First you dump your dose in a shot glass this will help you pick out the right dose.

This is the best and most convenient way to self adinister ketamine IMO. You can buy metered sprayers on Amazon. They pump 0.10 mL per pump. So five sprays will give a dose of 100 mg. Ketamine max solubility is 1 gram per 5 mL. One baking teaspoon of water is also almost exactly 5 mL and also weighs exactly 5 grams. I would recommend sterile saline eye wash as your dilutant, available at any drug store. To ensure sterility optical solutions contain a preservative like benzalkonium chloride which will keep any funk out of your spray. To tell the truth I've used tap water but if you make big batch a little preservative is nice.

Also, ketamine drip tastes like ass. I recommend one drop and one drop only per spray bottle of peppermint essential oil. It will open your sinuses and kill the taste of the ketamine. But that is strictly optional.

Believe me this works. And it's going to be more effective than key bumps. You are just limited by how much fluid your nasal membranes can absorb at once. But you can discreetly spray every few minutes and be floored. It's not a waste at all. Infiusion clinics prescribe this as aftercare for their patients (it's made at compounding pharmacies). Use the strongest solution you can make, usually a gram per 5 mL. A small amount of heat, like dunking the spray bottle in a cup of hot water can help the ketamine dissolve.

Also if you use preserved saline or bacteriostatic water, you can inject this solution intramuscularly. The bioavailability of IM is about twice that of the nasal ROA. And 100 mg of ketamine shot into your shoulder muscle (where you get a flu shot usually) will rock our world. You will K hole if you don't have a tolerance. Just be lying down because the IM method will hit you hard and fast.

Depends on the dose. I like to keep water and chewing gum on-hand regardless. This can be applied to dosing alone or with friends in my experience.

• If I am not going to hole, generally I feel comfortable being on ketamine in most places. Not snorting it but being on it. This will come more naturally after you experience it a couple more times, and it is not so unknown (nerve racking).

Jah definitely feels man. This sub recommended me to use this for sinus health and repair. I have yet to try it, just received it in the mail but will report back in a few weeks or so with feedback.

I got a small glass mortar and pestle like this, it grinds the k into a really fine powder. The more fine it is, the faster it absorbs and the less drips down your throat. Like the other person said, if you’re snorting anything other than a fine powder, you’re wasting material. Plus it feels classy lol

This is one of my favorite recurring posts.

The way to crush it is to get a mortar and pestle. No other way is as efficient.

This one is only $15, if you are doing K on any sort of regular basis, or any other powders, get this.

If you DON'T have a mortar and pestle, the best way is line by line, instead of in bulk.

1. pour K on a plate
2. take a credit card and place it on top of the intended line
3. press as hard as you can on the K, you should hear crunching
4. remove the card, wipe the K off the card
5. repeat
6. repeat
7. repeat
8. repeat
9. is it powder yet? repeat.

You want it to be the consistency of powdered sugar, no granules, just fluffy, fluffy powder. This will make sure it spreads out evenly in your nasal passage and will avoid the drip. Avoid the drip, also, by not hoovering the powder in your nose like you are mad that you have a cold. Just put the snooter to the K and place the snooter slightly inside your nose, point it at the front "corner" of your nose (where the two nostrils meet, at the septum, but aim it "outward" (like away from your nose, but inside, if that makes sense) so it is pluming out of the snooter and doesn't shoot straight back into your throat, because if you taste it, you waste it!! Then, just breathe completely normally, no extra force, just breathe enough so the K is lifted through the snooter.

Try a pill grounder. You can get them at a pharmacy chain like Wal greens or CVS....not sure if you have those in Finland? But I just throw my stuff in the bottom of it and twist the cap as hard as I can and it does a pretty good job of crushing up shards.

Yup yup. You can get yourself a totally usable milligram range scale (as far as I can recall, it's accurate +/- ~2mg or so). The one I have is the American Weigh AWS Gemini-20 which weighs up to 20 g X 0.001g, comes in a nice little setup with a hinged cover, calibration weight, tweezers and a little metal weighing dish to use that has a sort of funnel kinda tip on it that's perfect to use for filling up capsules and stuff. I paid about $22-23 bucks on Amazon with free shipping, came in a day. Keep in mind you shouldn't measure less than 10mg with this thing, and if you have anything that's requiring exact milligram accuracy where 1 mg in either direction can make a world of difference, obviously you should be using a far more expensive scale because this won't be good for that. But otherwise, for something like K and 90% of drugs/RCs, etc. you can absolutely use this...make sure you're weighing at least 5mg with it and use it away from any fans/wind flow, put a little flat piece of glass or a piece of anti-static weigh paper/wax paper on top of the weighing tray to stop things from sticking to it.

I use a plate to crush and rack at a house, if on the go, pre crush what I intend on bringing and put it in a tiny amber glass vial. Usually holds just over a g.

Sounds like the reviewer didn't calibrate their scale. An uncalibrated scale is practically worthless for weighing any precise quantities.

I don't have any specific recommendations, but most scales should have a calibration mode, and some even come with the a calibration weight. Otherwise, you can get a set like this separately. Just make sure you it has a calibration mode, decent reviews, etc. and you should be fine.

Accuracy to 0.001g should be more than enough for your needs, unless it's fent or something, in which case... get help.

Racemic ket has a very similar crystal structure but this really does look a whole lot to similar to MSG.

If it tastes like msg and not the medical ket taste then you got ripped. If it does taste mentholly then you should be good.

You think I should just use water? Can I use a “reconstitution solution” like this? I will probably use it before bacteria grows maybe within a week or so. Should I keep it in a cool place if I don’t use this solution?

Along with other advice in this thread, i've found that ginger or ginger candies help tremendously both with nausea and the taste of the drip. Gin-Gins are my favorite, as they provide relief from both nausea and the gross drip taste. They're sorta like cough drops and so they sooth the gross flavor and make it less corrosive

You can make your own nasal spray or snort it correctly after moistening the mucous membranes in your nose with saline or water (obviously not just any) to get much better results than what I imagine most people are doing. It's absolutely more potent that way IME, but of course also a bit inconvenient at times.

You do make a good point, but then you can also get a mucosal atomization device for pretty cheap, so if anyone's personally getting a lower BA from nasal administration, it's mostly on them. Not like you can effectively boof something without the right equipment either...

Also would recommend saline rinse for your nose to prevent headaches. You can buy pressurized saline rinse (just salt water) at cvs. That works good or I just buy my own saline packets and mix them into filtered water and use a spray bottle I got from amazon.

Helps the k absorb better and keeps your nose clear so you don’t get any headaches from the powder getting caked in your sinuses.

That's what I use. Individually packed and sterile. I'm honestly not sure what the point of non-sterile syringe filter is. Maybe just to remove insoluble contaminants? If your goal is to sterilize the solution (which it is if your reconstituting a powdered drug into IM solution) then you do need individually wrapped, sterile filters. It also for the best to use vials of bacteriostatic water. This is sterile water with a small amount of disinfectant added. I use regular sterile water vials simply because I can grab a few from work, but if you're buying water for mixing then I'd go ahead and get the water with a bacteriostat in it. I wouldn't risk using tap water even with a filter. I've actually never even heard of a stirring/heat plate.

I don't bother with vials to store it in. I just get 10cc syringes so that I can load up to 10 doses in a single syringe with a single filter and I use the syringe for storage. Replacing needles as they are used of course.

The metered bottles of Amazon are enough hold 30mL. I usually make in batches of 3.5g s-ketamine to 22.5mL saline, which gives me 15mg per spray.
