Dehumidifier doesn't make sense. She's rich, she probably has AC with similar function in every room. Although it's possible it just some artist tasked to draw random background and they draw nearby objects.

Take a look at the 24th Volume display page on Amazon JP since it was the most recent volume out. It's notoriously hard for a popular manga to get so many one star rating, especially on much later volumes, but it happened there anyways.

The sales doesn't change much since 23rd Volume, it's been stable for now, but god knows what happened right after since Ch 218 is part of the 25th Volume that hasn't been released yet.

Safe to say some of the portion of Japanese readers ain't too happy about how the series is currently going either.
