaver has been Cindy's Balsamic Vinaigrette It is DELICIOUS and I put it everything! They also have a Vegan Thousand Island you may like too! I usually take sliced bell peppers and some Cindy's to dip it in (so you can digest all that fibrous goodness) as a quick snack. Apples and almond butter are yummy, and microwavable lentils similar to these can make for a good snack when you want a little more than just a fruit or veggie.
I totally understand what you are going through! I have been battling yeast infections for three years straight after being put on antibiotics. Seriously try boric acid suppositories, they work like a dream! You can make them yourself, or order them already made from Amazon (just make sure you keep them in the fridge or else they will melt). I would suggest also sticking with the candida diet as much as you can so as not to feed the yeast. One thing to consider is checking your hormone levels, I recently found out the recurrent infections were due to too much estrogen (estrogen dominance) resulting in an abnormally low amount of progesterone. Estrogen feeds candida like crazy, so maybe look into that to see if you are estrogen dominant and correct the problem there as well. Here is the link for the boric acid suppositires: http://www.amazon.com/Vitanica-homeopathic-Formula-Vaginal-Suppositories/dp/B004WPBYUY/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1462560161&sr=8-1&keywords=yeast+arrest
Also, try to get this vitamin, it's awesome and also has enzymes to help break down your food so it won't turn into sugar (which leads to feeding it more), and also has good components to help you detox from the die off toxins. Whole foods carries it too. I also got the omega-3's of this brand too, and take those twice a day.

Oh yeah! Breathe into your calves and like they said above. Flax and eating enough green veggies dealt with this. Quitting nightshades as well!

I use a portable sauna. I love it. I usually put it in front of the t.v. and watch a show.
