amazon. dont know why my autocorrect changed quantum mechanics to quartermaster(maybe because i use the term a lot in the military)
here is a link to the item. I promise i am not the seller.
Heh while we're at it let's also remember he was 'Zefram Cochrone of Alpha Centauri' in this episode then First Contact rolled around and they decided he was from Earth. Bah.
There was a great source book from the early 80s illustrated by Rick Sternbach called Star Trek - Spaceflight Chronology that had an entire rundown from late 20th century, the exodus of the Eugenics wars, and the early exploration of humanity before and after warp was invented. It details the meeting between human explorers meeting Cochrane at Alpha Centuari when they arrived. At the time I had no idea that these 'source books' were never canon but the book seemed very legit and well researched.
Needless to say I was a bit grumpy that they changed up the history of the character when First Contact rolled around. Still, despite my willingness to accept that Zephram Cochrane can be from anywhere the Star Trek higher-ups want, I feel like First Contact ultimately undermined the early history of Earth's space exploration; having the Vulcans there two-seconds after Cochrane's flight feels like.... cheating.
Instead of the "early age of space exploration" that I always imagined, it was kickstarted by a more advanced civilization. It'd be like Ferdinand Magellan leaving port for a day only to be shown the larger world by advanced humans with access to air vehicles and GPS.
And yes I know this actually becomes a future plot point on Enterprise (which I haven't seen yet), but still... *grumble grumble*
But I digress. Carry on memeing!
This is from the new Star Trek Shipyards Star Trek Starships: 2294 to the Future 2nd Edition: The Encyclopedia of Starfleet Ships. There aren’t any more photos of the new ships at the moment, but it has some smaller images on the cover.
They’re not to scale but they’re good quality.
Now where did I say you were racist?
I would recommend you read Meghan Burke’s Colorblind Racism for a better understanding.
You'd need to do the VPN thing, and switch to a country that streams it on netflix. That's the only "legal" way.
In Canada it's on CraveTV but the android version of their app is a dumpster fire that is barely usable. So I had to do just that. Setup NordVPN on my Shield TV and it worked like a charm. Hated having to do that but that's the fucking way she goes.
Can confirm, but it is available 10pm EST Friday, not after it airs. This is why it's not on Netflix, cause Bell (spits on ground) somehow got the rights to it.
That said if OP is willing to get a VPN (NordVPN works for me) UK Netflix has the new episodes midnight day-of, so if they're willing to wait an extra two hours that's also an option.
The Intrepid Saga by MD Cooper
You don’t actually get to the 90th century until after these three first books. The whole saga is 16 books. That seems daunting, but each one can be blasted through quick.
That's what I did this past June. When I got to France, used my regular Win 10 laptop, fired up the regular Netflix app, and voila! There was Discovery, and I watched an episode. Back home I tried NordVPN and connected it to France, and that worked just as well. Nord is like $99 for 2 years--well worth it for torrents alone.
Hello, I'm a bot! The movie you linked is called Star Trek: First Contact, here are some Trailers
Looks like the one I got is sold out but here is the link to the leather one.

How do you get Netflix to work through NordVPN? When I try, Netflix says something like, "We see your using something to disguise your actual location. please disable it to continue watching Netflix". Not in those exact words but something to that extent.
I got this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07C2Z4DBN/
£40, Quantum Mechanix, and even the packaging matches. The base was indeed a weird aluminium or similar alloy, heavier than plastic but very malleable/soft. The outer part was indeed just plastic, with two magnets.
Anyone interested in time travel concepts should check out the history of time travel on amazon prime. https://www.amazon.com/History-Time-Travel-Daniel-May/dp/B07PB7BK7L
It is shot like a documentary interviewing people. Lower budget, but that doesn't really matter due to the way it was set up. It is by no means perfect, but definitely a really cool way of doing a time travel movie. They discuss the theories of time travel paradoxes in it.
It's gotten 100% 5 star reviews on Amazon (7 total reviews). It has interesting canonicity. The author stresses that this isn't canon. But he also states how he had unprecedented access through a "Tie-in Media Coordinator" and writer on the show and worked hard to ensure consistency with other canon material. I wouldn't be surprised if show writers use elements from this book in flashbacks in future episodes.
