So these people who did this clinical who came up with the figure of intranasal morphine being 10%… just got the figure wrong and have been cross cited dozens of times and it hasn’t been properly corrected yet?

It’s concerning to me. We should send them a picture of the chart everyone swears by.

Seeing that these guys collected all this data I’m sure they probably didn’t collect data to come up with the 10% figure.

They're marketed as urine tests for what I assume are legal reasons, but as you can see, they work for a direct test as well. I HAVE had a positive fent hit before from these tests on a batch of blues before I was more careful about my orders, so I'm reasonably sure they work (I retested twice and got the same result both times, whereas everything else I've tested has been negative).

There is a detailed description of the method in this book. I've only every known of it as The Chinese Method, which I'm sure is racist in someway, and can't find another name for it.

Opioids really don't help with oral abscesses. Like at all. Unfortunately, I've had quite a few and the most effective thing is ibuprofen and a cold pack. Add some acetaminophen if you want (I don't take it because my liver ain't so good, so I'm not sure if that helps).

Clove oil/cloves help, too (you can get clove oil from Walgreens, etc. It looks like this - the ingredient is called "eugenol" and it tastes like shit).

What I do is wrap a half teaspoon or so of ground cloves in some cheesecloth and just hold it in my mouth on the abscess. It's not perfect, but it does help a little bit.

That being said, cut it in half and take 15mg. 30 would probably be too much if you don't have any tolerance at all (15mg morphine=10mg oxycodone). I know it's extended release, but IMO 30mg is probably too much. You definitely don't want to be throwing up with an abscess.

Look into a mortar and pestle. They cost about $10 and are made for grinding shit up. Particularly one made of Porcelain so it doesn't have pores.
