They don't offer much, instead I highly recommend Outplayed, it's an app that you need to download through Overwolf.
It records your game and lets you review, which I believe is more important than anything else when it comes to improving your game.
Every single bot 4, I can go through my game history and notice huge mistakes. Re-think every major decision: are you playing strongest board? Can you sell something to make gold threshold? etc etc

EDIT: Added it to the original post. Against a target with bramble, IE and no-item is virtually equivalent. But LW increases your damage by about 75-100%

As for your last question, I think these posts could do with some editing and formatting. There's a saying coined by Shakespeare: brevity is the soul of wit. Writing is most impactful and dynamic when it is brief and clear. Another saying in regards to writing: murder your darlings. It means that you shouldn't be afraid to take the axe to your work if the pruning will make it lovelier. Consider how much more intense this paragraph would have been had I stopped after the Shakespeare lines. Check out The Elements of Style by Strunk and White if you care to learn more.

I believe the designers are correct in their balancing that 100% knowledge of your next opponent+a zephyr (or radiant version) is worth an augment. If it winds up underpowered, they will take steps to buff it, same way they buffed hearts and crests and souls this set.

If you open the patchnotes in europe you get the "gb" version instead of the "us" version and that still has the old notes.

You had to highroll and/or play out of your mind for a top 1 out of 8 players day 2 of your regionals.
You are automatically bottom seed (even though technically top seed) going into worlds and have to play day 1
Playing day 1 means everyone scouts your strategies.
The other top 12 players are automatically 3000 dollars ahead even though they don't have to play day 1. Middle seed of a major region can make more than a top seed of JP/OCE
Not from either of these regions, but that's a big disadvantage.
No problem at all! Odd that it has issues in notepad, if you give an example link I can test it out. But either way, I recommend Notepad++ for any kind of code editing, it should allow pretty much any character from any format.

Another idea could be a tier list for every item for every champion and you can click on an item to see how this would impact the champions relative performance. (But all of this is mostly a thought experiment if we get a patch every week :D)

And as the champion visualization, Small Spheres with a turning (towards the "camera") image of the champion, 3 axis of evaluation making one of the 8 squares the best one (all properties are ideal in that " square") and one the worst, that could be underlined with a light color hue in these squares as orientation (squares as in the sample picture you presented the top right area above the x-axis y-axis.)
It would be probably easier to fill out two 2- dimensional graphs and let the computer combine it to a 3d one.

If you're not much of a mobile gamer I'd suggest trying it out on an emulator like MEmu. It is pretty fun and I enjoy the Duo Mode quite a bit. Granted, the game does have some crazy variance at time and balance issues, but so do almost all of the AC-style games.
