Beside mixing beverages, Germany also has Erdnussflips. Basically cheetos but with peanut powder instead of cheese flavor.
Here's an Amazon link for it: https://www.amazon.com/Funny-Frisch-Flippies-Classic-Erdnussflips/dp/B003TUIJJ2
I'm not from the US so I cannot really answer on this. How does the school treat patriotism in the US? Do you know it? Are you from the US? And most of all, isn't this article about Hungary?
Regarding the second part of your answer: see also List of the 14 Common Features of Fascism, by U. Eco
It was debunked. Brazil issued concerns, later it was found out that they made their conclusion based on documents, not on actual lab analyses, and when it was sorted out they approved Sputnik. As of July, Nature has no issue with Sputnik. Of course, this story contributed to the mistrust.
As for being old-fashioned, that's true; it's a bit harsh on the body so I'd rather take Pfizer if I had a choice. Still, good enough given that the alternative is covid
I'm sorry, but I'd have to disagree.
We are 4th in the number of cases so far and the daily cases have been on an upward surge for 3 weeks now with an average of 10k new cases per day. The daily cases is trending up every day. The government started off on a good note in implementing a strict lockdown, but have dropped the ball when it comes to testing and restricting community transmission. Particularly the state governments in many states have been incompetent.
Add to that, the testing numbers per million are among the lowest and hundreds of deaths have not been accounted for. This is also the reason why a lot of states, including my home state TG have appeared to be doing fine.
Granted we are a densely populated country, but I wouldn't call that not bad. I would say we're fucked, until a vaccine is discovered and could be mass distributed.
You could look at the daily case numbers here: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/opsdashboard/index.html#/bda7594740fd40299423467b48e9ecf6
Space Rangers (and its sequel) is an interesting space-trading RPG that was a big hit in Russia. The English version was so poorly translated (and the game has a lot of textual mini-quests that require reading) that I think pretty much nobody heard of this game outside of Russia.
I wonder if a more recent re-release is translated better...
As for the games you can play on paper, we have something like a simplified Scrabble called "Balda". You draw a 5x5 grid on the paper and write a 5-letter word in the central row. Then, each player in turn must add a single letter to form some new word (using only horizontal and vertical moves on the grid), receiving score equal to the length of the new word. When the last cell of the grid is filled, or both players can't come up with any new words, the game is ended, and the player with the highest score wins.
Here's a mobile version with English support, if you're interested (though its English dictionary seem to suck, at least according to screenshots). Maybe it's not an unique Russian board game, but I wasn't able to find equivalent in other countries with a quick search, so there...
Sure, my child, look at my scales collection
Fluent for me means without Dutch accent. Plus I probably use a ton of "undutchables" - Dutch expressions directly translated to English. But I can say most of what I want to say.
Here are the steps to run biodiesel in a 1998 VW TDI:
Go to a store that sells biodiesel.
Fill the fuel tank with biodiesel.
The fuel is modified (compared to the waste grease it came from) to work in the car, not the other way around.
...Okay, I lied. There is one small modification that needs to be made. Apparently biodiesel is chemically incompatible with the rubber fuel return lines in a VW ALH motor, so they'll eventually start leaking if you don't swap them out for Viton ones.
The lines sit on top of the motor (see this picture - they're the three thin black lines connecting the fuel injectors, plus two more out of frame), so all you have to do is:
Open the hood and pop off the cosmetic engine cover.
Cut pieces of Viton hose to the same size as the existing hoses using a pair of scissors (or apparently you can buy a kit now, if scissors are too much for you).
Pull the old lines off
Push the Viton ones on
Reattach the engine cover and close the hood.
It's literally a five-minute job. It took me longer to write this comment than it would have to do it.
Kinda. It's an advice that some government officials gave around the New Year (when the vaccine was first issued, and when people traditionally drink a lot), but it's absent in the actual medcal instructions. My guess is they tried to err on the safe side.
You may be pretty sure, but you'd be wrong.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Continent#Number
North and South America are commonly treated as a single continent, as is Europe and Asia. Example, the charter for the Olympics mentions how the five rings are for the five inhabited continents.
I live in the 14th biggest city in the netherlands and our municipallity rolled out city-wide fibre optic cable about 5 years ago, so in our town we have pretty good internet speed.
Sadly, if I recall correctly, the cable companies that lay that cable were then bought by some of the large internet providers and since then rollout has slowed to a crawl. So my speed is a bit of a luxury.
Oh, thought "app?" was asking what app wasn't letting me change the flair haha
It's just called "Coronavirus"
Here's the playstore link: Corona virus
It is also the title of a 1998 book where they clarify with furigana (他人=ひと)
Yes, a few people have said, good to know we’re not the only ones to enjoy this wonderful easy to make treat! Reduced cream is basically cream with a bit of the fat removed, made thicker and in a can. It makes for a creamier sweeter dip than sour cream. Looks like Amazon sometimes sells it!
