I mean, I think it goes without saying that NFTs are absolutely fucking moronic, but I think this is a new low for milking money out of fans for something they don't even own.
Same! Vlatko is doing really well. I just read this book about the history of the national team (which I STRONGLY recommend), and it talked about how much disdain the players have had for previous coaches, including Jill Ellis. The players seem to be liking vlatko https://www.amazon.com/National-Team-Inside-Changed-Soccer/dp/1419734490
It looks like Alex Morgan, Carli Lloyd, Mia Hamm, and Julie Ertz have all written books that might be what you are looking for. I personally have not read any of them, but you can find them on Amazon and I am sure you can get get reviews or read through a copy. It looks like Alex Morgan's book, "Breakaway, Beyond the Goal" would be geared to a middle school audience. You can also check out the Players Tribune.
Tropical Storm Imelda has basically shut down Houston and surrounding areas with ~40 inches of rain. All flights are grounded and all major interstates completely closed because of flood waters. The Dash had to practice today in an elementary school gym.

There can only be one:
NWSL's Western New York Flash and Seattle Reign played on 58-yard wide field
Hallmark had an Alex Morgan ornament previously. Too bad they don't have the US Soccer license. They are still pretty cool though.

I think I have visited that site before, it is a good resource. Living in Hurricane Alley (even the local NHL team is called the Hurricanes), we tend to get oversaturated with coverage from all of the local pundits expounding on the US models, the Euro models, etc, so it's nice to have an arsenal of resources to help cut through the hype & sensationalism. Ofc, when I want a real idea of what the weather is up to, I stick my head outside for some first-hand observation. ;) Here is what we're looking at right now:

Ah, looks like that portion doesn't load on mobile. Your mobile web browser should have the option to "Load desktop site"
bit late, but ... i use VPN just fine with BBC, but they do catch on sometimes and block certain IP's.
Wales game was dual-broadcasted, welsh and english, heh.
I'm watching FRA-ENG now via NordVPN, but they have a lot of servers, so sometimes you could notice one server being blocked.
The latter— there was a NordVPN commercial at halftime but it was probably just an ESPN ad buy. Jen Cooper did make her own suggestion that if you don’t get Lifetime and can’t find a bar that has it you should look into a VPN to stream it.
