If you haven't heard of it, AssaultCube is a really good, lightweight game that functions as a basic FPS and is quite easy to start out in cheating with, but also has the ability to cheat in more advanced functions like aimbot once game hacking comes easier, and there are hundreds of tutorials on getting started with cheat engine in AssaultCube. (Note that while there is Online mode, stick to singleplayer since it's just easier)
"SuperNeoPug.exe"
in CE refers to the base address of the module named SuperNeoPug.exe
, you can find it in code... though I'd have to google how even in C/C++ which I have some basic familiarity with, let on VB.
Since it's the main process (presumably) this looks like it should work: http://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=946081 though if not this might be useful: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29948584/finding-base-address-of-dll-in-vb-net
If it was a random dll loaded by the process... not sure about that one :)

Try it out, sometimes its not only 4byte, so if you dont get the value you are looking for pick ALL in "value type" section.
There should be a table coming out pretty soon though.
Good thing i did take my take to restart. I did like this and multiple maps was hella fast so that issue is out of the way. I didn't know it scanned the whooooole process unless using a saved pointer map as base.
I did it like this (all with same savefile load, never saved) * Load save, find value, generate map of address -restart- 2x * Load save, find value, generate map of address. * No restart and using this 3rd map as "Use saved pointermap" [Re-did it just now so now it's a 4 part pointermap scan]
Please take a look at the results and my scanner settings and results if you can. Any help is much appirciated: Link to pointer scan settings: https://imgur.com/a/ztbMfpC Was only able to export result in .sqlite: https://anonfiles.com/hfM6M3G6sa/4pm-scann_sqlite VALUE IN-GAME IS: 9933
Scanning was 30 sec but I got hundreds(thousands?) of results. I dunno what to do with them. Should i just keep generating maps on maps to finally get it to generate less results or how can I know which result to make the pointer from?
It's always been http://cheatengine.org/ btw, but yeah there's a weird redirect thing as part of the download going on now, github is a bit better (still watch for extra install stuff, occasionally malware slips into the service CE uses for the ads) or use the installer free version on the site on the downloads page (not the home page with the big download button)
Hello u/Brutalmick28, it appears you tried to put a link in a title, since most users cant click these I have placed it here for you
^I ^am ^a ^bot ^if ^you ^have ^any ^suggestions ^dm ^me
first download software named flashpoint launcher then when you have set that up open it and write in the search bar in that software bloons click on Bloons Super Monkey and press enter.
Here is the link to the website https://bluemaxima.org/flashpoint/
Get unchecky and stop turbo clicking the next button when you install stuff to blow past everything.
You don't have to read every detail, but should pause long enough to know what a step in an installer is doing.
update, figured out how to go into properties and set full access on everything at https://winaero.com/blog/how-to-take-ownership-and-get-full-access-to-files-and-folders-in-windows-10/
however, program still detects CE even when i change all "cheat" strings to "tacos"
Try https://openhardwaremonitor.org/downloads/
cpu core temperature should stay below 90 while playing. If it goes over check for dust

And try playing without cheat engine. Perhaps you're editing parts that shouldn't be changed.
First, ditch dotPeek and get dnSpy, it is worlds better and made by hackers / reverse engineers. https://github.com/0xd4d/dnSpy
Next, since you are stating it is accessible in dotPeek it means the game is coded in a .NET language. With that, you can look into Mono.Cecil for doing 'patches' to the game client without actually editing the binary. With Mono.Cecil, you can load the games exe into memory, make edits to the IL code in memory, then run the edited game client all via memory. (You can save the modified exe as well if you wanted to.) This is a great way to edit .NET programs without having to actually edit the exe in any manner and allows you to create a more permanent mod to the game as well as a mod easy to keep up to date with the latest game client.
I think I figured it out. I had the same issue, downloaded fine and said it installed but nothing happened.
Disconnect from any VPN you might be connected to. Looks like whatever server the installer reaches out to to grab the files it needs blocks some VPNs. I had to disconnect from Mullvad, but then it installed just fine.
