Well, I'll quote our wiki (note: I'm not a mod):
>As mentioned above, you should check GIS after you've uploaded a shot to make sure it can't be automatically recognized. This isn't mandatory, but remember that our bot will check and award less points if a shot is found.
>To do this it is important to go here and paste in the URL of your image. Right clicking on an image and searching that way (via Chrome) is not enough, as often it will return different results than manually searching!
>If your shot is found on GIS, then try capping a slightly different one (maybe from a few seconds later in the video).
For everyone to have the most fun (and get the most points!), it's the responsibility of the poster to make sure it isn't findable by GIS.
Thanks! I tried out a free program called AndreaMosaic
I noticed that the subreddit only keeps up to 1000 posts so I wanted to save some of the images before they fell off the edge of the internet
Hello, I'm a bot! The movie you linked is called Lethal Weapon 2, here are some Trailers
No. They were "hive monsters" that lied dormant until their surroundings were disturbed. You MIGHT be thinking of are the "Muck Men" from the movie, "SPOOKIES" ... just a hunch.
You're welcome!
Also, here's a link to the book preview on Amazon:
I have an account with amazon.fr if you want to create an account and a wishlist (that would mean it could be delivered without me knowing anything about you) https://www.amazon.fr/Man-Who-Planted-Trees/dp/0930031024
I had the same idea! :) I think you could download the music from Youtube with this and then upload it with a different name.
It would be fun!
Love love love The Holy Mountain so much, sort of rare for me to encounter other fans, so thought I’d say hi. Hoping someday I can find other wild surreal / sci-fi films that offer a similarly spectacular production design quality that HM has, the sets and production designs are so damn amazing in this film. Only films I can think of at moment that feature somewhat fantastical and surreal production/set design and aesthetic at moment might be “Dreams” by Akira Kurosawa, “Time Bandits” & “Brazil” by Terry Gilliam, Krull & Spacehunter, maybe Stalker & Black Moon, but if you or anyone else have suggestions for other films to check out I‘d greatly appreciate it.
Pre-ordered the Alejandro Jodorowsky: 4K Restoration Collection boxset recently https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08B1PL6ZR/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_btf_awdb_pKToFbV9WK7QX with supposedly newly restored versions of films, huge booklet & extras, and so so excited to get it. Some are saying it’s not actually 4K, but I’ll live, I still want it, plus you get 2 CD Soundtracks w it! A lotta stuff for price! Anyway.. just a saying hi and cheers from another Jodorowsky fan
No. It shouldn't be listed as easy... Regardless, you got 6 points, so good job!
