To be fair, we didn't really get Ground Zeroes PC gameplay either. But if you check the SteamDB page, you'll see that the game has been undergoing testing, sometimes with nearly two dozen people playing at the same time. My guess is they're testing MGO as well as the campaign, but I think we can rest easy knowing that they've been thoroughly testing it over the past couple of months.
Also, given that the PC version of Ground Zeroes ran phenomenally for a majority of people, I think we're in good hands.
Place in Steam/userdata/yourID/311340/remote
Emblems are not complete since I didn’t receive plenty of code names. Not sure if they are even included in the save, but they probably are.
Here I posted this in another thread for someone with a similar issue. It's my 100% playthrough. Everything done, including all prisoners rescued.
Does it accidentally or what? Steamdb updated just 8 hours ago. It seem that Konami are start testing MGO for PC.
BTW where you found that date? what I remember they only mention about the month, never said specific date.
No, but close. Extracting prisoners were achievements and they will help when you build your Mother Base. You'll get a sneaking suit and get to go back to Camp Omega in TPP for something special that Kojima and Konami are keeping secret. If you want, you can play through GZ and finish the storyline and I'll upload my 100% game save so you can use it. There's nothing personal in it, no names or anything. Pretty straight forward.
Edit Here you go, and for everyone else if they need it: https://mega.nz/#!XYVzxYJa!M_rktq9Stx8wQQXxQXE4zEqLAQR-5SvpqTzY8izyJw4
According to SteamDB. https://steamdb.info/app/287700/ Look all the way at the bottom of the page. So there is a third time for you. It's been said the Steam countdown is counting down to when the pre-order is over, not the launch. But I'll take all that with a grain of salt. Edit: Icantintotime.
You should only need to delete the 00.dat file and verify. It wouldn't hurt to backup your save file, which is here.
What mod were you trying to install that doesn't support SnakeBite Mod Manager?
Only 23% completion (up to mission 17, finished a lot of the side ops that were unlocked), but it may be helpful for someone who's lost their data

I use DS4Windows which works like a boss. I was surprised at how easy it works. I use it on Windows 10 with no issues, and I have a friend using on Windows 8 (I think...definitely not Windows 10) with no issues.
In my experience that will cause steam to install to whatever drive it feels like which if you're like me can be problematic if you only have a small ssd or use a specific drive for games.
If you have an android phone and chrome installed it doesnt get any easier or better than Chrome Remote Desktop you dont have to set up any specific ports or anything for remote access its very straight forward and a life saver for getting things done while iam at work.
Amazing how misinformation propogates even when official statements have been made. Konami tweeted and corrected Peeler and said 12AM EST.
The only conflicting information I see now is directly from the steamdb page about when this unlocks:
https://steamdb.info/app/287700/
UTC 00:00:00 is 8pm today EST according to Google.
It doesn't, midnight EST on the 1st is when it launches I believe...
EDIT: Although steamdb does have it as then at UTC time, which would be 8pm EST I believe:

I'll be refreshing Steam tonight a bunch
I have one here, along with some others. I update the folder with backups fairly regularly - some of the folders also have backup folders within them covering the last three hours.
Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes 100% Save Game File
I've posted this a few times today and /u/drmonix suggested I make an official post. As the title states, everything is 100%, all prisoners are rescued, all missions and difficulty's "S" rated. Just drop it into your save file location in your Steam game folder and enable cloud syncing and then use the "Upload Save Data" option for when TPP comes around, you can use those prisoners for your mother base.
Link is safe, I've been using it at /r/pcgaming for months, just thought I'd share so everyone can have a good, complete time with The Phantom Pain.

Use that one. It's 100%.
If you're trying to play on UWS resolutions and the game is chopping things off, you can use this fix to force it to use the proper resolution: https://mega.nz/#!Y8VxEIoI!4eQUT1kzmZCUpPUpaqwtl_zk2HIOslOllxNVfmyOyAE

This is why I said I need them to succeed. I'm pretty sure those cards are beast cards, but this isn't nvidia's fucking them over as much as them not cleaning up some mistakes on their end they can afford to clean up.
I just really hope they get back to prominence.
PC specs?
Try the items listed here under Issues Unresolved and Issues Fixed, like disabling Nvidia Shader Cache.
Try lowering settings individually. Update your video drivers. Have Steam verify your install. Try using Borderless Fullscreen instead of Fullscreen; if alt-tabbing is causing it, this mode will help.
Nice script OP! , but here is an alternative called GameSave Manager link
I've used it in the past for AC 4 Black Flag and some other games and it works great.
I'm not sure if it'll work but using the script found here (CodeKiller's seems more simple) with AutoHotKey should turn your right mouse button into a toggle switch.
there is an official guide, just not made by prima.
Looks fine. Swing a little higher with the PSU if you'd like to add to it later, and I'd strongly recommend looking at either an MSI or Gigabyte 970 (I'm running this, and I've been very pleased with it, so far.).
If you want a good rundown, pass this on to the folks at /r/buildapc for advice. They were incredibly helpful for building my computer. Do a bit of google research and rely on tomshardware.com forums for your 970 pick. As far as I'm qualified to say, the EVGA is fine, but other brands are similarly priced with some neat perks in the hardware.
Thanks man I did some reading after work. I settled on this, my power unit is ~460 so I think I'm good, I also may need this if it doesn't come with it. Plenty of room in the case. Yes it was pre-built, I was too lazy to do it, I'm a coder and just needed a decent rig fast. I want to upgrade with all this then sell it and start over. definitely gonna use pcparts picker next time
If you don't want to worry about size of the GPU (prefab cases usually have little room to work with), get one of the mini ITX variants of the 970, like this http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GeForce-Overclocked-GDDR5-GV-N970IXOC-4GD/dp/B00OQUMGM0/ref=sr_1_11?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1440244115&sr=1-11&keywords=gtx+970 ASUS makes one as well, I believe.
