My wife had her PayPal business account with 12k USD frozen during covid for 5 months!! Seriously avoid PayPal like the plague. There is a reason they have such terrible reviews on trust pilot. Stop using PayPal.
Personal or business, you will still have problems. I think there is a reason they have one of the worst reviews on TrustPilot. Awful company with no moral values.
Open your app, goto 'accounts', expand your crypto wallet, select the balance you'd like to inspect. scroll down to see transaction history on that coin. select the transaction to see purchase price.
from your 'accounts' page , at the top left is the pie chart to show allocation of funds.
as far as the charts go... i wouldn't expect any major upgrades. use tradingview.com , superb graphs and tools.
Yes there's an app you can download (iOS | Android) and you can show that instead of the physical card (they scan a code in the app. I've not personally had a chance to try it myself yet, but going by others experiences I don't believe you need to show any form of ID. Your CDC card will get charged though and then you'll be refunded afterwards, so you need to make sure you have enough (think it's something like $3-4 iirc but would have to double check).
Op is literally asking about alternatives, you're not very helpful. Op, I don't have a guide per se, but at least here's a list of existing dapps and projects https://airtable.com/shrFtMD61leDezvRM/tblBHDX8RBNUOP5BG (made by another great redditor, I don't claim credits)
here, some troubleshooting from wise.com: https://wise.com/help/articles/2452280/problems-paying-by-card
Also, Crypto.com is a prepaid Visa card, not a actual credit card yet. And there is a daily/monthly transaction limit. I recommend you check the Terms&Conditions of your card, located in the 💳 section of the app. There's more information there that might help you figure out what is going wrong.
Double check if wise.com is requiring extra fees after the amount you put in, making your card's funds insufficient. Also check if you can split your transation into 2 smaller transactions, it might go thru.
Problem is often, that these smaller businesses use payment systems from stripe which has default and fallback MCC of the excluded software stores 5734 and the business owner doesn't care about to proactively change/set the MCC. (see their documentation here https://stripe.com/docs/connect/setting-mcc )
Or they use Zettle terminals which under certain circumstances (signed up/migrated from paypal) are using the MCC 8999 since they were bought by paypal.
Btw: /u/BryanM_Crypto - it would be a great feature to have the MCC and in general more Details shown on the Payment.
It's also the default MCC for the payment processor Stripe. https://stripe.com/docs/connect/setting-mcc
So every business that uses them and doesn't set an MCC will be coded as "5734 Computer Software Stores" even if they do money remittance or something similar.
Check this out: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/setting-mcc
...Stripe’s default MCC (5734 Computer Software Stores) is used.
So this particular and excluded MCC is just when the merchant fails to set a proper MCC and the default one is used (and Stripe is used).
It really is mad that support for things like blocking an unauthorised payment is this bad, but for anyone else worried about this:
If you can, use Curve or something similar. Curve Paypal etc give you this sorta protection and have better support behind it, and you don't expose your actual card number. For the US something like Privacy.com should work just fine.
Just to be clear, less than 10% of the PLU supply is in circulation (the supply quietly doubled recently too), and the Plutus cards are issued through Contis Financial Services, a company known to work with and support scammers. The grass ain't always greener.
You think CDC is a rug pull? Go get a Plutus card then, lol
There is no public website to compare these rates, but if you have a Revolut account, the currency rates provided by Revolut are very close to CDC, so you may wish to compare with that. They are closer than Xe.
Correct
There are no government backed guarantees for anything relating to crypto. I think if you add fiat to your CDC visa card, it does sit in a traditional bank account before you spend it. That may or may not be protected under government guarantees, I can't answer that.
If you have concerns, just don't top up the balance of your CDC card with your life savings, put enough on there to go about your spending.
With regards to crypto though - it's no different to the stock market, if you buy something and the company goes belly up, the government isn't going to bail you out.
Nice site and I noticed those app downloads were from the iTunes connect store so you could probably more than double the figure since Android has about 72% of the mobile phones.
A few more stats here
>since CRO aren't accepted anywhere else
Except this list of 35 exchanges. Looks like you might even have some arbitrage opportunities.
I'd be curious to learn why they suspended your account tho.
That is definitely a nice feature. However, if this is the main thing that you're looking for then revolut.com has the same feature - and their cards ship to EU already for around 5 euro (or you can have the free virtual card)
Okay, thanks
Here is the information:
You send CRO to this address: 0xF1E3cD977B0FA83C389b8d4F9c4DC020Cd35ddDf
You can see that there is only 578.55 CRO (110 USD) in this wallet.
The transaction was successful
Can you look in your Coinbase account if that is the right address?
There are already 400+ confirmations in this transaction so if you should already have received it.
As I told you before Coinbase.com (the website or an App) doesn't accept CRO deposits.
However, if it is on one of your Coinbase deposit addresses for an ERC-20 token you should talk to Coinbase support because they might be able to send those funds back to your CDC account.
If you use the Coinbase Wallet App (a different App than the previous mentioned one) you should have a 24 word backup phrase and then you are able to access the account with your funds.
I have the Robinhood debit card, and it does not work here. Robinhood publishes a list of countries where it does not work here, under the Banned Countries section. Interestingly enough, at the top of the linked page, it says, "You can use your Robinhood debit card virtually anywhere that Mastercard® is accepted around the world.", and then proceeds to list about 90 countries, or about half of all countries, where it is banned.
I just wanted to verify that this is not the case for the CDC debit card.
Depends on the coin really. For DOT it is the same as if you lock in stake for three months with CDC.
Sorry for the late reply!
Ledger ships with software called Ledger Live. It's great for firmware updates and keeping the device updated, but it's limited when it comes to tracking all of your assets. You can't manually add other networks like in the case that you have small cap coins on new blockchains.
What really opened up the functionality of my ledger is using the ledger device with the Meta Mask extension. When using meta mask, you can add networks manually in the case that it's new. Like Cronos for example! I added the Cronos blockchain, so now I can view CRO and coins that utilize the Cronos blockchain like VVS, Crona, Wind, ext.
Highly recommend using your ledger for everything.

You could try YouTube Vanced. I've been using it for years now.
You have access to YouTube (and YouTube music) free of ads. They even have a feature to let you skip the sponsored ad bits that are edited into the video.
Where do you see this? Coinrank shows it 48! It keeps bouncing between 46 and 50! I just hope it stays on the first page so I won't have to click 2 to see it. lol

Years ago I used to run Android on a lot of PC's using
https://www.android-x86.org/installhowto.html
I'm sure there's a lot of other projects out there now like the one you found. My only concern would be the possibility of less security since it's not on the actual hardware the systems made for. Congratulations have fun and good luck ;)
App is available on Android as well, it just take some time for it to be searchable...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.crypto.exchange
(links are in the official post)
>Maybe you hit the jackpot on this, and you'll earn great yields from this platform.
I hope so, they seem to have good reviews on Trustpilot: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/midas.investments
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/crypto.com has a lot of bad reviews. I still believe in the company and am invested into cro but I did read a lot of these a while back. Some seem like user error others seem a little suspect but someone who has worked in customer service at call centers for a decade I know very well how customers and people in general will lie and twist the truth to blame a company for something when they were the ones who made a user mistake.
CRO's service isn't perfect, and there will be teething problems as they continue to ramp up their operations.
But you also have to take these reviews with a big grain of salt. A lot of people don't know what they're doing, and will blame the company for their own failures.
For example Kraken is rated 2,1 stars on Trustpilot : https://www.trustpilot.com/review/kraken.com
Given the quality of that exchange, such a rating is an absolute joke.
Bank run wasn’t necessary, but when one does the rest will follow.
If like Usdc who gives 10-18% as well
It had a backing system .. it wouldn’t have depegged no matter if people pull out (bank run)
The mechanism was flawed .. it’s why they currently don’t add a new US With a 4,5 million reserve, they could easily pay 450-900 million per year, if needed
Then all their actions didn’t help.. they acted too late, then used up 800 k Ust , which cause to print trillions of new Luna, causing that to dilute from 80$ to 0.0001
We will never know if they had put in place their Bitcoin reserve to automatically use it when it depegged and or thought more deeply (and shut down) what the best actions are
It’s flawed and it’s why there isn’t a new Ust
Ust was imo modeled after Celo and their Cusd and ceur.. also backed
You have to be careful to not make the generalization. In France for example, Revolut propose several cashbask. For example, last year I subscribed to NordVPN: 75 euros, cashback received: 30 euros. I dont know your country but Im surpised Revolut's cashback is not avaiblable everywhere since it's part of their app.
You're missing loads.
While my list isn't complete, I've listed most the major projects on the proforma and as it's a live document, I update it almost daily. Feel free to bookmark my airtable;
https://airtable.com/shrFtMD61leDezvRM
It's a popular document and I've already got developers DMing me on how to get listed on there.
Also, I created a cronos spotlight discord and already have a bunch of developers in there helpers users or just having a chat. I much prefer discord over telegram since you can add multiple channels.
Whoever takes care of you then, can access the coins for you.
Well, if you're not choosing VPN in today's digital age, you are unfortunately the product.
VPN like NordVPN, costs $60 for 2 years of membership, use on upto 6 devices parallely.
You'd still save a LOT.
I always use a pair of aviation/tin snips to cut up my old cards.
damn so crypto.com cant really help me cause there is no private key if i understand sorry i dont really know about all these things here is my transaction code if you can say anything when you look into it: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/address/pzufvmkgc4yjus4lrrf48ehw9yakc8ra3yajje0e3d
First, I don't think you would get 23260 CRCs for 42 canadian dollars, the midmarket rate is more like 46,2 dollars.
https://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/convert/?Amount=23260&From=CRC&To=CAD
But you can never get the midmarket rates in currency exchanges or banks when paying in different currency. If you try to pay with another card, I'm pretty sure you would see a similar exchange rate.
Crypto.com could have been more clear about why, but the rights they’re reserving are similar to the ToS you’d get with any third-party transaction entity.
For example, check out the Stripe Services Agreement section on Termination. Stripe makes it clear that they can restrict, hold, or terminate your account for any reason:
>We may terminate this Agreement or close your Stripe Account at any time for any reason (including, without limitation, for any activity that may create harm or loss to the goodwill of a Payment Method) by providing you Notice. We may suspend your Stripe Account and your ability to access funds in your Stripe Account, or terminate this Agreement, if (i) we determine in our sole discretion that you are ineligible for the Services because of significant fraud or credit risk, or any other risks associated with your Stripe Account; (ii) you use the Services in a prohibited manner or otherwise do not comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement; (iii) any Law, Payment Method Provider or Payment Method Acquirer requires us to do so; or (iv) we are otherwise entitled to do so under this Agreement.
So… yeah, pretty standard stuff. It stinks, but they probably won’t do it if you stick to the letter of the law and don’t engage in suspicious activity.
I have an Iphone 6 as well. I use an emulator don't listen to these jokers :P. No but it was well put that it's too hard to keep accommodating older IOS with each subsequent upgrade it's a fiscal and security liability and not worth it for stakeholders. Dont upgrade. Don't waste your crypto money on a dumb new phone. https://www.bluestacks.com/
Hello! You can get it from Spotify website
https://www.spotify.com/sg-en/account/subscription/receipt/
Also, do attach your receipt from wherever you paid from. If it's an bank card, then do submit your e-receipt as well. If it's from cards like YouTrip, you can also generate an e-receipt.
Main point is you need to prove that you paid for the service that you're using. So as much as possible, make sure your name is shown in the receipt.
After which, CS will inform you if information is enough to proceed with the manual reimbursement.
You can (and IMO should) use https://privacy.com/ to work around a crappy bank.
Who knows when they’re going to block you again and it’s none of their business. Using privacy.com for virtual debit card numbers is good for a ton of reasons.
For PayPal there isn't a way around it, it only supports cards issued in the same country.
When I tried Google and Apple, the error is explicitly related to the prepaid nature of the card, not the country of issue, so I'm not sure if "masking" it with something like privacy.com would work, or if it's even available to us yet.
I managed to add it to my Playstation account though, but I don't have my PSN through a card subscription, so I'm not sure if a recurring subscription would work there. Netflix and Spotify obviously work so it's not like there's a blanket "subscriptions don't work".
Just found the link on amazon. DO NOT go near this with a barge pole. It is not cdc official.

I suggest any cdc admin in here report this to amazon for infringing.
Are you sure you've got the right app? It should be: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chainapsis.keplr
You can also try out the Cosmostation mobile app, or Keplr's Chrome browser extension.
It went live on the Stellar network on Feb. 21 2021.
They currently operate simultaneously. The Stellar version is only supported by a handful of Exchanges and wallets atm. No idea when it will fully migrate.
check the transaction on etherscan. you should be able to retrieve it from the sending wallet.
Or you could download Crypto.com DeFi Wallet on AppStore or PlayStore, and restore wallet with your seed phrase. Your CRO should pop up right away.
just set an amount you're willing to buy each month for each coin. just buy any time. but if you want to maximize your dollar a bit, follow the charts on tradingview.com for a few weeks and you'll get a sense of when might a good time to buy.
I‘m still sure that „Computer Software Stores / 5734“ is just the default Stripe Code and therefor excluded when a merchant fails to set a correct code (or it fails somehow..).
„ If this also fails, the platform or Stripe’s default MCC (5734 Computer Software Stores) is used.“
https://stripe.com/docs/connect/setting-mcc
Thats the reason why office or steam works for cashback, though its Software.
I figured out what might cause some problems under the current rules:
Lots of merchants use Stripe payment service to process credit card transactions.
As described here:
https://stripe.com/docs/connect/setting-mcc
“Stripe’s default MCC (5734 Computer Software Stores) is used.”
When the merchant doesn’t set the MCC of the automatic settings fail, Computer software is used as default!
Since this specific MCC is excluded, lots of stores that didn’t bother to check their MCC or used auto setup might end up wrongly in this MCC category and therefore be excluded.

Note, in order to link your MCO card with Curve, you need to have some money on the MCO card, so it can be verified.
Just like a pizza can be divided into many slices, crypto coins can be divided into many pieces. You can't say that two slices of pizza is enough to eat without knowing if the slices are tiny-sized or mega-sized.
The market cap is the entire pizza. One coin is just one slice of that pizza.
Right now, the size of the entire BNB pizza is £66000M (£66B, if you prefer short scale). The BNB pizza is divided into 188M slices (coin). Therefore each BNB slice (coin) is worth £400.
The size of the entire CRO pizza is currently £10000M. The CRO pizza is divided into 25000M slices (coin). Therefore each CRO slice (coin) is worth 40p.
;)
Do you use the Brave Browser dude? great one, no ads, save battery life and pays you in BAT
If you do not, don't hesitate to give it a try with my link : https://brave.com/bal113
If you like it I should receive a bonus a month later ahah :D
Personaly use it since a year and wont go back to chrome or safari

give it a try (if not done already) when you have a moment
Cheers my friend!
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/crypto.com?languages=en&stars=1
There was a whole bunch more I was googling last night but then I got bored and visited the hub so obvs I had to clear my history. Read thru the 2 and 1 star.
I don’t know Credissimo and I’m not here to promote Nexo but looking at trustpilot, and even reddit, It doesn’t look like customers are unhappy with them:
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/nexo.io
Anyway, I only suggested that because I was aware that Nexo had it and, since CDC doesn’t have EUR pledge stablecoins, it would be a great perk.
I use something like this - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Genuine-Leather-Credit-Holder-Wallet/dp/B06XQG5BMD/ref=sr_1_24?keywords=card+holder&qid=1639677525&sr=8-24 - just a few £ on Amazon, and it works like a charm.
Ya most of us have the same problem.
But if you're in the US, try FTX, I actually did manage to buy some bitcoin using my Cryptocom debit card 🤣🤣🤣
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blockfolio.blockfolio
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ftx-formerly-blockfolio/id1095564685
Try FTX. I managed to add fiat and buy bitcoin by using my credit and debit cards🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

What the freaking hell are you two on about?!
Of course they have the private keys to addresses we all deposit to, it wouldn't work if they didn't! Same as Binance, Kraken or Coinbase does on their market! Are you telling me they are crypto wallets too?!?! ... because they "handle and spend your assets" too...
Lets forget for a second, still can't believe I'm writing this, about you not having access to "your" keys...
What crypto wallet has a fixed transaction fee when you're sending to a different wallet? Does that fee go directly to miners? Can you adjust that fee depending on network congestion?! Can you add a message to your transaction? Can you interact with a smart contract? Do you know which address your tokens will come from when you're sending to another wallet? Can you participate in an ICO and get those tokens minted in to your cdc address?
Can you prove to anyone (through a block explorer) that you know exactly how many coins you own and where those coins, that are in your cdc wallet, are?! How can you prove that information is written on a chain somewhere and not on a hadoop server, or a *SQL database or a freaking post-it on somebodies cubicle in an open office in HK?
This is NOT(!) "just like" Jaxx with shapeshift.io integration, which is probably less greedy than the cdc in-app trade!
Just because you're gullible doesn't give you the right to lie to other people and these facts will not change no matter how many downvotes you give me...
So the only thing you need to do is to setup an account on uphold (it is the only exchange directly avaiable through Brave right now unfortunately ...). Then you need to link your wallet with your uphold wallet. On uphold, you can whithdraw or change you brave against whate you want. But the solution with the fewest fee is to transfert you Brave to an bank account.
Here is a link with better explanation : https://uphold.com/en/get-started/brave

I hope, it help :)
SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) is only within europe, and only for Euros.
If you need to transfer money to countries outside of SEPA, you need to use something else. One example would be https://wise.com/
Revolut is the best bank I've used for crypto payments. I never keep too much money in my revolut account, but if I ever want to add to my fiat wallet on an exchange, I always do it via revolut. It's super quick, free, and I've never had any problems with it. Customary "use my referral link"... https://revolut.com/referral/ronanean!OCT1AR
GrapheneOS supports Play Store in a sandbox: https://grapheneos.org/#never-google-services
Thid is a good question, try asking on the Graphene reddit/matrix server if someone can test it and see if it starts up
I can't guarantee anything for GrapheneOS but I have another LineageOS with F-Droid+Aurora Store+microg (no Play Store) and CDC app works great :)\ I don't even give CDC any push capabilities via microg.
I can't find a step that involves rooting https://grapheneos.org/install in either cli install or webusb install.
You need to unlock the boot to replace the OS, but then
> GrapheneOS supports full verified boot
so you re-lock it.
> Pretty sure the apps dont work if the device has been rooted
My phone has its bootloader unlocked and is rooted (not grapheneos). All apps work perfectly fine except one banking app.
> or jailbroken
I never jailbroke my apple devices, so I don't know ^^
No problem, there are a lot of calculators that can do it for you also, like here (for 3-month period just pick quarterly): https://www.omnicalculator.com/finance/apy
I just made a privacy.com account, connected my debit card and tried to make a purchase on crypto.com. I received the following email message:
$0.07 charge at MCO declined on your Crypto.com card because Privacy cards are prohibited on this site due to the high volume of attempted fraud associated with it. For security purposes, your account has been temporarily paused. Please contact
Weird. In the official discord there was a conversation yesterday - link - where they were saying the CdC card was not accepted in the gas station but it was working through Curve:
>So basically, when I went to fill up my gas tank, my MCO Visa got rejected, but then when I paid with Curve, it charged my MCO Visa just the same, so I got the payment done and got my cashback
The conversation followed with some interesting notes:
>It's refused because it's a prepaid debit card so the merchant does not automatically trust it
>
>As it is quite possible that there's no funds on it and no one is "on the hook" for that purchase if that's the case
>
>So unless they can verify that the funds exist, they will reject it
>
>Whereas a normal debit card will be rejected only if they verify that the funds do NOT exist
So we may have problems on terminals not connected to internet always, and Curve might solve some of them. Though, it looks like it will not resolve all of them.
I bought a https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08R8838ZH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, and then I have a lock on that (has a punch hole for a lock), and have that in my safe. If anyone is interested in a durable passphrase keeper.
I've used an Akielo wallet for 4 years - still works well although the sides are worn.
I keep my CDC card at home and make payments with my watch, phone or physical Curve card.
I wasn't sure either so I exported my transactions to cointracking.com to see what their algorithm did. On cointracking.com they treat both the sign up bonus and the cash back MCO as income similar to a coinsplit.
I don't know if that is the opinion of the ATO though. They probably don't have a specific policy yet.
The simplest way is Changelly
https://changelly.com/
Choose "MCO"
And then choose another crypto to exchange (Bitcoin, XMR, ETH, XRP, ADA, NEO ... you have the choice)
You will pay a bit more fees, but no subscriptions, and in less 10mn your nightmare will be over.
https://www.acorns.com/ It attached(somehow) to your bank account and rounds up all your pieces through your debit card to the nearest dollar. It takes the money and desposits it into a nest egg account where it is invested into stock market for you.
Very small investment program.
Compare the Visa Exchange Rate (https://www.visa.co.uk/support/consumer/travel-support/exchange-rate-calculator.html) for ZAR with Wise Exchange Rate (https://wise.com/gb/currency-converter/), add fees for the Wise transfer.
Take 2% cashback into account and you’ll find your answer. 😉
Why not try a service like Wise? (formerly Transferwise). I used them for years sending money around the EU and to the USA. Just checked and they are in Norway.
Use Wise.com to transfer money from your ANZ account to your Crypto.com account.
Account->Fiat Wallet->EUR; This will get you bank account details that you use in Wise to transfer the money.
I personally and I’m sure others also recommend Revolut. Great bank. I originally used them for fee free foreign transfers between GBP and EUR to reduce the costs of withdrawing from crypto before things were as simple as they are now.
It’s not much but they are currently doing a £6 referral (for both parties) of you order a card. https://revolut.com/referral/jonath480!a13221 Money’s money.
Use a password manager, and only use long random passwords. Use a 4+ word random passphrase for the master password (for good randomness: throw a dice 5 times and look at the corresponding word at https://www.eff.org/files/2016/07/18/eff_large_wordlist.txt, then repeat another 3 times).\ KeePass is one of the most trusted password managers. Bitwarden is also excellent and simpler to use.
Disable fingerprint login for CDC.
Make regular backups of your phone.
Turn on phone encryption (really easy on Android, look at the settings).
Don't leave your phone unattended.\ If you get really careless and suspect someone else got access to your phone, don't take chances: perform a factory reset immediately, and restore your data from your backup. This includes the airport and border customs taking your phone for "checking". If anyone takes it and you don't know what they did to it, don't take chances and do a factory reset immediately.\ If you follow my advice of making regular backups, it shouldn't take you too long to restore everything anyway. https://github.com/machiav3lli/oandbackupx is good for this, and can automate backups on a schedule. I think Google has a tool for backups in Drive if you prefer to have Google handle it, look it up.
Proton is a great example of a company that makes money, but not off selling your data. ProtonVPN and ProtonMail are attracting users away from other services with this approach. They have paid versions and free versions. The paid versions finance the free versions, instead of your data.
Would be a touch sell to get me off though. Their card just has too good of perks. Of course using any kind of debit or credit card means they are selling data about everything you purchase to tons of people. Kind of the exact opposite of crypto purchases.
There's a couple of methods. Try this one first:
Go to the page where it asks for your credit/debit card details. If you're already subscribed to a plan with a different card, you can click Update to get to this screen. If you aren't a Premium subscriber now, go through the steps to subscribe.
When you're on the card details page, at the very bottom there is a link titled Change Country, click that and change your country to Singapore
Try entering your card details and submitting. If this doesn't work for you, try clicking Edit Profile on the left and change your country to Singapore. If that isn't available in the drop down list, you'll need to try the 3rd option which is to use a VPN.
If you don't already have a VPN, you can download a free trial of TunnelBear. Install this and connect to the Singapore location.
Repeat the steps above and it should work. It might seem like a lot of mucking around but in theory it should only take you 5 or 10 minutes all up. Once you've done it you are set. If you are in Australia, then expect that once we get AU cards sometime later this year you will need to change your country back to Australia, which is really simple and just a reverse of these steps without needing the VPN.
If you have windows you can use the program on windows " phone " to link to windows and cast your screen and use all apps. Pull down from the top of android to find "link to windows" button
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.appmanager
if you don't mind a suggestion, i have had a solid experience with this wallet. Plenty of card space and even a clip for cash.
edit: i realize it may depend on your region.
I use SurfShark. For me their support has been helpful when I needed it. They have issues with their chrome extension (not saving username and password), but that is the extent of the major issues i ran into. What I like about them is the option to select which city/state (United States) you connect to. In addition, their kill switch can be useful to ensure that you are always connected to the VPN node. They do support Germany and several other countries. I've heard good things about NordVPN from a friend who uses it, but I don't have any direct experience with it.
I'm not associated with SurfShark and am not trying to sell it to you, I'm just giving you my opinion on the VPN that I use. I picked them because of the unlimited device support and the ability to select the locations that they support.
Testing your VPN connection can be bit tricky, but I use this url that surfshark has
Hope this helps.
Don't you get your cards scratched? I've had this one since they made a Kickstarter and lot of my cards get scratched even if the cards around have no numbers embossed on the card.
Do NOT delete the DeFi Wallet unless you have your Recovery Phrase written down and backed up first. Otherwise, you will lose access to all of your funds.
Do you use a VPN? I've noticed with my ProtonVPN, certain servers keep my wallet and the link to the App from loading properly.
Jailbroken is when someone kind of like hacks their phone to allow apps or software to be used on the phone to do things not officially allowed by the developer, in your case, Apple. People jail break their phones to download apps for free or use them in pirated kind of freedom.
I haven’t done this ever on my iPhones and also am running the apple 11 pro max myself. The only thing I can think of that cdc would have declared both you and I as having jail broken phones is sometimes I use a VPN through Norton and NordVPN. Sometimes the up address will show up using a different country and whenever I use my bank account apps I always have to verify my identity to continue and I understand that raises flags for security reasons. I assume this is the reason why cdc blocked my account accusing me of having a jail broken device but using a VPN is absolutely a user preference as a way to keep information secure, and if this is what is flagging our accounts then cdc should say so. Not accuse their own customers of things that are complete bullshit. I really had a lot of trust in cdc, I practically buy crypto on daily basis, and to think they have placed my account on restriction for this accusation makes me think they are some Idiots! Real and complete dumbasses I’m sorry but that’s just my opinion and for 4 days they haven’t fixed my account either, makes me feel like giving up on this exchange. I have Coinbase, blockchain, Gemini, , bitstamp, and all these other smaller exchange wallets, and I chose as my main one due to their prices but if they keep this up even a few more days I will have lost faith in them and will ultimately move on. They must not care about my business and loyalty, so I’m about to say f them too
If you're a wannabe blockchain geek like myself, these books may be of interest.
