VPN: https://nordvpn.com/risk-free-vpn/
Broadcast : IMSA.com/tvlive/
Same switched camera feed, constant race commentary with no interruptions, ability to watch broadcast with another IMSA onboard PIP. Just do it and you’ll be so happy.
Anybody looking for a legit VPN for access to , ProtonVPN has a free week premium trial without credit card info. I'm currently on a Norwegian server, no issues. Should've done this hours ago, honestly.
I use a VPN to bypass the geoblocks. There are a bunch of them out there. Personally I subscribe to a paid service (ExpressVPN) because they offer a ton of different locations and I use it for more than just IMSA. They also have clients for just about any platform.
I know others have had success with Opera's built-in VPN, but have never tried that myself.
Usually it's as simple as downloading the VPN client and setting your location to somewhere outside the U.S. or Canada. I think a good portion of Latin America is blocked as well. Sometimes you might need to clear your cookies or cache.
One other note, IMSA TV doesn't like ad blockers, so it might not load if you have any enabled.
I know this isn't exactly the right place for this, but does anyone know why I still can't load the stream even though I'm using a VPN? I re-activated my NordVPN sub because NBC is so crap (I'm in FL, US), and it still won't load. I've tried multiple European countries, multiple browsers, making sure all browser extensions are disabled... nothing seems to be working.
Thanks for the tip.
Does this URL work for youtube TV users?

That's what you get when you search for Rolex 24h. There is an add button for me. Maybe it works for others as a shortcut.
It's been a while since I've used it but the Opera browser comes with a free built-in VPN that works pretty well.
For paid services I've been using ExpressVPN for a couple of years now and I've been very happy with it.
>Also got this set for 2020 that my GF's dad really appreciated after he learned that noise cancelling =/= noise reduction >https://smile.amazon.com/Honeywell-Hi-Visibility-Digital-Earmuff-1030390/dp/B00IL9MK0A but they are a little heavy.
Yeah... It's basically dishing the opposite sound at, objectively, the same volume to cancel each other out. Might actually be worse for protecting your ears. It's safe if you're in an environment safe for your ears but probably not if the environment can damage your hearing.
I highly recommend a noise-reduction headset that has radio functionality or speakers with aux cord or bluetooth so you can connect an audio source to hear the commentary while also protecting your hearing.
I have https://smile.amazon.com/Howard-Leight-Honeywell-Earmuff-1030110/dp/B004U4A5RU and they do pretty well connected to a little FM radio and don't get too uncomfortable during long sessions wearing them.
> -A pocket radio with noise cancelling earphones, they broadcast the announcers and it's super helpful
This 1000% on the distinction that you get proper noise reduction PPE headphones, not best buy noise canceling stuff, that shit doesn't work and last year I handed my friend my spare set at lap 2 after he saw what his noise canceling Sony's did vs IMSA race noise. https://smile.amazon.com/Howard-Leight-Honeywell-Earmuff-1030110/dp/B004U4A5RU/ and https://smile.amazon.com/Honeywell-Hi-Visibility-Digital-Earmuff-1030390/dp/B00IL9MK0A/ are what I pack for ears

Also, my first trip I flew Spirit so I had to pack strategically. And I bought this collapsible cooler, and it worked out great. I stopped at a gas station on my way into daytona for ice and drinks and it folded up nicely to save space and all.
(I see its out of stock, im sure there's other similar ones that'll do the job
Is it just you, or how many people? ... I went to my first Rolex on a whim in 2018, similarly to how you mention above (Flew in Saturday morning, rental car, got to daytona around noon, etc...) ...
