Yes 1000%. It's not just a standard update to the base game. They're also including 2 entire expansions and a DLC for free. $30 is very very worth.

Just be sure to wait until it releases to get it. Current users have to fully uninstall the game, and do a whole new installation for the update. They announced earlier this week, it will also be available on <strong>EGS</strong>. I got it from MS shop.
