BMS is free but it requires a valid copy of Falcon 4.0 .. but that is just $10 on Steam or GoG.com
The original Falcon 4.0 is about 20 years old now, and probably (?) doesn't even run anymore on Windows 10 x64 systems.. It has been updated (and essentially rewritten) many times over, in the past 20 years, by the BMS team.
I wonder if you might be confusing this with the new F16 mod for DCS? which is a different product entirely
Here's the link to it in my google drive. Let me know if it works!
You'll notice a few things are absent, like the first trigger detent. A few commands that you would potentially hold down use modifiers like shift so they cause problems if you hold them down and use another command simultaneously. For cases like that, I leave them out of the config then map them in-game as directX buttons.
Also, Thrustmaster MFDs are mapped just in case you use them...
I know you said you have everything set up, but here's my keybindings.
http://www.filedropper.com/tflightkeys
In the file is the key profile and a picture explaining what all the buttons are assigned to.
I use this one, and bind the unusable POV (BMS can only use the POV of whatever joystick it registers as "number one". I know, it's 20 years old though) to the keyboard bind of the function I want to use. Plan that POV to be unshiftable.
Remember to save a profile in AntiMicro, if not you'll have to rebind it next time you start it up.
Edit: Oh, you were just asking for what to bind for view, I guess? It's under View General Control and they're called OTWViewUp, OTWViewRight, etc.
