LightShot heavily improves your PrtScr button, one of the things being cropped screenshots with text/painted lines on.
Didn't take me more han 15 seconds :)
A bit late to the party but my 3 must haves are:
EarTrumpet - neat tool with clean UI for changing the audio levels of programs.
LightShot - For an easy intuitive way to take screenshots.
My Favourite: GamePipe - An amazing tool to easily move steam games between drives (I use it to transfer games between my SSD and HDD) by drag and drop.
I use Lighshot to grab screenies. Its really easy to use and it only shows the bits of the screen that you select, If anyone wants it you can download it here
It also gives you the option to upload it to prntscr.com or save it to your pc and upload it somewhere else :D
From the unity editor drag and drop player object to the attached SaveSystem
script(component),
And please try to ask questions in a nice way. When you need help you should also think about others from who you are expecting help. So please use screenshots instead your phone next time, you can use windows built in snipping tools or something like LightShot. And some description would be nice to express your problem.
It's called lightshot. - https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
Pretty useful tool for a screenshot, cropping and immediate loading to a server without going through loading on Imgur or something.
The catch is, the link doesn't stay permanent. Handy for temp non important stuff to show people quickly.
For taking screenshots anytime (regardless of whether you are clicking your mouse or holding a button) I recommend use Lightshot
As all you have to do is hit print screen and then select an area you wish to copy/save/share
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
All of these work by just pressing print-screen, then it uploads it automatically. No need to use paint and all that jazz.
The imgur extension is pretty great b/c it gets uploaded to imgur.
Wait, Netflix was letting you screencap normally before this? I never could, so I installed an extension just so I could take screenshots for these posts. If you're interested, I use Lightshot
> good thing I only count three
It's class 5 that's the problem section. Must be full of entitled rich kids.
> she’s a great character
What is this, the Ritsu appreciation thread?
Grab more than one photo for reference at various different angles. The nose is off and the eyes and the general proportions of the face. The bottom lip needs to be thicker and the muscles of the face need to be worked in to the flesh more. But like I said more photo reference will help from diff angels. Do the big shapes first then work in the finer details later. You can use spotlight later for the wrinkles and face textures. Hope it helps. Also have a face anatomy reference as well. Its fun too sculpt so enjoy it. You can use a free software called light shot to capture your reference https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
This was fun to read! Just so you know, you can press f12 to take a screenshot. Or better yet, download Lightshot, which lets you click and select a portion of the screen to copy.
A program like this is really nice for taking screenshots: Lightshot.
You can just select a part of the screen, then just save or copy/paste the image or upload it. There are a ton more like it too, just so you know.
Please use lightshot instead of gyazo. The links have a tendency of not loading for many people but consistently work for the host. This is the same deal, just tap print screen and drag the bounding box. Trust a former gyazo user, it's really awful.
I suggest lightshot, you can set it and forget it. whenever you want a screen, just press Prntscr and you can instantly crop anything from you screen and directly upload it online and have a copy-pasted link.
I don't wanna be THAT person but instead of taking a picture of your screen, you should use Lightshot
It's easier and better. I hope I helped. Looks pretty though.
Covered by ARTIFICIAL_SAPIENCE. 2- No, watching anime does not disallow people from using your library, you can do anything and others will still be able to use your library. The only time they won't be able to use a game in your library is if you're already playing said-game. Ex. You're playing CS:GO and they want to use your Library to play CS:GO, they can not.
Not directly, I guess they don't want people stealing copies? I don't know lol, have you tried using Non-Steam Screenshotting programs such as Lightshot?
> People at school call me [...]
Wait... CALL YOU ?!? That's weird :p
Install also LightShot for doing screen capture.
(Remember , most people at school don't have skills at agar.io)
Hey, this is off topic from the post but switch from Gyazo to something else, preferably puush or Lightshot because Gyazo is malware. The site occasionally injects spyware into the .PNG files and then when Windows reads them to display them on the browser the spyware copies itself elsewhere on the PC. And I doubt you want to give everyone on the sub or your skype contacts or whatever spyware or malware to deal with.
> Screenshot, you fools. Screenshot.
I've been using Lightshot for half a decade now and J really couldn't live without it. All y'all must be dung farmers because your crops are shit.
Instead of taking a picture of you monitor, how about you make either a screenshot (i use a tool call lightshot for making rad screenshots), or you could show us a picture of the final render?
Other than that, keep at it. The first steps are always the hardest.
I think the avatars you're referring too are default avatars of reddit. I would assume they change based on your karma. Karma is based on upvotes to posts and comments. It could also be based on how long your account has been active.

Unfortunately I have an avatar on all my accounts so I set it right away to a custome one.

You can rip any graphic you like using https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
This is my preferred program. https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
Install it, then when you hit your PrintScreen button not only can you select what part of your screen you'd like to capture, but then you can eithehr save the file to your computer or upload it and share the link all at thhe press of a button. Kind of like this.
Hopefully that helps.
To take screenshots of anything, I use LightShot. Very small program that runs in the background and captures your screen when you hit the print screen button. Probably need to use the function key to do "fn+prnt scrn" on a laptop. Just click and drag a box on your screen to crop the picture and then save to desktop. Easy.
Windows automatically keeps a battery report and you can get it by opening the terminal or "cmd" and typing "powercfg/batteryreport". It makes an HTML file in your C:/users/(username) folder called something like batteryreport.html. Open that and it shows you a whole list of specs about your battery history.
I try and make sure I have clients install Lightshot
Makes it easier for them to save the image of the print screen so they can just send that.
Instead of the print screen paste into word etc and hope they don't then decide to print the word document and scan it so that they can select e-mail scan XD
Lightshot free screenshot tool for mac and windows! Amazing tool! https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
Also to watch The Office for free! http://watchtheoffice.online/
It has categorized episodes and each episode has a bunch of unedited parts left in so it makes the show fresh and new!
I recommend Lightshot for screen capture : https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
It's a very useful software to improve your efficiency. You can just bind the key you want (Ex: screen capture), select the area you desire, add some basic effect and
1) Upload on the internet with the cloud icon to share it really fast on the web.
2) Ctrl-C it (or save it with the drive icon) and paste in many software with a Ctrl-V.
Oh, forgot to add they may now ask you to upload a screenshot of the deal for verification. The Lightshot extension makes it super easy to grab a screenshot of something in your browser.
It's CURRENT YEAR, man. Stop taking pictures of your monitor.
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
That having been said, most of your placings are within the realm of reason, aside from a couple of outliers, such as Game & Watch. On top of being pretty average in theory, he actually has some good results.
But uh, personal tier list posts aren't particularly great. No one wants to, or let alone can, justify each of their placings, and discussion tends to devolve into everyone posting their own list, and comments being no deeper than "wtf roy so low!".
No clue but if you're not afraid of a little leg work there's this program that allows you to directly crop pictures from your monitor (ofc you'd have to find the raw of it first)
If you want to use an app, I would recommend you to check out Lightshot. Which has many nice features, like for the ability to edit a screenshot (very useful if you want to remove your name) before uploading it.
Alternatively, you can just use the printscreen (PrtScn) button on your keyboard, then save the picture and upload it to a site like http://imgur.com.
I use lightshot, which gives you a link like this: http://prntscr.com/6dmpd9 .
The image itself is hosted on imgur though so you just have to copy the image url which makes it convenient for Reddit.
When you press prtscn it lets you select a portion of the screen right away, instead of screenshotting the entire screen. You can then edit it with text etc, and then choose to copy, save as, delete etc.
You can't use Win + Shift + S because it is the Snipping Tool default shortcut key and you can't change it. So, for Lightshot just press CTRL + C and here is the shortcut keys list https://app.prntscr.com/en/hotkeys.html
There is an app I like to use on my pc called "lightshot". It's for windows or mac, if you download it, you click prnt-scr on your keyboard, and it allows you to take a screenshot where you can resize the screenshot in real time. So for instance, if you had this movie up on your pc and wanted to take a body shot of Erza, you could take a screenshot and then align a few dots on screen so it's only a shot of her body instead of the full screen :) Here's a link to it: https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
You will thank me for this later. Go to this website and download Lightshot https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html. Follow the directions. You can take a full screen shot or just a section of a screen. You can upload it to the cloud directly to share it or save it to a folder of your choice. You can markup the image, add text etc..
It's what the snippit tool should have been. Enjoy.
I don’t even use the shipping tool to begin with, I always found the interface to be a little clunky.
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
Download this application and it binds right to your prtscn key.
You should try lightshot instead. It integrates the snipping tool into your printscreen button, and giving the options to upload, copy to clipboard, and save into file explorer when you snip a screenshot. It also has decent drawing/annotation functions.
If you're looking for one similar, I use LightShot which is free and although the controls are a little different, it sounds exactly like what you were using.

https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html

You just press print screen to enter snip mode, it tells you dimensions on it. You can add text, marks, lines, save, upload, etc. Very similar to what you're saying, but icon is blue feather. I've used this for as long as I can remember. :)!
Some window commands will; you can also look back at the past 200 clipboards or so [that is what you have copied and are going to paste].

I have always found it much easier to use Lightshot, where you can just use the [Print Screen] button to take a screenshot, and choose whether or not to save it to a file, and where, or to copy it to clipboard, along with instantly editing it on the fly; much easier to use, and no extra software needs to be open (I mean, it runs in the background all the time).

Highly recommend people look at Lightshot.
Lightshot if you like to take screenshots of certain parts of your screen to share them on Discord or whatever. Basically a much better version of the Windows Snipping Tool.
Hey, you can either use print screen button (might say prnt scrn) and just ctrl+v it into chat/email or paint and save it or what i recommend is downloading lightshot I've been using it for years and It's really simple and easy to use.
I recommend Lightshot: https://app.prntscr.com/ I've been using it for years with no complaints. It has the functions you describe and has the benefit of working on more than just your browser.
I don't have it either, that's why I use Lightshot. It's simple, press prntscrn and then sqaure out the image you want, upload it to the cloud, copy the link and paste it here. Get LightShot at https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
look at the theme files, and copy those you need to child theme folder. there you can edit them and child theme files will override theme files. Files you haven't copied from theme folder will be executed, so you have all functionalities from parent theme + custom, files you copied. Also i suggest using VS Code for editing your code and please go to https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html and download their lighshot program. Install it and press prnt screen on your keyboard. Don't post pictures from your phone camera :D
I recommend Lightshot. Super lightweight, bound to the print screen key, allows you to draw, add arrows, make boxes, and highlight (I think) before you save it. You can also just copy it (ctrl + c) and paste it into most messaging platforms, so that it doesn't remain on your computer.
let me just copy paste what i copy pasted a few minutes ago:

let me just copy paste from when I wrote this an hour ago:
~~First - learn how to screenshot (EDIT: shift + f12 in game, download something such as~~ ~~lightshot~~ ~~or learn how to use the PRT SC key on your keyboard)~~
Second - every week there is a thread dedicated for low relevance achievements (and simple questions) which is also where your post should be... here is this week's
Third - read the subreddit rules (you broke rule 1)

The program Lightshot lets you hit the print screen key (or a programmable key of your choice!), select an area of your screen, and then copy a clip of that area directly to your keyboard. I recommend it to everyone and have been using it for years (no affiliation, just a fan!)
the prt sc button at the top right of your keyboard universally takes screenshots on windows. doesnt work on some games, should work on ark though. it goes to your clipboard.
alternatively, download lightshot for a much better screenshot taking experience. it overrides that same key and does a very nice job at letting you crop and draw lines/text/arrows on the image. you can then copy to clipboard, save it, or upload it to their servers so you can simply send someone the link
I don't have the Epic Games launcher so I can't help with you that, but I do use a little app called Lightshot to take screenshots and it works really well for me. https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
may i recommend you lightshot for screenshotting? you'll need to put the game into windowed mode for lightshot to work.
Why is everyone pointing that this is bad quality or a photo of the computer, but no one telling OP about the Print Screen button? Geez.
It should be next to F12, a button that says "PrtSc" or something like that.
Press that button, and you'll see... that nothing happens. Okay, next open Paint. Use CTR+V or right-clic and paste. There you have it.
You can also use a program like LightShot. It will make things much easier as it will let you make an image of a part of your screen so you don't have to manually cut the whole thing. And you can save it directly or simply copy it.
this probably falls under misc, but to take in game screenshots that look nicer than the in-game camera i use lightshot
it works when you have the game in windowed mode, but not normal game function.

a simple screenshot app that takes whatever size screen shot of your screen you want.
Does the anti-cheat software ban you from taking screenshots?
I'm using Lightshot or an equivalent program that replaces the default print screen functionality on my computer. When I press print screen, my game force closes. I believe I got an anticheat message too. I was trying to get a screenshot of an arrow lineup for Sova.
NON Excel answer: download and install Lightshot. Very easy to use. Just press the PrtScn button, drag the capture window, size it up and save it. Takes a tiny bit getting used to, but do it once, twice and you become a master. Make sure you read the info - I forget if you have to set up the button or if it's defaulted.
The real problem is it's 2020 and you are still using a phone camera to take screenshots on your PC lol.
Give this program a shot, it will change your life ;)
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
I use a tool called lightshot for screen shots/clips. Let's you select just the area of the screen you need and write notes or add highlights on it. Then you can save it, copy it to your clipboard or share it. It's really slick and saved me a bunch of time in school. I still use it all the time to share things into my slack group.
The Print-Screen button on your keyboard. No third-party software needed.
Add the Windows key to save to a file.
Lighshot tells you that's what it does, so I don't know what the fuss is regarding "Lightshot DOES store and remember our screens."
From this:
> Share screenshots via Internet > > Do you want to share photos, images, parts of a webpage, or any content that you see on the screen with your friends? Simply start Lightshot by pressing the Print Screen key, select an area, and click "Upload." You will get a link that you can share with your friends or post on your blog, Twitter, Facebook... anywhere!
So if you don't want "a link that you can share with your friends or post on your blog, Twitter, Facebook..." then don't press Upload?
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
That's a download link for Lightshot, the app I use for screenshots on my laptop. Download, install, and then push the Print Screen button on your keyboard to freeze the screen and then select the space you want to screenshot.
Lemme plug this neat little program. Makes screenshot sharing really easy.
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
You can like doodle things on them, put in annoying arrows and boxes, and then they have an image hosting service you can upload to. Streamlines things a bit.
check out lightshot it modifies your prntscr button to act more like the snipping tool. you hit prntscr and draw a shape and it gives you the option to save, print, upload and give you a url without opening a web browser, etc.
it really should just be part of windows rather than the ancient copy to clipboard theny ou have to go to ms paint and paste etc etc
Or in a .pdf that only has a single page with a photo of a screen that the client took with their phone.
The worst (best?) case of this was when I was going over frontend changes of a client's site with a client from UAE; this dude did the following:
Screenshot the pages of his website
Print them out
Draw and wrote all over them to outline the changes he wanted us to make
Scanned the paper
Uploaded the scan and sent it to us
He was an aerospace engineer, mind you.
I had so many situations where LightShot would come in handy to these kinds of people it's beyond counting, and I've only worked in this company for two and a half years.
Oh, I don’t mind at all. Most sighted people don’t use screen readers as far as I know. It’s an easy assumption to make. :)
Here is what I see on mobile. Buncha symbols and stuff. Makes the credit hard to read with my eyes, and that’s probably not great for getting people to notice you’re a human and letting people know they can sign up to be a transcriber.
I use LightShot to for screenshots on PC. I like the program a lot; you should check it out if you take screenshots even semi-often. Might help with that “red tint” you’re complaining about. :)
Personally, I don’t mind red tint at all. Excuse me for mentioning a third program in this thread, but I use F.lux (that’s a hyperlink to their website) to adjust my screen colours for day and night, and my screen is tinted red towards nighttime anyways. It reduces blue light to help you sleep better, and it reduces eye strain in dark rooms. 10/10 do recommend.
Both programs I linked are free, and as far as I can tell don’t use any shady practices to remain free. They’re just free! NaturalReaders is a paid program, but I find it’s very much worth it for me since I use it so much. I’m not sure how well it would work for someone visually impaired since I’ve never tried to use it for that purpose, but I like it a lot. I’ve listened to literally 10,000+ pages of content, and I’ve only had it a few months. The premium voices are pretty, well, Natural.
It would be worth collecting some more data and seeing whether modifying the general transcriber tag would help with recruiting more transcribers. It’s not worth transcription posts getting deleted due to bot suspicion (as the goal is to provide visually-impaired-friendly reddit) but it’s definitely something to investigate.
I'd like to suggest another tool for your screenshots like Lightshot, it additionally has some really fun features for adjusting only the useful parts of the screen in a resizable box along with easier boxed based red outlines and text input if necessary.
Additionally, check out LiceCap in much the same vein as the screenshot, only this can easily create tiny gifs to help go through multiple menus.
WARNING
You are in direct violation of the super galactic Teamfight Tactics battle royale rules. All gameplay screenshots and videos are not allowed to be taken using a phone. The only time you may use it is to send nudes via SnapChat. Use these alternatives instead:
I don't know whats wrong then, just reset the changes. I recommend using a screenshot application maybe lightshot screenshot tool. https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html For screenshot that was I do use sometimes.
https://app.prntscr.com/en/download.html
This tool is completely safe, light, and allows you to save screenshots in seconds. Also allows you to easily draw arrows and such on the screenshots. Both my parents installed it and they told me it's the best productivity tool for them since coffee. I recommend it for your digital life in general; not just this experiment.
I don't know. Its probably the site its hosted on that the problem could be from. You can just save the file/image/picture with a screen shot tool/program like Lightshot.
I've removed your post as the screenshot is really low quality and you're not likely to get a huge number of constructive responses.
Please repost using a screenshot utility. On Windows you can just hit Printscreen and then paste it into a paste here. Or on Windows 10 you can press Win-Shift-S and you can then drag a box around an area of the screen to capture it, then paste that. Or install the free application Lightshot (https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html), which provides screenshot capture, upload and editing capabilities.
Linux and macOS have similar facilities if you're not using Windows. And Lightshot is also available for macOS.
Thanks.
There still isn't a way to resize your selection despite my pleas on the Insider program :(
I also find the whole "launching an app" after taking the screenshot to be very limiting in how you could evolve the function.
For an excellent example of how I feel Snip & Sketch should behave, please take a look at Lightshot. It's near enough perfect for taking and editing screenshots quickly and easily, unlike S&S :\
Pssst, try using the F6 key on your keyboard to take a screenshot or simply go for the best tool out there, Lightshot: https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
The best way to show your fashion is with high-quality pictures ^^
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
Lightshot is an easy to install screenshot application. I don't want this to sound like an ad, but then again, I do recommend it. After installing, printscrn will be bound to a lightshot screenshot, where you can draw to select the area you want to screenshot. Perfect if you just want to show some HUD element like OP! you can then edit it (lines, arrows, blur names), save it or copy it.
A cool app that I’ve used for years is Lightshot, i know I’ll never remember these key combinations that windows has, so whenever you press the print screen key, it works the same way as win+shift+s and you can choose a folder to save it to, copy it, or upload it. Pretty neat free app
Shameless plug for Lightshot. Does this, but better with an option to draw on the screenshot; choose to copy it to your clipboard or save it, or even do a google image search with it.
Unrelated but a good tool for screenshots is lightshot. . I use it, it's super lightweight and gives you the option to save, edit, or quickly upload images in a way that makes it easy to share
It's not only for reddit, but I honestly recommend you using a clipping tool, such as Lightshot app (https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html), it makes life much easier, and your viewers will have easier time seeing the clips you make.
Lightshot, a tool to make a customizable screenshot. By just pressing the 'Printscreen' button on your keyboard, you can select a field you would like to screenshot. You can add text as well as edit it. It copies to your clip board or you can save it in a folder.
Lightshot. Snipping tool for Win/Mac. Keyboard shortcut is automatically prtscn, you can copy the image instead of saving, or upload it to their website & get a link. There's also a button to reverse Google search whatever image you have cropped to screenshot. Also, you can draw with it.
Seriously the best snipping tool I've ever used.
edit: it also creates an automatic Lightshot folder to keep all the screenshots you save. it's insanely convenient.
Lightshot. It's like windows snipping tool but tons better without getting too carried away with features. Very useful for me as I need to write guidelines quite a bit that contain plenty of screenshots.
I use Lightshot for taking screenshots, it's very convenient and easy to use, plus it gives you the option to upload the screenie directly to cloud and gives you an instant link.
But linking your PCPP build as the others say will allow us to not only see everything, but also modify the build itself if it can be improved further. =)
I'm using this currently: https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html, there are many more tools like that available, like ShareX. I'm waiting since forever for some official support in windows for something like that. Screenshot, snip something, maybe have some small editing tools like LightShot has, abilitiy to add text or arrow markers and being able to upload it to some image host and get a link to the image in return.
I use lightshot which is similar to the cmd+shift+4 functionality but crucially for me I can quickly add it to the clipboard and paste it in my notes. By default it binds to ctrl+shift+9.
The best way is to download and install Lightshot (or any other program for taking screenshots). After it's installed, whenever you want to take a screenshot, press PrntScrn button on your keyboard, select area which you want to capture and press button in the bottom left corner (or press CTRL + D) to upload it. You will get a link to the screenshot, so you can post it on reddit, etc.
Hope that helps.
PS: You can do it without using any program, but it's much easier and better to use one.
To add ontop of what Terminator said, there's a ton of lightweight programs out there that are extremely easy to use. I use lightshot. All you have to do is press print screen and select the area. You also have a choice of copying it to your clipboard (so you can ctrl+v in chat) or upload it to prntscr.com. There's also gyazo, greenshot, or you can also do alt + print screen to take a screenshot of the selected window, or just pressy printscreen and then you can ctrl+v in chat and it'll send the picture.
I use this app to take screen shots.
It replaces your PrtScn button to activate and it has a built in crop/draw/text feature with built in upload to cloud (imgur hosted), which is pretty convenient.
The alternative that I use is Lightshot
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
It looks way easier/faster because you dont have to setup anything, you just install it press the Screenshot button on your Keyboard and you either press right-click to mark everything (also screens both screens) or you just drag what should be screenshoted. You can directly edit the picture or just upload it and copy the Link.
Hi, in case you don't like using windows' screenshot tool, here's a dead simple to use one.
Once installed, here's how to use it:
Hope you learned something useful :)
> and there is a cool "snipping tool" on windows computers that allows you to screenshot a small area and easily copy paste it.
I like https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html since it has a good tool for uploading things.
For the love of God, get lightshot! It replaces the print screen button with an amazing selection ui with arrows boxes circles and text with any colour all baked in. Super light and easy to use. It changed my life.
If you haven't got it, I use Lightshot to take and upload screenshots.
It allows you to do some trivial edditing like crop, text etc. (basic MS paint stuff) as well as upload it to the web in a really streamlined way. All you do is:
press printscreen > drag box over what you want (and draw/type over it if you want) > press upload (gives you a button to copy link straight to your clipboard)
it's by far my favourite way of sharing stuff like this.
use a screenshot capture tool of your choosing and take screenshots of the posts you want to collect, i prefer lightshot as you can crop photos, size them properly, and upload them in seconds.
There are so many different options for screenshots. Why did you take a picture of you monitor?
What you should never do, is take a picture of your monitor.
I've used this for ages and I must say, I love it (way better than any other way and I've done them all). Not only can you take a screenshot in a matter of a second, but you can add arrows, lines, boxes, text, etc....there are various ways to share with url links and save as well. :-)
https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html
EDIT Added more info.
I'd recommend lightshot
It's pretty quick and works fine.
If the game is on steam then there's the steam screenshot and share function.
EDIT: even if the game isn't on steam you can add it to a steam library of games and then make screenshots and directly post it to your friends/community
>https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html Imgur has gone down again, has been for a while now, so with the amount of imgur posts here, we need a way to see them and this is one way
Comcast called. you can have access to imgur for an additional $5.99/mo
Or you can just download lightshot and only select a portion of your screen and it does all the cropping and uploading for you, providing a link when it's uploaded. :)
