You can ask whoever bought your house to see if you could "rent" it from them for one month until your house is built. This is a fairly common thing when buying selling houses. Check with your realtor is that is an option.

Yeah unless there is an outlet exactly where the TV is going you want a kit like this.

Basically you aren't supposed to run a regular power cord through a wall (fire code), so a kit like this has prewired connectors (that are rated for using in your walls) to let you easily and safely route tv power through the wall without having to do real electrician work. And then they have openings for you to run A/V cables through as well.

Hi Denver, I'm selling a tempered glass TV stand in great condition. The stand is 55" x 22" x 22" and fit comfortably in our previous large suburban living room. Our 48" HDTV and multiple consoles all took space on it without issue. We're selling it since we've downsized when moving to our townhome here and are now ready to let go of it. Newegg has them for 250 but doing a quick Google search it seems the prices are wildly different across retailers. So I guess based on that I'll have to reduce my price. I have a 3 level, grey, floor to ceiling cat tree that my cat has never used. Originally paid $90 for it 2 years ago. I think my cat has sat on it less then 15 minutes total in 2 years.

Max height is like 8'5".

I just dissembled it. Its going in the dumpster tomorrow unless someone contacts me to claim it first. I vacuumed it pretty good to get all the dust and cat hair off, its still in great condition. My cat never scratched on it.
