They're currently investigating it, please submit a support ticket. I asked earlier and the things they want to know to figure out what's going on are (Said by Farn himself):
Test results when you try changing up using uncapped on/off and different hosts.
internet speed at the moment of disconnection, hdd vs ssd (In which one you have the game stored), are you loading into the mission and then getting disconnected or not loading in at all (include video if possible)
ISP, and general locations of each partner (Distance between everyone)

Maybe you have your windows energy plan set to low when the system is plugged.

While your PC is connected and charging:

Since you have an NVIDIA graphics card, make sure the drivers for it are up to date with the GeForce Experience App. I don't know if you already use it, so that's why I'm suggesting it. The app also detects your system's components and can automatically adjust game's graphical settings to run as smooth as possible, so you could try that too.

Also, I would recommend to search for general windows drivers with Windows Update. Sometimes, Windows releases updates that mess up the gaming side of it, like how it recently broke the "Game Mode" tool. Which by the way, you can see if that setting is also set to "on" by pressing the windows key and typing "Game Mode", then selecting it on the results of the search.
I hope any of that can help you!
I had this issue. Not sure if it's the same for everyone, but did you by chance ever use the disable windows tracking program? I re-downloaded it and ran the "revert" option. That fixed my issue.
Thanks for the advice but I'm looking for prebuilds specifically because of gpu shortages. Is this an improvement? Here
