I recently released Volition and I think it might fit your criteria.
It has a todos/tasks list in addition to reminders and events list. If your tasks have a due date then they will show up on the calendar. It also has a daily/weekly planner.
As far as goals go, you can assign a task to be the most important of the day, week or month. You can also set a task to important (to mark it as a goal) and schedule blocks of time to work on it. Volition will track your work sessions and progress towards that task/goal.
I have actually just launched an app that can do this, I've also posted it in this subreddit earlier today. You can use it to block apps by time of day, usage limit, location, and the WiFi network you're connected to.
If you're on Android you can find it on the Google Play store here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zalewskibros.geolock
Thank you for the feedback!
Go to settings -> Filters and Blocked Addresses (https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#settings/filters):
Yes, try nag reminder (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.robinkunz.nag). The app covers those features.
Disclaimer: I am co-founder of nag but I think you will be very happy with nag. If you have any question just reply to this post, happy to help :))!
Cheers :))!
I am now using repurposed Our Home - it's meant for home chore management, e.g. kids can get points for tasks like cleaning and then cash in for a reward (custom). https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.getfairshare.ourhome
I haven't used it in about 4 years, but I tried many of them back then and the one I liked the most was SimpleMind. They have a free version, but I paid like $20-25 for a pro version that allowed a lot more customization and syncing between devices. You might not need that. What I likes about it was pretty much unlimited customization. I could move branches around anywhere and change the colors to anything. Some of the other versions were more limited. Some of my branches had a lot of limbs, so it was important to me to make it look exactly how I wanted. I added notes and things too. It's worth checking out. It was well supported.
A few alternatives I can think of!
Sidekick (this one's mine :)): I use it every day for pomodoro time blocking and site blocking.
Cold Turkey: strongest blocking features. Super good with dealing with edge cases when trying to access blocked sites.
Hope you check either of them out!
Project management software like Quire is great for teams including remote teams. They also have a feature where you can assign tasks to external teams if you have many third party collaborations.
We have developed our own tool doneit.in , I don't think non Indians could use it right now. We are happy that its cutting out meeting times in its basic version. Its kind of clone od idonethis.com

That is precisely the app you are looking for.
this one's pretty good !! has tags and the interface is very satisfiying too. but make sure you change the notification sound before starting. default is an obnoxious cuckoo sound
Take a look at Restyaboard, one of my favorite free productivity apps! With features including task scheduling, task list and calendar views, Kanban boards, etc... It's really nice to have everything in one place.
Found this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.catchingnow.np
It allows settings rules to block app notifications for a block of time.
