Made some changes, hopefully fixed a few things. You now no longer need a face to activate the effect Also added a bunch of symbols on the keyboard
Hi all, DankLens app creator here. We know that most of you are aware of our app's existence by now. But we felt like reaching out to you again, as it has been awhile since our last post and so some new creators on here might not be aware where their views are coming from! ;)
Besides that, we've reached a staggering 1200 working lenses in our app. And we've also added a 'Trending' page which constantly changes based on the amount of uses each lens gets. We're still constantly developing new features for the app and would love to hear feedback, as always!

Hey guys, it’s finally here!
A few things to note: - this lens is the first version, it’s still an in-progress lens that I planning on adding a lot more to! - if this lens does get rejected I will be notified and I’ll get it back up ASAP (this will only happen once and then it should be good from them on)
What I’m planning on adding next: - fixing the screen layout, I believe it looks slightly odd on some devices, I’m aiming for it to look the same - adding the ability to harvest materials! For all the memey goodness that may cause - there’s a lot more I plan to add, but this is what I’m likely to be working on immediately, if you have any other ideas, please let me know!
How to use: - tap to get rid of the disclaimer screen - tapping on items in your inventory while you are not recording will change them to another item -tapping on inventory items while you are recording will use the item - tapping on the health/shield bars will cause you to take 40 damage

And yeah, the video doesnt show it but I did animate the entire video, which is about twice as long as what I showed (Turns out he actually dabbed in the original 10+ year old video?)

its this one taking a second look at it, its actually not too bad but i feel like the noise is a bit rushed
Alright here we are, V1.1
added in this version: - moveable map! tap and hold in the direction you want to move on the map - random map spawn. Every time you load the lens, you will be placed at a random position on the map - Down and Death. When your health reaches 0, you will be 'downed'. The health bar will turn red and begin to decrease. Once you have depleted all your downed health, you will be eliminated! - Victory royale. Tap above the inventory items to show the victory royale!
bugs fixed: - there was an issue with tapping on the inventory items. Certain devices would have to tap slightly of target for it to work, this should be fixed.
known bugs: - the inventory items on the left don't space out exactly the same for every devices aspect ratio. Most common devices will be fine, however devices with odd aspect ratios will look weird. Trying to fix this ASAP
Let me know if you have any suggestions! I'm looking to add a landscape mode, resource gathering and a few other features in the next update.

Hello everybody,
What a major interest in this lens, I didn't know it'll be that much of interest until I actually posted it on my snap and everybody wanted it!
Unfortunately, we might not get to use it. Long story short: I submitted it before I hit the bed and posted a demo here. To wake up to 2 emails: one with the approval and its snap code and link, which is the following:
Then another email that the lens is rejected for the following reason:
"Incites or glorifies violence or the use of weapons"
Cmon Snapchat, this is just mimicking Eminem's diss, the coverart of the song and it as a whole is everywhere including Youtube.
My question to you guys how I can adjust it so it doesn't show that it "glorifies violence". It won't be as awesome as the original artwork but we will still have the beat and the X_X eyes.
What do you think?

From seeing oops_caps work I was inspired to make a lens that you can paint and doodle in your world! The idea that camera is your paintbrush and the world is your canvas is super exciting, and I would love to hear what you all think and what can I do to make this better!

My failed attempt at the DC lens studio challenge, but thought this would be funny to share! My attempt is to 3D scan an action figure and rig it with mixamo. I am in the process of fixing the issue, but hope there is some place for it out here lol.

I’m posting this so I can hopefully get some help finding a cover of the intro song that isn’t copyrighted or made by someone too popular to contact. Remixes are still copyrighted if they sampled the original song.
Also other thoughts and feedback on the lens are appreciated.

Relatively basic idea that I have not seen yet, but this lens de-saturates all parts of the image that aren't blue and gives a slight burst in color to things that are blue. I hope you all enjoy!

Unfortunately snapchat does not have a body recognition capability in lens studio yet so the exact lens that you want can't be created. That being said, I made this lens that allows users to create their own warp filters on snapchat so you could use it to mimic the effect by blowing out the center of the image.
I used it with some generic stock image to fully test it out since I dont have quick access to group up 3 other people right now. It's also the first lens I've made(seen?) that works with up to 4 people!

Zoom in/out as you normally would on snapchat to make it bigger/smaller however it does zoom your face too so you can't zoom that far in !!
