I know this is a meme board but if anyone's having this problem, I managed a work around for it.

Download ProtonVPN and you can get through the authentication. Might not work for everyone but it worked for me. Depending on where you are, you might want to disconnect after you get in, I had pretty bad ping trying to stay connected to the VPN.
