Here's an archive of the GoFundMe page that was taken down if anyone was looking for it. https://web.archive.org/web/20130609005512/http://www.gofundme.com/34xvr8?
I can't believe the stupid parents were asking for $700/mo for living expenses from strangers for their daughter. I can understand help paying for medical bills.. but breaking it down all the way to food/phone/toiletries? Give me a break.
Pfft, one game suspension??15 yards that’s it.
I timed it with my watch, he’s got a solid 3 seconds of hang time. That crazy motherfucker fell for 144 feet according to this free fall calculator. Whaaaaaaat‽‽
Thats what I thought, so I did some math:
So first thing is first, what is the density of packed thumbtacks. According to amazon a box of 100 thumbtacks is 2.5in x 1.8in x 0.8in in size. So that is 3.6 cubic inches, or 100 thumbtacks per 0.059 liters.
If we multiply this value by 100, it will give us the volume that 10,000 thumbtacks will occupy, which is 5.9L.
A standard bucket is 10L, and as we can see in the .gif the bucket is a bit less than half full. Given the crudeness of my initial estimation for the the density of packed thumbtacks, would likely lead to a slightly lower density.
I would say that the half bucket would be approximately ~10,000 thumbtacks ±1000
Can confirm. Been there, didnt do that, but saw locals do it.
Supposedly audacity can subtract one audio stream from another. If you rip the audio from this video and you have the exact music sample, you would be able to go somewhere towards fixing this mess.
Bean bag rounds aren't lethal in most cases but they still fuck shit up. They break ribs and push them into the heart, can crack skulls, and tons of other shit. But the real problem is that it escalates the situation by a ton. Before shooting someone, you have a single person who is pissed off enough to shove a riot cop. After shooting the guy, you run the risk of the rest of the mob getting pissed that you shot someone from their group. Many infamous riots throughout history have started from police or authority figures shooting unarmed civilians. Sure, it helps the officer being assaulted (in this case, shoved hah) but that does NOT deescalate the situation.
Not to mention that OP's gif was a situation in which police were wrongfully evicting people from an area, which is why (only one) local was pissed off enough to confront the police about it. The riot officer didn't even properly use his nonlethal rounds, since you're only supposed to aim for extremities. Shooting someone with a bean bag at point blank across their chest can easily kill someone.
I'm not sure that the second one would be identifiable after rescaling to a tiny icon. You could look for an icon.
What about a broken beer bottle?
Since the US was founded by a subset of Europeans it actually has a smaller genetic diversity than Europe. Appropriately enough this is called the founder effect.
I think it's cause that particular yellow and red design is from the BVG trains in Berlin.

It's easy to save video, either by browser itself or by youtube-dl or VideoDownloadHelper extension.
Then I recommend some player that can move frame by frame. I use mpv, use dot key for frame and then s key to save a screenshot. Other players should be capable as well.
I commented this already, but here it is again:

My Samsung Note has built in screen recording software "for games" so I told it my reddit app was a game and then recorded "gameplay" of the video playing. I have a decent all purpose audio utility app (Timbre) to rip the audio from the video (and trim it a little).
This post is almost definitely an ad.
u/erickgamno has 6 months of random posts but only started commenting 13 days ago. This is a common tactic with purchased accounts, they start making it look as real as possible leading up to the ad being posted. They pick a repost to get some easy upvotes and nonchallantly link it in the comments. Typically they reply to a vote manipulated top-comment, giving them an easy spot right at the top of the thread.
The point is to redirect people from the conventional means of attaining a product to their own website selling the same thing, but at a higher price. These shooters can be purchased for like $6 on Amazon, or a two pack for the same price listed on the other site. You’d think people wouldnt fall for this, or the seller wouldnt make much money, but neither are the case.
It’s an attachment you can buy. I use one and work all the time but it’s its own separate tool.
One of the first things to learn is to not allow your arms to tense up, or let your hands cling to the bars like you are about to fall off. Relaxing with a light grip makes the bike handle much better because you aren’t inadvertently giving steering input when your body shakes from a bump in the road, or something like that.
You should be able to ‘flap’ your elbows without changing the bike’s course. Your hands shouldn’t get sore or numb from squeezing the hand grips. You can often rest your fingers on the handgrips with a slight curl and just enough pressure to keep the throttle where you want it. Steering is a gentle push on the bar opposite the intended direction of your turn. The death grip is poor technique.
If you relax your grip on the throttle, it closes. Should you find yourself hurtling toward some object you are probably best served by squeezing both the clutch and brake levers. While on the levers, it is very difficult to hold the throttle wide open. It will usually snap shut, while the clutch cuts power to the rear wheel and the front brake stops the bike.
Parking lot practice is great for getting a feel for how a bike reacts. I always take an unfamiliar motorcycle to a nice empty parking lot to get a feel for it. What works on one will toss you off of another if you aren’t careful.
Would that have worked in the above video? Heck no. I don’t know if she can do flips but I don’t think she has much experience with that scoot. If she had simply hit the kill switch she could have lifted the scooter and avoided being tossed around.
Check out the ladies in the second video if you feel like it.

Also, let's get a source on that claim of %53 percent of Fiji residents having access to clean drinking water?

Sounds like you're making shit up at this point.

Hmm. Tell that to Dimebag Darrell- oh wait.
There's too much information at an event to take in for a body guard not to react to a perceived threat. How do you know he couldn't have been scanning the crowd and was late on the clutch until he perceived a potential threat?
Your argument is meerkat. Go back in your burrow.
I mean he probably used this
all rounding are to the exact same places as the website. I feel pretty confident that most people who would know this off the top of their head keep rounding to the same place. As in, why wouldn't they just round to 164.73 feet. why add the 1? I wanted to see how accurate his math was. I google a velocity calculator and my link was the first one. The rounding similarities is a little uncanny.
I have to admit, the first time I read this post, made me think of this
The bulk of their 'expenses' go on education, which just another way of shifting advertising costs from the fundraising expenses heading. You can see it in their report.
> 19% - $5.1 million - Patient Services
> 32% - $8.2 million - Education
> 28% - $7.2 million - Research
In total research and patient services are less than 50% of their budget. How does that compare with Komen for the cure and other money-grubbing American scam charities? Because that shitty website you linked to paints the same rosy picture for them: http://www.charitynavigator.org/index.cfm?bay=search.summary&orgid=4509#.VAUPrWDjMWM

I feel a little drained and like the whole political system has gone through the process I described in the last 40 years and that the last stage has already started..
