Lets be generous and say you find an artist who will make your book for $100 a page. Thats $6000 for the full book. And lets say you can sell it for $5. You would only need to sell 1200 copies to break even.

This is a video of myself, speaking as several characters from my debut novel, "Unicorn Farmhand". This book is about an intelligent horse, Dok Saau, who ends up attracting his owners' attention when he writes sentences to them. After being a tourist attraction, his owner's son, Chang Shong, uses him to take part in a local jousting competition, but amid the training, Dok Saau seeks his help to get rid of his recurring nightmares. To help him, Shong's father gives Dok Saau a translator device to "speak out" his own thoughts.

Chang Shong has several friends: Gworofando, Mjariloz, Oskar, Liaocheng, Ang Yeung, and Wiresa.

• Gworofando is a strong lad who also likes jousting and drumming.
• Mjariloz is Gworofando's BFF, and he works as a part-time engineer.
• Oskar wants to be a soldier, and he does not like people comparing him to berserkers just because he is Norse.
• Liaocheng works at a local newspaper, taking pictures, writing articles, and hosting a blog about his hometown.
• Ang Yeung is a lass who likes jogging and music. She is Chang Shong's girlfriend.
• Wiresa is a blue-haired girl who likes archery, fighting, and drumming. She is Gworofando's girlfriend.
