I've been using a port of <strong>Combat Surrender</strong> from Classic Skyrim for a while now. This is, by far, my favorite "yield" mod yet. Enemies have a chance of yielding after they reach a certain health threshold, from which you have a few options. Once you handle the other threats in the area you can either "loot" them by stealing their gear, let them run, have them kneel and stay in place so you can loot the surrounding area, and even pit them against their fellow allies. There are checks to avoid conflicts with bounty quests and (even better) enemies that are significantly lower level than you will surrender almost immediately.
Everything is configurable through the console or MCM if you're using the SKSE64 alpha, it doesn't have any requirements, and is by far the most consistent and efficient solution I've seen.
Here is a guide about porting mods to the Special Edition so you can try it out for yourself. https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Porting_Skyrim_mods_to_Skyrim_Special_Edition
You'll want to open up your modlist in <strong>SSE Edit</strong> and search up the FormID "0004E4E6" or EditorID "DA09Gem". There you'll see Meridia's Beacon in the left pane and all other mods that conflict with the same record. <strong>Here is a picture for reference.</strong>

You should check Nexusmods.com, maybe not now, the site is dying and I can't login. There is plenty of lewd mods there, but you can find a lot of them on Steam too.
I just typed NSFW and this is the second result:

I don't think it's possibly to do a proper porn mod for Darkest Dungeon though.

A website where you could search for scenes manually and browse through categories would be an amazing addition to VaM and I think if people jump on the train it could definitively give more motivation to creators. Personnaly i'd see something more like a mini nexusmods.com than loverslab but that's just me.
Having a forum that comes with it would be cool too but then the r/VaMscenes and r/VirtAMate subs would kind of become redundant, so if this happens we gotta make sure the word gets around so the community and content isn't divided in 4 different places. Anyway, you can definitely count me in :)
I've been very busy modding, and now NHM v1.8.0 is ready to be released
If youve not seen it before, it is a player home mod with 12 locations. There's a lot going on with it.
If you have seen it before, well, you've not yet seen the overhauled Deluxe version, the Pocket House, or the new Dark Ordinator Armour!

Lexy's needs some sort of batch download from nexusmods.com. It took me several days, at several hours each day, to just download the mods (300+?) required. I had some of them on hand.
I'm now at the point of doing merges, and discovered I may have installed a few mods incorrectly.
In other words, Lexy's isn't for the faint-of-heart, BUT videos on youtube suggest it looks amazing!
<strong>Hallgarth's Additional (Vanilla) Hair</strong> is all you need. There is a ton of variety, with hairstyles divided up by race, and almost all of the hairstyles added look as if they would fit right into the vanilla game. And if I remember correctly, a majority of them use vanilla hair textures as well.
While you're at it, download <strong>Better Vanilla Hairs</strong>. It's a mesh replacer for some of the vanilla hairs to improve their quality. In my opinion, they look great. Only note is that this mod is for Classic, so you might have to convert it.
not op but theres some youtube videos that can recommend popular mods. its been a while since i played with them, but theres stardew extended that makes the map bigger and adds npcs. also tractor mod is fun. nexusmods.com is where you wanna go.

Some mods drastically change the game, some are really Quality of Life improvements. I love my setup, and I'd recommend anyone to grab them.

If nothing else, grab: Siege Tower Fix from nexusmods.com, using Vortex makes everything super easy. Just make sure everything works with the version of the game (1.6.4) and is under the Native module in the load order.

Recommended mods:
Improved Garrisons, Supply Lines, Detailed Character Creation, Better Marriage, Garrisons Do Something, Marry Anyone, No Companion Limit, Righteous Executions, Serve as Soldier, True Arena Experience, True Noble Opinion, True Relations, V's No Player Clan Party Limit, True Prisoners (notable escapes), Train Your Troops, RTS Camera / RTS Command System, Player Execution Patch. For some equipment variety: Royal Armory Fix, swadian armoury. These will all work with 1.6.4

And of course the prerequisites: Harmony, BUTRLoader, ButterLib, Mod Configuration Menu.
Short answer bcse the gaming pool has become so big.
Just look at how popular gaming has become as a whole, and the scope of gaming community in response has gotten so large that its divided into so many sub groups now to where mobile gamers for better or worse are legitimate gamers now.
So many people for sure either have the skills but usually end up employed in triple A companies, or are rich and just pay people to make their ideas, and theres the rare and coveted indie developer. That make games like Stardew Valley and Hollow Knight.
Sadly Id love to be a developer myself, Ive mapped a few game ideas but my technical know how is limited to only understanding. Maybe someday I can get a loan a start a company, Im not looking to be a millionaire I just desire for my ideas to come to life.
All that said, if youre looking for quick results, indie markets like on Steam or Itch.io, and developers I feel like everyone forgets MODDERS, so Nexusmods.com.

I post this every time this comes up:
If you are playing on PC, give the Resistance Points mod a try (from nexusmods.com). This will lower the RP you get from freeing outposts, doing side missions, destroying silos / wolf beacons etc. to a point where you basically will have finished the whole region by the time they come for you, and it's time to face down the region boss anyway.
There is an unofficial second campaign in the Hyades Rim mod. Its an alternate storyline in the same universe (instead of Kamea being presumed dead for 3 years, she is alive in exile with a black listed merc company). Its only about 50% complete right now but has 13 of 25 story flashpoints done.

If you're to play anything. Play modded Skyrim/Fallout and Civilisation.
But please dabble in all the genres you've never been able to experience, then you can delve deeper once you discover everything you never knew you loved!
There is no 'enhanced edition' for the game on GoG. You may be talking about a 'mod' for the game but that is from nexusmods.com which can be seen here and was last updated on 11 April. I'd check my gog account and see if it is on there and if not then your credit card and email address have been compromised somehow.
Mods for Stardew Valley aren't really done through Steam, so that might be why you're having a hard time.
First step is to install SMAPI - it's the mod loader for Stardew Valley, so it's definitely the first and most important step. Instructions on how to install are here.
Once you've installed SMAPI, you can go ahead and start looking for the mods you want. Most mods come from nexusmods.com or moddrop.com. Once you've found a mod you're interested in, read the description. This will tell you if there's any other necessary mods, special instructions, and incompatibilities. On Nexus, you'll also see a pop-up reminding you about the other mods that you might need to download.
Once you've downloaded your mods, unzip them and move them into the Mods folder in your Stardew Valley game folder.
If you have any questions let me know!
All mods are free. You can get all the information you'll need to play eagle rising by going to their page on Nexus: nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/2428
They should have tutorials there that can help you install the mod.
Most mods are safe, in the sense that they won't break your PC, but depending on the author they may be out of date. Just check the comments before you download anything to see if there are any issues.

DOOM 2016+ Modding Discord server: https://discord.com/invite/XcZyN4PFf2
Read the server rules and stuff like that, and for DOOM Eternal mods, go to #eternal-faq to the left and read from the top to bottom. You of course don't have to read through stuff like "Resource Extraction, Tools" and "Mod Creation".
Once you've done that, you can download mods from nexusmods.com or from #eternal-mods, #eternal-level-mods and #eternal-texture all in the form of .zip files.
Also, I know the "EternalModInjector.bat" window may look a little sus, but that's completely normal and safe. The devs use this stuff in their freetime anyways, so you're not going to get punished for using it.
Your mods should be coming from https://nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/, not Skyrim's. You'll also want to make sure you download 'Current SE build 2.0.19' from the SKSE site, though if you checked in console then you probably did that correctly.
Also also, you should move your Skyrim install to a folder outside of Program Files - Windows tends to harass you when you try to run SKSE in that scenario. Google should turn up a tutorial.
Let us know if you do/have done all those things and still have issues.

Okay, I'm writing that sticky post.
If you wanted to have the best modding capability available, you should have gone with the Steam version. The Game Pass version is incompatible with mods that require Skyrim Script Extender/SKSE, which encompasses a LOT of the more popular mods. You still have access to a good number of the visual upgrades and new quests, though.
Anyway, to answer your question, don't bother with Steam's mod store. Go to this site, create a free account, and do some browsing. Also, Google the term 'skyrim se vortex setup guide' - I don't use Vortex so I unfortunately can't help you there. Maybe someone else can.

PC has way more mods than Consoles, you're just looking in the wrong place. People modding Bethesda mods on games predominately use nexusmods.com as it's by far the largest modding community/website out there.
You should never use Bethesda.net for PC mods unless a modder has only uploaded their files there and not on Nexusmods or a Discord.
Most Valheim mods are client-side only, meaning that even if you had a dedicated server, you wouldn't have to install them on the server.
Very few mods (Valheim+, Plant Everything, etc) require installation on both client and server side.
When on a website like nexusmods.com or thunderstore.io, if a mod does not specifically mention being installed on a server, then it is a client-side only mod.

There are still plenty of mods available available for Legendary.
The problem with Oldrim and SE is that they're essentially two different games that happen to have the same story, characters, mechanics, and so forth. Oldrim is built on a 32-bit version of the game engine and SE on a newer 64-bit version. You can port plugins from 32-bit to 64-bit, but I'm all but certain you can't do the reverse, and Google seems to agree with me. However, if the mod only changes texture or mesh files, you might be OK to use it on Oldrim.
You can also port unmodded saves from Oldrim to SE, but not backwards.
Sorry, mate. Is it too late to get a refund?
Creation Club and Mods are different and not available for ESO, they're only for Skyrim and Fallout 4.
Creation Club are paid mini DLC for Skyrim and Fallout 4. The mods are paid for.
You can also get free mods from Nexusmods.com (which is an external site for PC mods) and the 'mods' section on the Skyrim main menu screen.
The user CharredForrel is either confused or deliberately misleading you.
It depends on what wasn't hitting you about it. I use some quality of life mods that make a big difference for me: Skip the Fade, Auto Loot, Zevran ASAP (because I love that elf, and romance him about half the time), Advanced Tactics, Qwinn's Fix Pack... I know I'm forgetting some. I also have a cool quadrillion hair mods, because hair is important.
Set tactics, and periodically check to make sure they're up to date (when my Warden levels, I check everyone's tactics in the current party).
Some, not all but a lot of gear can be sold to Bodahn and re-purchased at a higher level. So if you sell it because you out-leveled it, check it again to see if it's worth buying back.
Mm, what else. Talk to your companions! You can talk to them out in the field (god, how I miss that) as well as in camp.
If you go to nexusmods.com there are a ton of mods out there to make the game prettier and more fun. And if you're amenable, there are quite a few cheats to make it stupid easy for you if you just want to run through it for the story.

I own Skyrim Special Edition through Steam.
I installed that on the Linux version, to be run through Proton.
I followed a guide to build a version of Proton that included whatever audio libraries fixed the lack of in-game speech.
I installed Vortex using Lutris, and logged-in to my nexusmods.com account, therein.
I installed any mod tool that interested me using that Wine prefix (this is made easy using a button in Lutris).
I mapped those installed applications as tools, in Vortex.
I used Firefox to browse nexusmods.com for mods of interest, and was able to use the convenience button to automatically trigger Vortex to download those mods.
From there, installation, load-order, and so on, was just cake.
Good luck, Dovahkiin. =)
In addition to the usability offered by MO2 and other mod managers (making it way easier to install and manage your load order), there are many many mods that simply aren't available for Bethesda.net's built-in mod menu and many that actually cannot be installed that way (including the script extender, SKSE, which is then needed for many other mods, and ENBs)
Basically, if you want the big fancy mods, the ones you see in all the Youtube videos, and the ones that get recommended the most by the modding community, you get your mods from Nexusmods.com and use an external mod manager.
The only time I would recommend the built-in mod menu is if you literally plan on only using a handful (like, single digits) of mods and it's simple stuff only. For that scenario, the built in menu can be easier, but you're really limiting yourself especially if you want to explore mods further than that in the future.
The only one that is truly "must have" is the Unofficial Morrowind Patch since that fixes any game/quest breaking bugs as well as a bunch of text problems (word of caution, make sure you have an adblocker before you go to Nexus, whoever handles their ads is as bad as the FANDOM wikis)
That's right, according to Ordinator mod at Nexusmods.com
> 100 - That Which Does Not Kill You… - Upon learning this perk, you imbibe a deadly toxin, taking 150 damage per second. If you survive for 60 seconds, you receive 3 perk points and a permanent 25% bonus to all potions and poisons you make.

I've been pretty satisfied with this modlist, give or take a couple of mods depending on preference: https://nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23556/. Photorealistic Commonwealth is the ENB I spent the most time with but the DOF is so strong that you'll likely have to disable it for combat scenarios. I recently switched to Decent ENB, which I really like because it is much closer to Vanilla FO4's bright color scheme but so much crisper and better looking with very little impact on performance. Decent's DOF is light enough that I haven't had to disable it at all, even when in combat.
This article is factually-inaccurate!

>Adult content is all well and good, and it has its place alongside all other content. The problem here is that this content notably focuses on adult themes with a misogynistic lean–women followers with comically sized butts and breasts, followers that are either dressed in almost nothing or are nude, or … well, things like this, just for starters:
Nice slut-shaming there. Women can never be pretty. We have to be dressed from head to toe in a burlap sack. Thanks for that bit of mystical Eastern wisdom, there.
>Unfortunately, if you start to delve into the realm of base NPC model improvement, it’s almost impossible to avoid mods that make all the women characters look like super models, while the male characters end up looking roughly unchanged. You’ll see very few sexualized male characters; there are few modifications at all for things like male bodies or male faces.
Bullshit! Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit! You cannot walk two feet on the Nexus without running into beefcake material! There's Schlongs of Skyrim and skimpy loincloth mods for it, six-pack body mods, mods to make the dudes look cute as hell. There's mods for everything on there! Holy shit, look at how hot these dudes are:
I've updated the code to support comments and posts as well as a better regex expression for matching URLs.
If clicking the link below takes you to the new layout you know the script is working.
No problem. If you only grab one, get Daedric Entity Restoration Project - D.E.R.P. as it brings back the Scamp, Twilight, and Golden Saint from previous elder scrolls.
