My neighbour bought something like this for her kitty to help de-chonk him. He had a very bad tendency to yell at her all hours of the day and night for food.
Because this is an automatic feeder with programmable feeding times (up to 4), she found that her kitty stopped meowing constantly because he knew that the food would be made available to him 4 times a day at the set times. You can program the size of the portions too. That way your kitty can have 4 very small meals spread throughout the day.
This one can be battery operated or plugged in.

(Not OP) If you search for "cat slow feeder" on Amazon, you get a link to lots of bowls which hide the food in a lot of maze-like ridges. For dry food,this one worked with our cat once we'd screwed it to a piece of plywood to stop our too-clever cat from knocking it over.
Pretty sure it's the Aumuca cat brush. I have one and can say it's the best pet brush I have ever used. Added bonus: it's on sale on Amazon for the next 6 hours.

We have the same problem. We got this brush from Amazon and it has been a game changer. I know I sound like an advert but it really was worth the few bucks. I wish I found it years ago.

I also tried a milder brush for my cat. She used to hate being brushed now she loves it and I think I’m going to purchase the brush in the video. But I started with the zoom groom.

Before she did the same and attacked the brush or attacked my hand. I think the other brushes where to overly stimulating. She had to build up tolerance to being brushed.

Initially I tried a bubble backpack for my cats and they had what appeared to be a panic attack in it. A few things I could see working to this post's bubble's benefit - it one looks a bit bigger in diameter than the one I got, and I think being rolled would be better than the backpack that is just suspended. With that said, I don't think most cats would enjoy the exposure level of the clear plastic. I think maybe 1/4 of my cats would tolerate this.
After personally trying multiple options with my 4 cats, I would recommend a stroller to anyone wanting to take their cats out. It's high enough off the ground to make them feel safe, enough shelter to allow them to hide. Dogs almost never bother my cats when they're in this, and the tethers prevent them from making a break for it when they're feeling ballsy.
For those interested in finding the carrier, I have found something which looks very similar on Amazon.

I've got stuffed fishes for my cat, they're made of some sort of synthetic felt with catnip inside. She usually play with toys for like 30s and leave, but these she sleep/fight/hug with.
