It's by far the easiest, and best-supported, from what I've seen.
They've got fora, tables ready-to-go, and tutorials to get you up and running for everything short of spoofing DRM checksums.
As for add-ons, I can't think of any that it'd need. It's got scripting, searching, scanning, debugging, etc, all rolled into the base product.
They are a random T3 drop so all you can do is farm T3 chests and pray that RNGesus smiles upon you. EDL and CS are your best bets.
EDIT: Or on PC you can just cheat using Cheat Engine and this guide to buy the schematic.
I'll copy-past instructions I've got. This works for me, very convinient.
It's the MediaFire link in the guide here:

Since it's a bit confusing, I'll copy and paste the most relevant sections here:
Load Dragon Age Inquisition.
Open Cheat Engine (download here: http://cheatengine.org/downloads.php)
Open the cheat table (download the .CT here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/1z7a6ntn2wqh5cn/ce-dai-banter+%28patch10%29.zip) with CE. (Menu > File > Load) Hit yes when asked if you want to run anything.
Open DragonAgeInquisition.exe process with CE. (Menu > File > Open Process > Select "DragonAgeInquisition.exe" > Open)
You can use the hotkey it comes with or edit it in the drop-down menu of the banter trigger.
Take your party out for a stroll and try the trigger.
The table comes with two triggers. The first is for a single banter, the second one keeps triggering them one after the other, until you stop it.
It will really depend on the game. If there's a log file written out, you could parse that. Otherwise, there's a good chance that you'll have to inspect the memory in-use and determine what is being written to the feed/screen. Possibly Cheat Engine is one way to go to do this.
EDIT: Word of warning though, depending on the game/company, using software to read the state of the game may be against their rules.
Used CE: http://cheatengine.org/
Guessed that the variable that allows forsburn to spawn a clone would be 1 when there is no clone and 0 when there is a clone. Also assumed that the data type would be a double since ROA likes to use doubles for absolutely everything. Scanned for that and found it. Then I look at the instructions that write/access the value. Theres an instruction that continuously writes a value of 1 when forsburn has no clone, and one that writes a 0 when forsburn has a clone. Then theres another instruction that reads the value every time I press side spec. I disabled the instruction that writes a 0 by replacing it with a NOP (no operation).
If you're really paranoid about it find an adware-free CE download and then get the DMC4SE CT file.
http://cheatengine.org/download/cheatengine64_NoSetup.rar
You should be able to find the CT file in the infernalworks forum.
First off, it's not a mod, it's a script that you have to run in a program called Cheat Engine. The program has to being opened and left running in the background while you're playing DA:I.
Progressing the main storyline and visiting new areas "unlock" new conversations. The party banter trigger does nothing in the Western Approach...so don't even bother. The only conversations you're gonna hear are in predetermined locations while exploring the approach and the Tevinter ruins.
This is using Cheat Engine, in case you don't recognize the interface. And that inc
instruction before the ret
was just something I added to verify it was actually running, when it previously wasn't.
~~Directions for accessing the console and cheats can be found here. There's also a mod for DA:O to make the console visible so you can see what you're typing.~~
~~Edit: The visible console mod for DA:O can be found here. DA2 doesn't have one. Would also look into using Cheat Engine for them.~~
Edit: So I'm an idiot. To actually answer your question it's too soon to tell but it's likely that at the very least it'll be hacked with Cheat Engine not long after release.
Go here for the program http://cheatengine.org/downloads.php. I'm in the process of making a tutorial video. If you've already used tsearch, then CheatEngine will feel familiar. I'll edit this post with a link to the video when it's done.
The thing to keep in mind is that the element shard and wheel values are grouped closely to each other. For the element shards, they're grouped four addresses apart, IE XXXXXXC0, C4, C8, CC, D0, D4, where "XXXXXX" represents the first six digits of the address. If the last element address ends in "EX" or "FX", search for the mine cart wheels in the next grouping, IE if the last shard address is XXXXX1EX, search up to "XXXXX2FF".
Hope that helps.
Yea. Go here http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=557381&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 and grab the file "Borderlands2-Steam.CT" in the second post. Also get the Cheat Engine here http://cheatengine.org/downloads.php
Install it and then run the .CT file and pick the options you need to change. Alternatively if you can't do this, someone else could host and change it all back for you.
Sure. You will need to tool Cheat Engine for that. This enables modifying the data in the RAM on the fly, similar to a trainer.
>local addr = "[[[[[dxhr.exe+015DE1A8]+14]+270]+6C]+A0]+274";
>local f = createForm( true );
>local t = createTimer( f, true );
>timer_setInterval( t, 1000 );
>timer_onTimer( t, function( )
>local energy = readFloat(addr);
>if math.abs(energy % 30.0) < 0.005 then
>writeFloat(addr, energy + 0.01);
>end
>end );
Click on "Execute script" and switch back to the game. Cheat Enging needs to keep running in the background, of course. You should get a full battery recharge now.
The way this works is that whenever the game has finished recharging a battery, the script increases your energy by one unit (in a way, it gives the game a bump), so that the next battery starts loading up automatically.
You need to download Cheat Engine
Start Borderlands 2
Respec your character. Don't spend any skill points yet.
Start Cheat Engine
Go to file > open process
Select Borderlands2.exe
In CE, fill out how many skill points you have in the Value: box. If you have 30 skill points, put 30. Click 'First Scan'
Return to the game, spend 1 skill point.
Return to CE, change the number to 29. Click 'Next Scan'.
Repeat this process until you have 2-4 entries remaining.
Double click each of those entries so they appear in the window below. You may then double click the value and edit it to whatever you wish.
Be sure to make a backup of your character.
You may also alter money and eridium in this fashion.
Let me know if you need any help.

It's always been http://cheatengine.org/ btw, but yeah there's a weird redirect thing as part of the download going on now, github is a bit better (still watch for extra install stuff, occasionally malware slips into the service CE uses for the ads) or use the installer free version on the site on the downloads page (not the home page with the big download button)
just go to here, download it, run the game, run the program, click the computer icon in the top right that flashes, find the game icon/name, open it, click enable speedhack, amplify the speed (0-1 are not recommended), click apply then go into the game and BOOM, its a bit laggy but it speeds it up a lot! Hope this helped!
Probably because you didn't have access to a disassembler / debugger.
Cheatengine is the equivalent for PC nowadays, as far as I'm aware. Most games, you can search the xx
values for something, and edit scores and such. Obviously, don't do this online, and some games will crash when they detect CE is running. It's fun, though.
Cheat Engine can be a fairly complex program, but basically, open witcher in it, load this script, and change your coordinates up and forwards a few points. It works perfectly well and is bug free...assuming you can estimate the coordinates you want well.
probably using Cheat Engine on the plugin container http://cheatengine.org and see as an example of how to do the speed thing http://instructionsunclear.com/cheat-adventure-capitalist/ much love to cheat engine!!!
Cheat Engine download can be found here.
Once you have that downloaded, download this table for Cheat Engine located here.
Then just open that table you downloaded with Cheat Engine, select the NBA 2K15 process while you are in the Edit MyPlayer menu and you can change the values of height, weight etc. in the bottom of the program.
Hope that helps.
Cheat Engine, it's a direct memory editor.
The game data is held in memory, what it does is it identifies the address where a particular bit of data is held and allows you to edit it.
Search for a figure say "30" for your initial Scrap amount.
This will result in a TON of results, far too many to manage and if we do the wrong one the game could crash.
Spend a little bit, and now search for the new amount, maybe "10".
You should come up with two that change whenever your scrap count changes, edit them both to w/e amount you like.
