I usually just buy XLM, and use changenow.io to exchange XLM for BNB (I can send XLM from my ETH to changenow.io, and they send BNB directly to my BSC wallet. It's all done in one step!)
It's here to stay. This I agree.
The rest I absolutely don't agree with. DYOR and read books like those. The history of modern money (read starting from the 18th century), is written by manipulators and the worst of humankind. It didn't start with Crypto.

if you dont get any offers you can swap it for any other crypto that gets sent to any wallet address you choose so you can cash out via an exchange such as coinbase / binance without effecting the price. changenow.io supports hoge
I think changenow.io is now the easiest method. It's somewhat similar to what you'd do for Whitebit - buy XLM and put in your wallet, then go to changenow and set up an exchange where you'll send _____ xlm. Make sure to set the exact amount in XLM you're going to send (I always do round numbers - like 500 or so). Then when the exchange is set up, you send your XLM to the address it provides (DO NOT FORGET TO ADD THE MEMO ID) and within a few minutes you'll have your hoge in your wallet.
This looks likes Discourse, is it not? (https://www.discourse.org/)
It's open source (i.e., software itself is free), so self-hosting on, e.g., Digital Ocean, will be quite cost effective.
WhiteBit banned the US (due to stricter SEC regulations). If you do KYC or use network traffic from the US, they could ban your account/IP address.
So a VPN like Windscribe helps you get around that. Plus, it’s free and easy to use.
Just adding the pricing plan from the site: https://sweepwidget.com/pricing
The premium business one is 99$ a month + this participate to earn of around let’s say $5000 a month can run for 1-6 months (if it’s successful and impactful) costing $30,600 for a really powerful campaign that incentivizes the community to share and do their part! Which is the most important thing!! Obviously the $5000 monthly rewards can change based on the budget and plan :) hopefully this helps!
I asked about this yesterday. This is a response I got.

CB wallet doesn’t support Celo. So I can not view or trade it at all. It’s there…. But not supported. To get it back, I would need to use my seed phrase on some 3rd party site to see it, grab it, then send it to MetaMask. Not about to give my seed phrase to anyone / anything. Maybe someday once I kill my CB account and send all my funds to a hardware wallet… but until then, I’m happy calling it a loss.
There's only 2 that I know of that will hold erc-20 tokens like hoge, ledger or trezor. I really enjoy the Trezor but Ive never had a ledger and I think they're more common.
I went coldTI plates for indestructible seed keys + an engraver (can use dremel tool or cheapo engraver from walmart for $20). https://www.amazon.com/ColdTi-Cryptocurrency-Storage-Anti-Tamper-Unbranded/dp/B077CYKHZ6
Here's what you need to consider, is the safety worth the 2% tax to transfer hoge? If you are transferring ethereum or some non tax coin, sure move em. With hoge though that 2% tax HURTS moving your whole bag. I can't even fathom moving *********** to a hardware wallet with the 10% tax lol
If you want to spend your time productively waiting out crypto winter, then I have some suggested reading: [Cryptonomicon](https://www.amazon.com/Cryptonomicon-Neal-Stephenson/dp/0060512806). I started thinking about cryptocurrency years before Bitcoin even came out, thanks to that book. Read it and git gud.
I prefer changenow.io - it's very easy to use, the coins go directly into and out of the wallet you choose without needing to deal with exchanges or other middlemen, and the amount you receive in a trade seems favorable to all other methods I've tried
For reference, to purchase via changenow, you’d do the following:
Purchase XLM directly from the Coinbase wallet app (I think it’s cheaper than purchasing in Coinbase or another exchange and transferring it but I could be wrong)
Open changenow.io in your browser (Note: I do all of this from my phone but I believe it works on desktop as well)

That doesn't do the best job of explaining it though. It's a non-custodial exchange, meaning they don't necessarily hold any crypto themselves, and they don't hold on to your coins for you, like say Binance or Coinbase. What they do is receive your crypto, automatically find the best trading rate across a bunch of other exchanges, and do the the swap for you. Once that's done, they send the coins straight to the wallet address you tell them. No long sign-up, waiting period, or KYC personal data collection, and because they do the trade(s) for you, you can pretty much trade any pair you can think of.
This is different from Uniswap and other decentralized exchanges, because users all chip in to create a liquidity pool that facilitates (essentially) peer-to-peer, wallet-to-wallet swaps, instead of one company holding all the coin and facilitating the trades in-house. Changenow is basically somewhere in the middle of Defi and not Defi.
I assume their profit mostly comes from arbitrage, or taking advantage of the different prices of coins across exchanges. They probably have an organized army of trading bots, lol, but I can't say for sure. Sometimes if they get a good deal they'll cut you in, and you'll receive a little bit more crypto than expected, but they probably keep a good deal of the spare "change".
I hope that makes sense, and if anybody else has a better clue, please fill us all in.
Awesome!! Great idea! I also love Austria. And I'm a published Kids author as well! I also make hip hop(based on your moniker I assume you like Wu-Tang at least). Point is, pretty sure we're friends now. haha. Congrats on the book!! Go team Hoge!!!!!
FYI… I once transferred CELO to my CB wallet… dumb move, I know. In order to recover it I guess there’s a way to give some app your seed phrase…. NOPE! Cutting my losses. It will always be in my wallet. 100 bucks in Celo isn’t worth loosing everything.
