You might already know about these sites but just in case you don't know about them: https://www.viki.com/explore?country=japan and https://www.crunchyroll.com/videos/drama There are also some Japanese dramas available on Netflix if you have a subscription.
There are tons of Japanese dramas that are super short and only have 10 episodes, but can be binged in a day because each episode is only something like 45 minutes long. I've not seen any recently but thought I'd share that tidbit with you in case you've not considered Japanese dramas.
But Rainie Yang's Wishing for Happiness is only three episodes long, and I believe it's on YouTube if that fits your criteria. https://trakt.tv/shows/wishing-for-happiness
Amazon Prime Video

The title is a little different but I think it is the one you’re looking for
My husband and I pay for ExpressVPN, but please look at whichever one floats your boat. There are some free ones out there but they often limit you on how much data you can get before it's not free anymore. Also make sure the VPN you use works with Netflix as Netflix has put in some safeguards against VPN connections.
Once you connect to a VPN with a US server and log into your Netflix account, you will automatically see the US's content catalogue instead of Belgium's content.
The warmest, kindest male lead I've ever seen in an Asian drama is Li Daren in the Taiwanese version of In Time with You (2011). I still have a crush on that character. Yes, the drama is ~old~ and is from 2011, but boy, that show is phenomenal and still my all-time favourite Asian drama even now.
There are a lot of love triangles in Asian dramas though. You might have to be more specific... But these two are my favourite:
For TV: Probably not as comprehensive as you'd like, but here's what Trakt displays when filtering out for dramas from Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Trakt pulls data from TVDB and TMDB. The former has better data on television shows but I'm personally not a fan of its UI/UX, so I lean more towards TMDB data in general.
For movies: TMDB is probably your best bet for that. You can filter out movies by languages here on their website. Letterboxd, one of the interwebs' top communities for movie reviews, pulls their data from TMDB, so if you're looking for a place to socialize and talk about Southeast Asian films, that's where I would recommend.
I don't watch Chinese or Korean dramas, but if you're open to Japanese ones - which are shorter - here's what I would recommend: 14 Year Old Mother and Daisuki!!
Why four specifically?
There's a Chinese drama called Tiny Times 1.0: Origami Times that's pretty decent. It features one of my favourite Chinese pop songs, and it's directed by the same Taiwanese director who directed It Started with a Kiss and In Time With You.
yay!! you have to download Netflix Party extension first (which is only available on chrome - which means you can only join the party by watching on a computer)
I'll add you to the group chat where I'll share the link to join the party :D
We've already watched eps 1-2 yesterday so if you wanna join us later you might want to catch up! each ep is half hour long so a couple of us decided to do 2 eps yesterday instead of 1.
I highly recommend Hana Yori Dango! I am so glad you're watching it!
It is my personal favorite, I would rank it above Boys Over Flowers & Meteor Garden in a heartbeat.
You can torrent it off of nyaa.si (which is what i did, I recommend this one) Or you could stream it off of kissasian, which is a bit riskier because there are a ton of pop ups.
Which K-Drama are you binge watching this week? For suggestions, feel free to comment or edit the map I made through this https://gitmind.com/app/doc/2bc476619 . I'd really appreciate it ^.^
I found this, which I think is the TV version:
Found the movie on Amazon Japan, although that might not be useful for you:
The drama I found was Japanese, but apparently there's also a Korean drama as well. I know zero Korean so I can't help there, sorry!
