10 man/roto keeper league-

I've been sitting in the middle of the pack all year. Plagued by Wade's terrible start, plus Curry & Bogut's nagging injuries. Big gay Al Jefferson has been a decent surprise so far, and so has JaVale 'the Snail' McGee (wish he was more consistent, could be a great keeper)

I haven't worked the waiver wire as much as I did last year, because I thought i had drafted a pretty sick team. I feel they just haven't been healthy all at once. The only great pickup I had was some fool who was 1st in 3's dropped Dorell Wright, being 2nd on the wire I snatched that man up, (seeing as i'm last in 3's and STL's) The baffling thing is that the last place team was 1st on the wire and didn't put in for him???

I'm dominating blocks, and some how not dominating AST with curry/wade/nash??

Love to do a 2 for 1, but just can't get anyone to bite. Any advice?

I haven't tried it for NBA yet, but The Score has become my favorite for NFL and MLB since switching from Yahoo.

Yahoo is pretty clean and simple, but The Score updates instantly (instead of ~30 seconds for yahoo), has more of the sabermetric stats and they have their own beat writers for game and player updates as well. Give it a try when the season starts.

I will agree that M. Turner is getting the helium treatment atm & his ADP is bound to rise but, according to ESPN Turner's going at pick No. 109 on average in ESPN live drafts.

Overall, in sharper leagues you'll probably have to reach & take him in the 4th but, in casual leagues, it appears that he's still just outside the Top 100.

I was actually just listening to an entire podcast about this. I think he hit the nail on the head for the most part.

Some sneaky picks that I like for rounds 2-5:

CJ McCollum - 3rd round for sure, maybe even late 2nd
Millsap - unsexy name, sexy production, put up late 1st round value last year, would take him mid-late 2nd round for sure.
Kemba - 2nd round value last year, his MCL surgery is a concern but he's someone to keep an eye out since he might fall to 3rd or even 4th round in some leagues
Oladipo - It'll be the Westbrook show, but Dipo should get all the shots he can handle on that squad.

I've made quite a few moves and have traded a lot of the players that were hot at the time except for keeping Wesley Matthews.

Some notable trades I've made: Pierce for Felton at the beginning of the season. Jefferson, G. Wallace, and Harris for Curry, M. Gasol and Beasley. Dunleavy for Biedrins. Terry for Billups. Biedrins and Billups for G. Wallace (Still have to see how this trade turns out)

I think I'm a short on boards but I've recently been plagued with injuries... Any advice/thoughts on my team?

I have made the fewest moves in my league and have made a grand total of 1 trade (Kevin Martin for Kevin Garnett last week...sigh)

My best pick up was probably Landry Fields, especially cuz I have had him since his break out game.

I am pretty confident I can make it to playoffs once Dirk and KG heal, but I have no clue how I can pass my league's leaders (they're both at 7-2)

It's halfway through my season...what do you guys think?

As far as I know their new system didn't allow it on anything, but the mobile version which is crazy.

What you can do, but is a bit of extra work is download Bluestacks or a similar program. It's an app that allows you to run Android apps through your PC. You do need to login to your google account just like you would with a new android device. With this you'll be able to access the mobile version of the Fantasy app on your PC. From there you can check your games played by clicking on the info button next to your team name under the 'My Team' tab.

Those are good numbers for a late draft pick. Was actually looking for this - this proves my point more.

He was ranked 128 before, now 94. That's 9th-round in a 10-team league which is absolutely late.

His contract doesn't matter in fantasy basketball. Actually, the fact that his contract is so big may even encourage the Mavericks to play him more than he should be played.

Ryan Anderson would be reasonable, but I think that his upside is limited. The appeal with Brandon Knight is that in the 2-guard system that the Suns play, 1 is bound to get hurt. This will result in an increase in BK's value. I would personally try targeting a player who also has upside (i.e. Aaron Gordon).

I sometimes use this as a resource to help me confirm my projections for players. I would pick Westbrook Harden then KAT

Sorry if I might be wrong since I can't fact check as im on the phone. But i think it's cause Westbrook is a triple double machine and its going to be harder to get trip doub players with rondo and draymond in different situations (former being in a different team and the latter having KD in the team)

Harden provides lots of points can give lots of assist, decent rebounds and i think he gave a lot of steals. Which is pretty valuable.

ESPN also put KAT over Curry as well and it makes sense since his rookie season was excellent. (Though i would exercise caution since we expected Gobert to be great but didnt produce the expected adp so the same can happen to kat too)

I know it says published 11 August - but the rankings are exactly what were posted a few weeks back. I've just compared them in the post from mid-July and the few I've checked are exactly the same, i.e. Jokic 106, Ryan Anderson 90 etc.

I would take Booker > Luka > Trae. Reason why is because Booker is the best guard of the 3 and usually in the 2nd round you should draft for the best player along with someone that doesn't hurt your strengths. Booker is best value and still gets 3s assists. Luka and Trae are very close for me, I think value wise Luka is slightly better because he gets rebounds and he was already good last season and I expect him to be better after a year in the league. Trae last only because I am afraid of his FG percentage which could sink you, not much worse than Doncic overall but there were points in last season where Trae was legit droppable because he was so bad at FG%.
