I just started yesterday. I'm excited to see what the next 60 days have in store. Anyone use MyFitnessPal to track your eating regularly?

That is my profile if you want to add me as a friend. The more the merrier. Dig deep!!
I did a 30 day Insanity/T25 hybrid workout that started from https://i.imgur.com/kzPi1zU.jpg
But I changed it up a bit to this: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0_yrQb-G3Z3SzVQUjloVkwzcjQ/edit?usp=sharing
My modified version included the Max Interval Sports and Upper Body Workout bonus workouts from Insanity, so if you don't have those you could substitute them. I also made it a bit more challenging by adding more Gamma to the end.
I do second RomeroGoon suggestion of doing the Beta/Gamma hybrid first so you can get use to the workouts. Then if you still want a hybrid you could look at my ones above and modify as you see fit.
I also have a P90X3 modified workout, but it's all P90X3 and a 60 focus on Mass building. I plan on starting that tomorrow actually...but I need to get my meal plan setup before I can start.
What are your thoughts on either of these schedules?

I would definitely want to do 6x a week over 5x.

Blue, 3/4,” 24 square feet.
It is absolutely great, in my opinion. 24 square feet is more than enough room to do insanity. I have always had a rug over it — you might need to tape the joints if you don’t put a rug over it.
I don’t have any problem doing the balance poses on it and it is a huge help with my knees. I do wear supportive shoes too.
I'm working out on this
I use these: https://www.amazon.ca/Peach-Bands-Resistance-Carrying-Fitness/dp/B076ZWHFGJ
I'm sure there are similar ones in other colours/resistances but I've had good workouts with these.
I remember when I was doing Insanity in my 20s I had the same problem, excruciating pain, even though I was fit enough. Now I’m doing Insanity again, I’m almost 34 was recently diagnosed with Psoriasis which can flare up your joints and I don’t have any joint pain, the only thing that I’m doing differently is taking some joint support vitamins. Try looking for some as well, I know you’re young and you might think you don’t need them but you never know. I’ve left the link to the ones I’m using. Joint sup
I wear this brace on each knee and it provides a lot of support and stability and doesn't slip off or bother me during my workouts. Looks like it's only available from third-party sellers at marked-up prices (I bought mine for about $10 each), but you should be able to find something similar
What kind of floor are you working out on? I would try a workout/yoga mat.

I've been using these shoes for the past year and a half and I recently went back to p90x and insanity and they work perfectly with those programs too!
If it's just to do your workout on, you're probably better off getting a rubber mat from Walmart or a sporting goods store. Look for the kind that you put underneath a treadmill because they're at least 5x8. That'll catch a lot of your sweat and you won't be falling off it like if you were using a yoga mat. Plus they're really thin and can be rolled up and out of the way between workouts.
The main thing is not to get the foam mats or anti-fatigue mats at Home Depot. With all the explosive movements in Insanity, those options are an easy way to roll an ankle.

If you think you may want to use weights (barbell/dumbbells), you may want to opt for a stall mat, available almost anywhere livestock feed is sold. Don't want to damage the floors.
Sorry for the delayed response! I use this guy - It's meant to go under a treadmill but it works really great for me. I will say - it does smell a bit when you open it. I had to air it out for a bit before it was tolerable.
I live in apartment so I got it to help with noise transfer more than anything, which is does great - the people downstairs say they can't hear me at all.
I use this guy, it's made to go under a treadmill:
It's big enough for most exercises, but its rubber and was kinda smelly till it aired out. But works great for me.
What kind of martial art do you do? Standing or ground? Insanity will definitely help with endurance. It won't be 1:1, but you'll see improvement. One other program you might be interested in looking into is the Bas Rutten Training CDs. I'm addicted to Insanity and am always looking for a workout that comes close in intensity, and these CDs are some of the few that accomplish that. You need a foundation in martial arts, this is an actual training program, but it sounds like you have that. In each CD (Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA) Bas calls out combos, and you throw them with 100% intensity. Boxing is just punches, kickboxing has a few kicks and you're also supposed to end each combo with a kick or knee, and MMA is the same as kickboxing except there's some ground exercises and burpees mixed in to simulate ground work. I'm addicted, and even when I'm doing Insanity I still make sure to do a Bas CD at least once per week. Each disc has a 30-minute workout of 10 2-minute rounds and 7 3-minute rounds, each with 1 minute in between. If you're looking to improve martial arts endurance, this is probably your best option, though I'd still recommend Max 30 in addition.
Regardless of shoes, I recommend removing the flimsy insert that comes in shoes and replacing it with these: http://www.amazon.com/Sof-Sole-Orthotic-Performance-Insole/dp/B004VF5QJK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1457979401&sr=8-1&keywords=Sof+Sole+insoles if you're a woman search for the woman's. I'm a woman, I do insanity barefoot, but I converted to a standing desk at work, and my feet were dying. Of all my running or athletic shoes, putting these in helped more than anything. I love them. They are pricey but worth it. I walk in place at my desk and couldn't imagine it without these!
Hi! I've done Insanity a few times and I'm starting again after several years. In the past, I had a lot of joint pain with the program - knees and ankles, mostly. I was working out on my wood floors, and though they're better than concrete, these floor mats were absolutely necessary to my success with the program:
Anti-Fatigue Interlocking Flooring Set, 6 Counts https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0012KUDPE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_VXPGwb5C1FW7X
They are thick enough to offset some of the impact of jumping, but not so thick that your balance is compromised. I highly recommend getting these! Save your joints! Good luck.
phookin ell m8 ima go buy one lol
I'm using it for weight loss, hence, doing Insanity. It's funny cuz I'm way willing to spend $20 on things that aren't good for me, but when it comes to healthy options, I'm like mehhh should i get it? Smh
I purchased this: HemingWeigh Extra Thick Foam Exercise Mat
I have wood laminate flooring, this has been a lifesaver. BUt you need to be barefoot or wearing just socks because it rips/scratches with shoes.
Edit: I just reread your post about it being constantly on the floor, my post wouldn't help you there oops! I'll keep it up though in case anyone else is interested.
Cool. Just by doing those exercises a few times a day, icing my shins, and wearing compression sleeves I was able to get past the pain quickly. It was also Plyo Cardio Circuit that really killed my shins, as well as another specific workout which I can't remember off the top of my head. These are the compression sleeves I got. They aren't too pricey and have held up great after a year of abuse and going through the washer/dryer a billion times.
