For the ones you see here I used just some craft satin varnish I found in my daughter's room. I've also tried gloss and matte, but satin seems like the best way to go. For glue, this stuff works well

They need a "perfect fit" sleeve on the card to be able to work though, normal penny sleeves are too wide and the snap case wont close!

For main-deck cards, I use dividers labelled for each specific type. (i.e. "Warrior" and "Light Warrior" each have their own section. )

for Generics I have separate sections for Instants, Reactions, Attacks, and Non-Attacks.

Equipment is sorted by slot, not class, and Weapons are all together.

All cards in each section are sorted alphabetically.

Here's on Amazon a modern, fairly unobtrusive frame. for about 40 bucks. Seems that it's a pretty standard 'poster' size.

Love all the Monster matte binders I've had. Double sleeved with Dragon Shield as the outer is a little rough fitting on the top and bottom row BUT everything else has been great.

Until you find a more reasonable price point, the custom playmats on Amazon here are pretty decent. They are thin, but the print quality is surprisingly good for the price.

I like the UG cases, room for a top loader sleeve with the card and I like hinges on the bottom.

I don’t have any boulders but does fit in this Ultra Pro. I use a KMC perfect fit and the card fits in the Mini Snap.

It’s about as thick as 4-5 cards so you’d have to take that into consideration.

It's a Pelican 1200. The foam it comes with can be picked out and it fits those ultra pro magnet snap cases perfectly, on their sides. Tbh I wish I got a larger one; this one fits 9 cards perfectly, 7 across and 2 behind. But it's really portable and offers great protection, except it doesn't have a lock, unfortunately.

Would love to see a simple life counter tool.

Something like the Magic Life Counter app, but web based, and optimized for mobile (reduce battery drain by excluding trackers, ads, etc.).
