It is
It is also where she gets the 1 in 25 statement. Dsm puts prevalence of ASPD at 02% to 3.3.%. With not even half would be consinder socipaths (ignore the problem arising from jail studies)
Check out that amazing cover too "I in 25 Americans secretly have no conscience and can do anything at all without feeling guilty. Who is the devil you know?"
Or you can purchase the book here if you'd rather support her work and her decision to share her story.

Does anyone else hate that stupid pause and look off into the distance shane does when he interviews people for these videos?
i think you all know the one..he has two fingers on his chin and acts like he's about to talk but can't find the words to muster for a few seconds 😂 its starting to grind my gears!!

Yup, he’s charming and it seems like he might be manipulating his audience. But there’s also more he’s shown us in the JP series:
• Disregard for right and wrong • Being callous, cynical and disrespectful of others • Arrogance, a sense of superiority and being extremely opinionated • Impulsiveness or failure to plan ahead • Hostility, significant irritability, agitation, aggression • Lack of empathy for others and lack of remorse about harming others • Unnecessary risk-taking or dangerous behavior with no regard for the safety of self or others • Poor relationships • Failure to consider the negative consequences of behavior or learn from them • Being consistently irresponsible and repeatedly failing to fulfill work or financial obligations
And these are all points from a list of symptoms for ASPD. But I removed being manipulative and violent. He seems like he could be those things though, based on his other behavior.
I’ve been worried ever since I started watching him actually, eventually I just ignored that he’s been entertaining and didn’t seem to do harm. But honestly some of his old sketches, they’re not only sorta racist and overall offensive like he didn’t give a f*ck at all but also creepily dark. Actors murdering each other just as a funny joke that I never really laughed at, it’s concerning that he thinks they were funny actually. Always seemed a little psycho, damn

To everyone here saying they’ve had horrible experiences with BetterHelp, I see you and I hear you, and I’m sorry. You deserve good, qualified, safe help. You deserve to be listened to in full.
I highly recommend that if you’re looking or waiting for professional help or if you can’t access it right away, or it’s not available to you, that you look into workbooks. They can be a great tool and come in all shapes and sizes, and they’re written by (qualified) counsellors and psychologists.
They’ve really helped me even when I’ve been completely done with therapists. You pay for the cost of the book (usually about $30-40 new, but there are sometimes used or Kindle copies for cheaper) and you can use it as many times as you like for as long as you like. If you need extra privacy, you can record your thoughts/answers in a separate notebook stored in a safe place or lockbox, or private passcoded app on your phone.
I would also suggest researching what therapy methods are right for your specific needs, and researching what is or isn’t outdated. Lots of therapies are making its way out of practice, like ABA for the treatment of OCD and autism.
This is the workbook I’m using for suicidal depression, anxiety and anger attacks. It’s currently $35 CAD
This one is anxiety specific
We used to use these to slice our pizzas at a skating rink I worked in during high school. They were made and cooked just like the Chuck E Cheese pizzas from everything I saw in the video. Being 5'1 or actually smaller at the time because that's my height now, the slicer was too big for me to handle and keep the pizza on it's special board right out of the oven (if you didn't cut it fast enough the cheese got weird and chunks would come off whole slices while you cut). Trying not to burn or cut myself, I couldn't cut a straight line to cut my life and they came out exactly as the shitty pizzas in the video and in your picture. Sometimes at a birthday party we'd be asked to cut the slices in 10 instead of the normal 8 and oh God that was really horrible. I finally bought my own normal pizza cutter and EVERYONE except my boss (who was a slicing pro, like could cut 10 pizzas perfectly with the large slicer in a minute flat) used the normal one from then on. It honestly didn't help that much though, sliding the pizza off the board perfectly was also a bitch. But yea no conspiracy here, just teenagers being bad at their jobs they get paid $7 an hour for.
