Here is a link, if needed after 30 days you can download from soundcloud either directly or through an external website/program like youtube-dl.

It's taken from the surround sound (5.1) source (any 5.1 sourccec will do, I have the bluray). In 5.1 surround the dialog is more often than not on the centre channel and music on the surround Left, Right, Rear Left, Rear Right.

If you open the soundtrack in audacity (e.g after ripping the dvd or bluray) you can delete the centre channel and the .1 channel, leaving you with what I extracted above.

This works on most TV shows and films, but it won't be perfect - like here you'll have effects mixed in like chatter.

So... took me 2 nights - but I think I got it. Took a lot longer than expected but it was an interesting problem. I've uploaded the file here (expires 8Feb21).

The essence of the calculation is as I've mentioned before, building up a profile of loan amounts starting from the cheapest LMI - keep building up until you got the full profile (i.e. 80% LVR to 95% LVR for all). Based on that list, you get a cut-off point where your max loan amount is ($1.965m), and that determines the "ideal" mix of loan + a bit more to top up to $1.965.

Note that the rates are rebased as 1% on $1m loan is not the same as 1% on a $100k loan (that is.. 1% on $1m is more expensive).

Now, i mentioned "ideal" in quotes because I got no way to prove that it's the best solution, other than a brute force check (on the right columns) showing no better solutions.

I can't quite compare to the files you've uploaded though as I think the reference to the LMI % rates are incorrect. The table are up to $300k, but the VLOOKUP seems to treat $300k+ loans as "up to $300k". I think it should be looking up the next band.

I know from a previous discussion that using an outdated version of Adobe Creative Cloud can cause macOS Catalina to crash.

As XML is a textual data format, a file with the extension xml should always be readable in TextEdit. It's possible the file is unreadable because it has an unusual text encoding or is not actually an XML document.
