gmail is great to have to tie you into google services, but if you're unwilling or unable to go that route, proton mail isn't a bad choice. The free tier can be somewhat limiting, but it might fit the bill for you depending on your use. They do so you don't have to bring your own domain if you don't want to.
You can also look at zoho mail. They can do @zoho.com domains for you, but I just brought my own domain to them last week for $1/mo.
Take a look at If This Then That (IFTTT). It basically ships data around between your apps. For example, you can use it to automatically append a spreadsheet with details of new contacts as you add them to your Gmail contacts : https://ifttt.com/google_contacts
Have your new Gmail account pop the mail from your AOL account. This will bring all new emails sent to your old address into the Gmail interface.
Cnet has a good process on how to do this: http://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-migrate-to-gmail/
I do not advise you to use MS Outlook generally. However, in your case, I would apply ScanPST and after if it isn't helpful you may choose one powerful instruments.
One of the best is Stellar, DataNumen
But for me was effective this one http://download.cnet.com/Recovery-Toolbox-for-Outlook-Password/3000-2369_4-10567415.html

A few ideas, for security/IT, a ProtonMail address shows you know and care about security AND privacy. If it is a creative/marketing job your own domain address would be great. For business/IT an O365 could infer being savvy with that Cloud environment.
Below was the answer of them email provider, after submitting them the results of mail-tester and mailgenius
"According to our internal DKIM tests that we have, the DKIM is set up correctly.
I wonder if the Google test will fail because it expects the email to be hosted on Google and not Countermail. So the test is made for domains used with Gmail.
This tests state that everything is fine: https://mxtoolbox.com"
If you want to publish a DMARC policy at the subdomain level that is different from the policy published at the apex domain, then you must append the DMARC record of the apex domains to include the "sp=" mechanism with the appropriate value.
Google is your friend:

I get it but I want to know how they are sending this on behalf of their customers. Are they just changing the from address to match their customers so for example. From address would be and then the sender . If that's the case, this would be flagged as email spoofing? So I want to know how they are doing in the background, what technique or approach are they using? Here's the link about the post image https://postmarkapp.com/guides/best-practices-for-sending-on-behalf-of-your-users
There is nothing more privacy friendly than hosting your own email in a country outside of the 5 eyes. And in this day and age it is simple enough that someone with little internet skills can do so thanks to projects such as Mail-in-a-Box . The recurring monthly cost could be the same or less than what you are now paying for someone else to do it.

Never assume the email was received just because it's in the Sent folder. The receiving server could be set up to inform successful delivery for every message... even when delivered to the trash.
Speaking of trash: GoDaddy. You should move to another platform. Here is a link to a r/webdev search for 'godaddy'. The post titles should be convincing enough.
IMO, The best email host for someone who doesn't know any better would be Office 365 from BlueHost. Next would be Google GSuite. (Followed by Gandi.net, a completely word-of-mouth company with the slogan "No Bullshit". A little more technical, but with stellar customer service.)
As far as I am concerned, the most important thing is to divide work and private life. So I suggest for everyone who has their own business to create a support email where employees may read, answer, and support every client. It will add a few points as prompt assistance to the consumers. I am completely satisfied with Mailbird and Thunderbird's work in this case.
>What website can I use to setup my work email so I can send and receive the emails on my computer?
Webmail is one thing but it is apparent that your company does not use webmail. You need to download, install, and set up an email client such as Thunderbird. https://www.thunderbird.net/en-GB/

Here's a good one that EmailOnAcid gave away.
And actually, while looking for the above one, I found this recent post on their blog: 600+ free templates
You can notice some changes in character size while installing a signature into such email clients as AOL Mail, Outlook.com.That is why I recommend you to add only essential info in your email signature: name, role, company name, logo, etc. You can check good free email signature generator for different clients here - Newoldstamp
It may not be MailChimp's fault? What kind of subject lines are you using? Are you including "spammy" words? http://blog.hubspot.com/blog/tabid/6307/bid/30684/The-Ultimate-List-of-Email-SPAM-Trigger-Words.aspx
Are your email messages image heavy or do they include a balance of copy?
Do you segment your lists at all or send to everyone all the time?
All of this will impact your deliverability.
Finally, check with MailChimp and see what the delivery rate is for the IP you're on.
If you're not happy, you're not stuck. There are TONS of other email service providers out there that are free or very cheap. Most offer discounts to non-profits.

I use www.jangomail.com and am happy with with them.
Enter your domain name here: https://mxtoolbox.com/
ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM
you should try and reach out to Google to prove ownership. I don't have any experience in having ownership changed with Google, but in cases of GoDaddy, FB, etc. they all have procedures in place to help the owner rightfully clain their digital assets.
Hope this helps
I read and I was wrong. Its only for hybrid environment. I didnt configure this by got this task and now reading about it.
https://mxtoolbox.com says spf is fine.
Then how can we stop such kind of threat?
My best guess is that your domain is blacklisted. Check Hetrix Tools (https://hetrixtools.com/) which will tell you if you/your domain and IP address is blacklisted or not.
As far as deliverability I just signed up for a new service and giving it a try. So far, I'm getting opens/clicks on a list I was curating for OPENERS as well as Unsubscribers (means they are opening!) and then flat out accounts that should have never made it that far. I did get a few spam complaints, but that's email marketing.
Your issues seem like ones I ran into back in June of this past year. I basically was using solo ads to build and then if you know how that usually works, you will get a few buyers, but usually not enough to offset or come out ahead on the commission side of things.
I would check to see if your IP address and/or domain are blacklisted. If they are, you might have to re-think all of this.
Self hosting email is a real challenge. It all comes down to reputation at the end of the day. You really want to choose a provider that filters out spammers and only has reputable companies. As long as you are not sending bulk email, thexyz.com may be worth a look as they offer unlimited email aliases.
Yes. In email marketing relevance of your message plays a great role. That's where segmentation and personalization come in. AB testing allows to further refine and actualize your titles and content. I use SendPulse to send my email campaigns and it allows to optimize the conversation process to a great extent with the above mentioned techniques.
There's no simple way.
If you go to https://hangouts.google.com/, you will find a fine line between "recent" and the first person in your "contact list".
Below that line will show who are online and active. You need to go to settings and tick yes for "Dense roster".
This will remove your contacts' avatar. Who are online will be in green, otherwise in grey.
If you want to find the best tools for sending bulk email; you should check this blog as it mentions all the information about top tools which used to send bulk emails with attachments.
why a throw away? For Temp use or Business ? Syop using free account use a paid one with options..
Many choices but here is criptext based in iceland www.criptext.com very slick for mobile and desktop
Front has some of the best email productivity features around. I use it to snooze, set reminders, etc, but also use easy-to-build custom automations that will do things for you en masse, like delete or archive messages by sender or trigger word. https://frontapp.com/
I have been using fastmail for a few years now and love it. They are constantly updating the site and adding new features. Overall, I actually think their web interface far surpasses gmail. It's so much easier to use.
Hosting custom domains on fastmail is actually quite easy.
Why not just use Gmail? Either by using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) or by loading your business email into a personal gmail account. I don't know anyone who actually uses the webmail that's included with their hosting anymore. It's kind of a vestigial feature from before there were full featured email clients.
