Updated Amino post with system coordinates, portal code and planetary coordinates. In the pic of the planet it is located bottom left where the red beacon is. There are 2 comms there.
Also in case someone missed it here's a good post on Amino I did that shows patterns in the address you can use to portal around any Hub region http://aminoapps.com/p/mxfrjd
If you just randomly select the first four and copy the rest of the string it will place you somewhere in the same region
I've hit close to 15 Portals inside the Amino Hub with this trick
I have one like yours and OP's, but in green and red with grey and yellow accents. I named it The Boba Fettish, and it's my daily driver.
But now I can get a prototype colored ship? I'm in.
Put oxygen and another element in a refiner, and many elements will be duplicated in dramatic numbers.
Put chlorine and oxygen in, consume 1 chlorine and 2 oxygen, get 6 chlorine!! Just need a single chlorine and a pile of oxygen, and you can just start printing money!
Also, it'll turn salt into chlorine, but you won't get as efficient of a transfer rate. If you have a lot of salt, I suggest you process it by itself into chlorine, then mixed that with oxygen. I built a salt mine with an oxygen harvest area just for this, and additionally, you can buy oxygen in stations and from most pilots in stations.
Works with cobalt and ionized cobalt, carbon and condensed carbon, and I think a few others, but chlorine is the most valuable element to do it with.
If you can get this app, it'll help figure out refiner recipes, among many other things. I don't know if there's an IOs version.

Looking at NMS patch notes ( https://www.nomanssky.com/news/ ) there was the prisms development update July 21, but if that was an update that had downloaded in the background while I was playing I can't say. I thought it was just a "Hey, guys here's what we've been doing" announcement, but maybe not.

Original XB1 here, and nothing I can see. Scrap dealer still sells the Halloween stuff for tainted metal (unless it’s only showing because I purchased it). Load times and rendering are comparable to before the update. QS shop got updated before the update. And still nothing on the release log
Backpack, then trees, and lastly the new bobble all tiers have been unlocked and they are currently on a season break for missions. Probably so that we can't stack and stockpile QS while they add more items:

Those are all the ones for which I have coordinates, and where I don't have a base in-system. I haven't been to them all recently.
Developmental Update 3 stated on Oct 30th:

I don't know if any of the coordinates I've given you, including the one that caused issues, are affected by the above.
All we know that Beyond contains Online part and VR, we still don't know about third pillar. Official Article.

Okay, the coords sent me to the correct system called Bandaitah. Although the target portal was on planet #1 (bird) not on planet #0 (sun). The first glyph represents the planet index incrementing from your warp jump entry point afaik. So this explains your portal behavior. On PC the portal just seems to eat what you feed it without any correction. xD

Anway the gull wing is there as you can see. First wave on both planets at the trading posts. There's a beige mecha wing Rasa with blue highlights too if that helps. You may try the diplo as first glyph. You should get to the orange lush planet called Umbi VIII.
Okay the address is correct. Checked it again. http://imgbox.com/Q2gxXtBr Translated into glyphs it's an exact match. The ship is still there as well :)

Blender is open-source software and you can find lots of tutorials for it
+the mod page contains "Simple Use" video (you don't need to be an expert in 3d modelling to use it for building NMS base from building parts)

I just realized it was in another galaxy. I thought the name on the picture was the system. I did a google search and apparently it is another galaxy. Sorry to bother all about it. That's what I get for not checking the name out better.
