Folliculitis. Wash with an antibacterial/antimicrobial like chlorhexidine and ketaconazole shampoo (lather and let sit for at least 5 mins, then rinse) and then apply an antibiotic cream like neosporin (get the cream, not the ointment) or a benzoyl peroxide cream typically sold for acne. If that doesn’t get rid of it, you should see a doctor for prescription antibiotics/antifungals.
Also, your barber or whoever cuts your hair prob needs to sanitize their clippers better.
NAD - As long as you don't have allergies - OTC pain killers and fluids. Pineapple juice can help with sore throats, and also some hard candy to suck on to keep your throat feeling like its not raw. I personally like honey candies - like Honee's, it says cough drops, but its not, just hard candy to coat your throat. These also work good Manuka Honey Drops.
Try not to over due it, and eat good, and stay hydrated. Do not overtax yourself because you can develop bacteria infections like strep, tonsillitis or a sinus infection and THEN you will need antibiotics.
You can also gargle a warm salt water mix - don't swallow it cuz you'll puke.
Take it easy for a while, as mono is not like the flu, and your body needs recovery time, especially since your spleen might be temporarily enlarged from the mono. It is not a rare occurrence, so no need to freak out, it's your body doing what it's supposed to do.
Chances are if you are healthy, your throat will be the most trouble, maybe a fever, but OTC meds will handle that too.
Sounds like he's super sensitive to deodorants. Aluminum tends to be a major irritant. Just a suggestion as someone with sensitive armpits, but this brand works well. I don't care if a product is targeted to women or men as long as they get the job done lol
Yup. I get them all the time. I’ve been told I have mapped tongue. At least that’s what my Grandma called it.
Just swish with some warm salt water. It’ll clear up pretty quick. In the meantime you can avoid spicy and acidic food and drinks to not aggravate it.
Looks like thrush - an overgrowth of yeast. It's minor. It's important to not just treat it, but find out and treat the cause. Kudos on calling your doc!
I was suggested by the owner of the company to look into products to coat nickel as to make it hypoallergenic; I found https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07N15NHX6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_2Z2W852P0JS091T351C8 and only that one.
Not a doctor, but this looks like a cold sore/fever blister courtesy of the HSV-1 virus. Most adults have been exposed to this virus, but not many people have recurring fever blisters (I’m one of the lucky ones).
In my experience, I typically don’t go to a doctor. But I’ve gone a couple times for prescription antiviral meds. The best option for my outbreaks are cold sore patches. I stick one on as soon as i feel “the tingle,” and it really helps with preventing the sprawl of the cold sore and expediting healing. You can also use creams like Abreva, but I prefer the patch as it masks the appearance of the cold sore, keeps it covered/contains, and heals it. What a triple threat!
Also, no smoochies while it’s healing since the virus can spread when the blisters leak fluid. Also, avoid sharing things and wash your hands frequently.
Get thee a cold sore patch and it should be fully healed in the next couple of weeks. Good luck!

The yellow crystals are a big indicator. I submit however, I’m not a doc and the initial post was quite general. Just sharing thoughts!
Like u/nikehoke said; magnesium and b12. Also potassium.
Try rehydration salts, something like this
Ironically higher than normal potassium levels can also cause muscle cramps.
Op, what is your diet, activity levels and hydration routine like?
I used to get terrible foot cramps and spasms in my legs when I went on to a ketogenic diet. The cause was depletion of key vitamins including magnesium and potassium through initial excess urination in the early parts of getting into ketosis. I included a scoop of rehydration powder in my evening glass of water, a good quality multivitamin and within days the cramps went away.
I'm not on the keto diet these days but eat lots of fresh veg, exercise and drink plenty of water. Also salt is your friend contrary to popular belief. Just make it reasonable levels of sea or pink rock salt.
Twitches are irratating and if you don't get on top of this it could develop into regular painful cramps.
If sorting vitamin/minerals/hydration doesn't work. Go see a doctor (or just see the doctor first to put your mind at ease understand not every country has free health care).
Care Science Hydrocolloid Gel... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08NWK65GZ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share here’s the ones I use, these tend to be expensive and a lot of them on Amazon are crap.. it’s a possibility that it’s bad to cover and trap bacteria/infection however, it just depends on what it is. Hope this all helps!
Those look like plantars warts. A couple tiny ones, but you should treat them before they grow or spread (although that's not guaranteed to happen either, sometimes they just appear, and then years later go away on their own). I had one for years in the soft part of my toe crease that I didn't know how to treat properly and would cut the spot out with a pair of cuticle nippers (gruesome, I know) every few months for about a decade. It eventually went away but there are much easier ways of dealing with them I wish I knew then.
You could try something like this, or go to a derm or doc for formal diagnosis and treatment.
It could be fungal...but steroids often make that worse. Seems inflamitory.
I get flares like this on my face and it is always good to see a dermatologist, but in my experience each one has told me it is something different...and usually have prescribed an antiinflammatory that usually makes my skin burn.
I have a strong steroid that i was told to use infrequently (clobetasol ointment) and then they say to use vasaline or such (dont use anything with lanolin more than a few days).
Mine is just red and a little dry and flaky, although when i had it for months around my eye it would weep a bit (that may have been a different thing though).
It only itches if i start to scratch and pick at it.
What has worked for me better than anything prescribed...
Emu oil is really helpful and world wide. Get 100% pure.
I use Emu for its anti-inflammatory and skin barrier protection and this salve.
I know you arent in US, but these ingredients are great.
Touchy Skin Salve, Eczema Cream, Eczema Treatment For Adults and Kids, Calendula Cream, Dermatitis, Dry Hands, Cuticles, Knuckles, Heels, Calendula Ointment, Ora’s Amazing Herbal https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BIQRANU/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_MCEJETHFW2FAPS5QVE20?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I just had a flare and got rid of it 100% in 3 days using both 2-3 x per day.
It will probably take a bit longer for you as it has been there for awhile.
The other salve someone mentioned looked good, but if you can find anything with anyof the ingredients in mine, plus the Emu it is really good for it.
If you have a mild steroid cream 1% hydrocortisone or something, that is safe to add in for a bit.
You can see what that and the natural remedies do, or you can see about getting a stronger steroid to use for a week or two with them and then use those at the first sign of a flare.
Emu oil also is really helpful and world wide. I get outbreaks of what looks like this in various places on my face.

Even though I would really try to get a professional opinion, I really have to suggest you in your circumstances to try out the following app and enter your symptoms: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ada.app&hl=en&gl=US
It will then ask you some additional questions to create a differential diagnosis. I would only use it as a guide / to gain clues as to what it could be. Diagnosis pretty much always require tests, gambling can make it much worse! But I'm curious if it manages to find something that would make sense to you
THC & CBD monitored by physician ✔️
Can appreciate birth control fu€KS with MH but do discuss the possibility of this being the culprit with your doctor.
Get a blood pressure cuff Get a base line for your blood pressure, and then check it when you can when you notice changes. Can you switch from sitting to standing through the day?
Have you noticed any swelling in your legs?
Talk to your doctor about postural syncope. Low blood pressure and standing in on stop for a long time can cause these symptoms.
Good luck
My nails do this. I take a vitamin Hair, Nails, and Skin It helps but as soon as I stop taking it, my nails start peeling again
If you rubbed or scratched the affected area around your ring finger and touched the spot between your middle/index fingers without washing your hands, I think it's possible for the irritation to spread that way.
Nickel allergies can sometimes present as a rash on an entirely different part of the body than the nickel actually touched.
I've also read that once you've had a reaction to nickel, your immune system becomes more sensitive to it, so you're more likely to have reactions after incidental contact with nickel that would not previously have triggered a response. Other jewelry or any number of household objects that contain nickel might have caused the irritation, even though you've used them before without problems. More info here: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/nickel-allergy/symptoms-causes/syc-20351529
If you want to know for sure, see your doctor, mention that the rash first appeared near your ring, and ask about being tested for an allergy or sensitivity. I wouldn't try any other topical medications until you see a doctor, since they may worsen the irritation. In the meantime, an oatmeal bath (or maybe just an oatmeal hand soak in your case) might help with the itching. It's basically just ground-up plain oatmeal in warm water.
This sounds like the symptoms I exhibited, what I would've described as persistent dandruff. Over-the-counter H&S did little more than a regular shampoo. Went to dermatologist. This has been maybe five years ago, and I've forgotten what she called the condition, BUT she directed me to use a shampoo that required a prescription: Ketoconazole 2%, with instructions to use it as needed, depending on the severity of the condition, but not daily. In actual practice, I use it once a week, and that seems to keep things in check. Read about it here, on WebMD. Note that it says, among other things: Ketoconazole is an azole antifungal that works by preventing the growth of fungus. Who knew dandruff was fungal-based. Also note, it says that there is an over-the-counter version that's 1% strength.
Note too that a couple of relatively minor side-effects are listed as possible. I've not experienced any of them over the years I've used it. Your experience could be different.
Let me emphasize what should be obvious: I'm not a medical professional of any type; merely someone who experienced symptoms similar to yours, although your condition could be something entirely different. I recommend that you visit a dermatologist, like I did, to confirm your condition and that this shampoo is appropriate for you.
The one I have is not being sold on Amazon anymore but this one looks similar.

Calculate your score with the McIsaac scale.
Generally if your score indicate that you are at high risk of strep infection is possible to try antibiotic therapy with amoxicillin. Strep responds very well to it. Obviously I suppose you need to see a doctor to have it prescribed. You can also buy a rapid test that is 82% reliable and if positive go to a doctor. In Europe is frequent to try the ab therapy and suspend it if there's no healing after few days of usage. Not a doctor.
Not a doctor. Could be various things, some of them serious. Here's a list. Does your heart rate change when you flush? Does your blood pressure go up or down? Do you have ANY other symptoms? (e.g. diarrhea, breathing problems, nausea, pain, fatigue)
https://sci-hub.do/10.1016/j.jaad.2005.07.057
I doubt it's MCAS, that would generally be expected to come with itching and/or other histamine-related symptoms. The article I linked is a bit dated, but it does give you a good overview.
I urge you to take this seriously and to go to a doctor. The problem is "which doctor". Most GPs won't know what to do with you. If you can provide some more information on symptoms, perhaps I can help you narrow it down so you can go to the right specialist(s) or ask your doctor for the correct tests.
> When I sweat, yes. Usually I’m white as a wall.
Here's an article on possible conditions you may be having.
The flushing patient: Differential diagnosis, workup, and treatment
https://sci-hub.do/https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jaad.2005.07.057
The more serious ones include carcinoid syndrome or a phreocromcytoma. Both of these conditions refer to relatively rare neuroendocrinological tumors, but people seem to be showing up on this board disproportionally often with pretty obvious cases, probably because very few doctors know how to run proper diagnostics and because the symptoms are so weird. There were some cases recently where doctors suspected pheochromocytoma and ran diagnostics for that, but didn't know about or ignored the expansive spectrum of other possible NETs, which can trigger what is called "carcinoid syndrome".
Unfortunately, your symptoms (random episodes of flushing, sweat, nausea) fit that syndrome rather well.
You should be evaluated by a specialist. And with that I don't mean "an endocrinologist", I mean "an NET specialist, or an NET clinic", and not some random guy specializing in diabetes who may or may not at some point in his career have read an article about this.
One problem is that your PPI medication is known to screw up the otherwise very useful "chromogranin a" test, and you'd need to discontinue that for a month before performing this particular test.
Thank you!
Brain MRI (let me know if the link doesn't work) those are all of the pictures I got from it. Let me know if you'd like to see my Spine MRI too, it was just hard to get everything downloaded and sorted out haha
Nothing from my bloodwork was out of the ordinary except for my A/G ratio, which was 2.6 (reference range 1.2 - 2.2) with the Albumin at 4.9 and Globulin at 1.9, as well as a low BUN/Creatinine ratio of 7 (reference range 9 - 23) with BUN at 7 and Creatinine at .99. Both neurologists said this was fine.
My tests were negative for Lupus and Lyme disease.

If it's gastric catarrh you won't die from it and it will only cause you feeling uncomfortable with a growling hurting stomach. There's good over-the-counter meds for this to get that helps really good! Omeprazole.
Sounds like you could have a small gastric ulcer or just a very irritable mucous membrane in the stomach. You really should try to get over-the-counter Omeprazole , they are great for stomach pain as a treatment when everything else seems fine in blood tests and other scans.
Looks like eczema or a stress rash. Absolutely not bed bug or a bite from a bug, no.
Clean the area with unscented soap/products and put some thick antiseptic over-the-counter cream on and put socks on over night for a week, and it will probably go away quite soon. I don't know the names of your US products but this cream is just So Good for rashes (all kind of skin rashes)!
Get this book. Stretch, keep active. After that, you can consider injections or other more invasive procedures.
And don’t do things that aggravate it. Eg, heavy lifting, twisting, etc.
http://www.site2012.sbd-sp.org.br/public/img/destaques/destaque06.pdf
Ich würde möglichst bald die Pheochromocytoma-Sache abklären lassen, auch wenn das nicht so 100% passt. Und zum Endokrinologen gehen.
As others have said, looks like eczema or SD. Eczema is purely autoimmune, and should be treated with steroid cream until the patches return to normal. SD is often fungal, which could be treated by ketoconazole or selenium shampoo, although often tea tree oil washes are more effective, and unfortunately most dermatologists will recommend the ketoconazole by habit.
You should see a doctor to get properly diagnosed. If your doc recommends a medicated shampoo, in addition to the shampoo (but not at the same time) you should try this tea tree wash, which is often highly effective.
Hyperbole and a Half is a great book with way more pictures than words that is (a) funny and (b) does a good job of showing what depression can be like. I have given to friends who are depressed and to those who don’t understand why I’m not a bundle of joy every day.
See your doctor. Heck, see a doctor virtually. Life gets way better with treatment for depression.
It firms things up really well, but also does help being “regular” so maybe it will get more out so there’s less in there in general? All I know is it helped so much with my acid reflux, stomach pain, and loose poops/IBS type stuff. Highly recommend. Get some thats a once a day pill, take two at once for about a week or so just until things firm up. Then go to once a day. Seriously it changed my life :)
Edit: Here is the best most affordable one that I use sorry if this link doesn’t work because it’s the US Amazon link
Make it a 2 week mission. Stop biting your nails (if that's what you do) and at night you wear (for 2 weeks...) soft cotton gloves (can be bought at any pharmacy) while you keep thick creame like Idomin on the area that hurts. I guarantee it will all be solved after this! Good luck :-) https://www.amazon.com/Idomin-100g-Swedish-purity-hundreds/dp/B07MWBHGS1
I had similar happen to me. I used a combo of supplements to get it under control until i found this with all of it together. Whenever the back of my neck starts itching, i take one or two and it stops pretty quickly.
