Does it have to be made by Impressions? It's not exactly the same as all of these; but I mean... You have heard of Sim City, right? I'd be really surprised if you haven't heard of it, but seeing as you haven't listed it, I'll throw it in the hat.
If it absolutely has to be Impressions, there's a list of stuff they've made in the sidebar, but you probably already knew that too...
If you want to go off the beaten path a little while retaining some features of the games you've mentioned, you also might want to look at SimTower. It's really old, but I think it's aged pretty well.
i have the cleopatra version and i installed the 1920x1080 widescreen thing. but it keeps crashing after 10-20 minutes. did you have those crashes ? and in what compatibility mode are you running it ? i tried the fixes on this page http://www.fixya.com/support/t12193586-pharaoh_cleopatra_freezes_constantly and i tried the fix for freezes on this page too: https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Pharaoh the "Stop Pharaoh from freezing" fix. i'm not sure that one works, because it undid the widescreen fix and now i have a tiny game in the middle of my screen, surrounded by huge black borders.
Man, I wish I could help, but I run the game on Windows.
The newer the OS, the more trouble with older games. You could try running the game with some other VM like Virtual Box. You'd need a copy of Windows though.
Or try something like wineskin, http://winebottler.kronenberg.org/. I have no idea if that will work. Good luck!
Yeah must be something finicky with your computer, does it give you a certain error when the game crashes? You could also try using a virtual machine to run it on the new computer using an older OS. Something like VMware if you have a spare copy of XP.
Yes you can get an hdmi to vga adapter for fairly cheap. You mean male vga to female hdmi?
