No. God No.
eNaira is just a digital token representing normal naira which is created by the nigerian government. Look at how the price of naira compared to the dollar has fallen over the last 10 years : https://www.xe.com/currencycharts/?from=NGN&to=USD&view=10Y
Used to be 150 naira = 1 dollar, now it's 400+ , and if you're listening to news in nigeria, it's probably going to get worse considering how much debt nigeria is in which it's dilligently trying to print its way out of.
Nigerians are trying to find ways to get away from naira before we become the next venezuela (which I think is a major reason so many are going into crypto). Stay away from this imho
Another resource you can try are the StartFromZero_Igbo app and Beginner Igbo app to easily begin learning on your own some of the basic Igbo words and phrases from scratch at your own pace.

Well am glad whenever am hearing about any African inovations, but what saddens me the most is that we Africans, we don't usually patronize or support our own things.
For example now, we have a social media platform founded by a Nigerian with better functionality more than some popular social media, it also has functionality that allows it user's to make money as an affiliate on it. Though it's been used worldwide, but you'll find little percentage of African or Nigerian on the platform.
Here's a link if you are interested to see the platform AYOCER
It’s obviously an unofficial term but it’s obvious to anyone the distinction between third world countries and first world countries. Similar to how the USA is undoubtedly the World Leader, it’s unofficial and there’s no award or criteria crowning them World leader but it’s undisputed.
A country can make the Great Leap Forward from third world to first world with proper leadership and clear targets and willingness of the people, Singapore is a perfect example https://www.amazon.com/Third-World-First-Singapore-1965-2000/dp/0060197765
Third world countries are developing and undeveloped countries and I really don’t see how it’s offensive to group all these countries together but anyway people take offense at whatever these days. It’s possible to move from third world to first world if countries put the work in, sadly most countries don’t seem to be able to do so, especially African countries that give all sorts of excuses (colonialism etc)
A first World country has a high standard of living, influenced by factors such as education, GDP per capita, standard of healthcare while most third World countries are basically shitholes, no offense.
My dad also bought me a lot of science stuff books filled with pictures of dinosaurs and diesel engines and stuff. I knew the difference between a one stroke and multi cylinder engine when I was in primary school.
I can rec you a book I read once with Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa myths if you want.
If you want to be a Jack Sparrow I'm sure the internet has many copies of it.
It’s funny you mention that. I’m totally fangirling this Native American language activist, Anton Treuer, who wrote this book, the Language Warriors Manifesto.
I think the same approach can be applied to other dying languages.
Out of curiosity, what tribe was that guy from?
Yes, I’m aware of the minor differences in Urdu and Hindi. However if you take Hindi and take for example Tamil or Telugu they are completely different languages which are not mutually intelligible.
Edit: just to summarise this guy revived his language from being spoken only by a handful of elders to forming native 100s speakers of the newest generation, toddlers and such like through the power of native language instruction and immersion. I think this approach can be applied to Nigerian languages too.
I personaly use this great app called Mandla, it helps learning a lot of African languages, including Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa... I doubt it'll be enough for me to be fluent but if you're an absolute beginner trying to learn the basics, it's pretty useful: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mandla.mandla
No. Nigeria did not have a homogeneous language. I would recommend you read The Kings rifle by Biyi Bamdele and Another Man's war by Barnaby Phillips. They give detailed accounts of the role of West African troops in WW2. Hope this helps!
Not sure if this will help. I have not read it, but I heard a podcast about the book below. It sounded pretty interesting, they did say, I think, that the authors are not necessarily professional historians fwiw.

A lot of the books of that sort would be out of print or only available locally in Nigeria.
My recommendation is to purchase a book by one of our very own u/binidr . It's called J for Jollof.
J is for Jollof: An African Alphabet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TLG26GZ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_CJHRZZKT2SJHCZ8KJJMC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I bought the book for all my nieces and nephews and I highly recommend it.
There might be also children's books out there by Nigerian authors I can't think off the top of my head.
Yeah! We changed the intonation on Sàngó for the second edition. As for meeting Jidenna great things happen in mysterious ways. He is truly a great man who wants to give back to his culture and pull up as many people as he can along the way. Dont forget to pick up a copy of the comic on Amazon
Thanks man. He is a really nice guy. Make sure to pick up a copy on Amazon
Haha! Thanks in the mean time make sure to pick up a copy on Amazon
Thank you the art is for my upcoming graphic novel. You can check it out on Amazonsango
https://www.7cups.com/qa-depression-3/why-cant-i-make-friends-without-constantly-feeling-like-i-just-annoy-them-4506/ Did a simple Google search and found what your therapist told you, plus more useful advice. Like I told OP, do whatever you want but I'm not sure if I will ever not see a therapist as an unnecessary waste of money

I did a short podcast episode on this some days ago. Check it out here please: https://podcasts.google.com/feed/aHR0cHM6Ly9mZWVkLnBvZGJlYW4uY29tL3RoZW5pZ2VyaWFud2l0bmVzcy9mZWVkLnhtbA/episode/dGhlbmlnZXJpYW53aXRuZXNzLnBvZGJlYW4uY29tL2RkZGJiMTc1LWQ2NTEtNWMzZi05YzdhLTVkNDU3NDgwODcxYQ?ved=0CAkQzsICahcKEwj4jaWE3pPpAhUAAAAAHQAAAAAQCg [The name of the Podcast is The Nigerian Witness]
Most places say Ewure, unless there's dialectal differences... perhaps a fluent speaker can clarify. https://languagedrops.com/word/en/english/yoruba/translate/goat/
You can earn money simply by watching ads on this website Ojooo Wad https://wad.ojooo.com/register.php?ref=mathiaviman. It doesn’t require any investment or experience. It's not really sustainable tho and I wouldn't recommend to do it for a living, but it is great for earning some side money. I've been using it for a long time and it can really be useful to make some side money
