That was always weird to me, because she could just go on Amazon and buy New Balance shoes that are 5.5 EEEE.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007OX0CG8?psc=1
Or is she trying to say that the newer 5.5 EEEE are too narrow for her? If so, why not go to a 6 EEEE or even 6.5 EEEE?
Or maybe her feet are fat shaming her? I know when I went from 425 pounds to about 260 pounds, my shoe size dropped from a 14 EE to 14 D.
my suggestion: there's probably a way to use IFTTT and garmin/fitbit/strava to have an automatic tweet come out every time you complete a workout with a tweet saying "just did a [exercise type] workout!".
Once she sets it up, she only has to remember to log the workouts in her app, and it will automatically get tweeted to the world! for extra privacy she can include a delay so people don't try and work out her schedule.
Requires no effort at all and if she uses a special twitter account dedicated to the workout, it'd be really motivating to see the tweets pile up.
Of course, if she wanted to go all out and provide metrics, the tweets could provide all the details - but I know that's not who she is.
This is a really fascinating academic paper on how the hairstyles that are natural on African American women (aka not chemically processed) are seen as unprofessional. In order to be seen as professional, African American women are forced to spend a ton of time and money to conform their hair to the same styles as white women.
There are reusable thick plastic bendy straws like these. They don't stay permanently at an angle, but bend easily enough that the user can move head to get the angle needed. Large diameter allows thick fluid to flow. There are tumbler sort of cups and lids that the straws fit, so the individual can easily carry their own if required to eat/drink.
I have Donald Crowhurst’s last log entry tattooed on my arm. His story is an incredible metaphor for my worst days and subsequent recovery from addiction. It’s a great story. I first learned about him seven years ago, from a Reddit post about the best Wikipedia articles.
Ragen may think she's an athlete, but she sure doesn't write like one.
Her latest Ironfat update was posted: it's about a comedian making a fat joke. Yup, I guess her Ironman training is going to comedy shows now?
Here's an archive.is link if you don't want to send her a click.
I believe this page will connect you to the organization that provided the certification both Ragen and Jeanette have obtained as fitness "professionals."

Yes, it NAAFA.
My PR for just the 5K is actually 42:28, which is still slow as all hell.
You can tell I have no stamina when my mile splits are 11:45, 14, and 16:45, lol.
My walking speed is really slow. Something like 2.8-2.9 MPH.
This is what the IMAZ course looks like: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/569102
1500 feet of climbing, so "flat." If you need a triple for IMAZ you might as well not show up. But the winds can be a steady 25 mph and she is not aero in any respect.
This one? https://www.bikemap.net/en/r/2930978/#/z11/36.0371621,-114.8740768/terrain
Looks great. Of course an interested biker could just use bikemap.net (which is free) anywhere they happen to be and just look around the area for the available routes. They could download the GPS track onto their phone if they are so inclined.
I happen to know this because I like to ride my bike when I'm on vacation. It's not like I'm training for an Ironman or something like that.
I went out to eat at a restaurant yesterday and they had paper straws, and they were awful! They slowly dissolved (slightly) during the course of the meal, and I just ended up drinking straight from the cup. They also seemed to taste weird. They also weren't bendy.
If I had a disability, I would just make sure I had one of these https://smile.amazon.com/Stainless-Reusable-Replacement-Starbucks-Silicone/dp/B07B64CM7W/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1531676384&sr=8-6&keywords=reusable+straws
on me.
Ironically, this must be a hit on amazon right now, because I type "re" into it, and reusable straws autocompleted.
6:20 if you max out your allowable time for the first two legs - a fraction over 9min per km or around 15 minutes per mile. 4 miles per hour is right on the border between running and walking for a lot of people. Hahaha, no. That's way too much effort for me.
I take screenshots with my phone, open them up in Papyrus, write/highlight on them with my stylus, and them upload them onto my reddit app.
I'm not really sure why you linked me to the site. She's not on Strava, and one main use of it, from what I'm aware, is for actual athletes to post photos and info about their training, like on this guy's page, where it shows he got his second best time ever on a 10 mile ride 3 days ago.
As few details as Ragen gives about any form of exercise, there is no way in hell she is going to post any of that information in a place where any of us could view it.

I've been doing an OCR every 2 weeks or so, most of my runs have been shorter on the 5-8K end but I'm starting ramping them up getting ready for a Marathon.
hi /u/cycle_punk - please resubmit using a youtube mirror as we don't want her to get views (and worst of all comments) from us.
I've taken the liberty of downloading the video and uploading it to gofile for you: https://gofile.io/?c=tRCYuH - if you want to resubmit this post for your sweet, sweet karma go ahead. Otherwise I'll wait a couple of hours and do it on your behalf.
There is already a fat woman on kilamanjaro and the summit in Russia is mostly a train ride. That's 2 of the 7 right there.
There's Mt Harney in SD. Plenty of walk up 14k s in CO that she could drive up and snap a selfie at the peak.
