I don't think it exists online, the journal ended in 1995. But there are a lot of print copies in libraries http://www.worldcat.org/title/discrimination-of-heterogeneous-serotonin-receptors-by-indolealkylamines/oclc/115645448 . 290 libraries in the US have it. Try an ILL if you can't go to any of these libraries.

When everything fails, try worldcat to locate a print copy. You're in luck 360 libraries have a print edition in the US http://www.worldcat.org/title/ed-what-to-do-when-pharmacotherapy-fails/oclc/206769521&referer=brief_results so an ILL should be possible if you're far from every library that has such a copy. If not the british library has it and can scan it for a quite expensive fee.

I cannot find the book for purchase, but did find one site which estimated its retail value to be over $450.00USD.

I was able to find it for rent.

It is also available at a limited number of libraries, in both book and digital form.

Alright, I found that review article and felt it was strange that the article you're looking for was cited in english.

So, I went to the website of the Japanese Journal of Physical Fitness and Sports Medicine, looked up the paper there and found it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ip4woppj9bg54e5/HOLYMOLYITSJAPANESE.pdf

But it's japanese. Except for the abstract. Either one of the authors of that review paper can read japanese, has a colleague that can read japanese and is educated enough to convey the results to him...or, most likely, they just cited the paper but only read the abstract which was translated.

When there is no online version, your best bet is to locate a library holding a print copy using http://worldcat.org .
