Hi, it's Alex from Kryptex
There were some heavy fluctuations of mining profitability since the NH hack. It was two times more profitable to mine XMR on 5th of December than now, hence the difference. Most likely Kryptex wasn't even mining XMR when it was in full mode.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Or reach out to support directly: https://www.kryptex.org/support/support
Hi there!
Balance consists of the following parts:
1. Unconfirmed solutions
2. Confirmed solutions
3. Bitcoins
Solutions is a metric we use to show the amount of work done by your computer. Solution concept is equivalent of "share" when mining in a pool.
Unconfirmed solutions become confirmed as soon as the work is confirmed (like when shares are confirmed on a pool). Confirmed solutions are then converted to bitcoins as soon as their value reach 0.00002 BTC.
They have no fixed exchange rate, as each solution has a different bitcoin value (think of this like of shares with vardiff). You can see the value of all solutions on the "Balance" page.
It's complex, we know. We'll remove solutions from Kryptex soon, and there will be only bitcoins.
The whole process of converting solutions to bitcoins just represents the internals of our system.
This process is mostly pointless to a user, as solutions are converted to bitcoins pretty fast: usually it takes no more than one day.
More information about solutions and its exchange is here: https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/solutions-en
Welcome) You may check an overclocking database. If you do everything right you will be able to earn a little bit more and lower power consumption.
Both of these reasons can take place. Yesterday BTC dropped 8.5% and today 4.5% so a sum in your currency dropped too as Kryptex stores only bitcoins.
To make sure your computer is OK you may check this article: https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/profit-differs-en It tells you what technical or market reasons may affect your earnings.
Kryptex pays you what it shows in the app if your computer works normally. But there are some factors that can affect mining. Please, read this article and check your computer.
It depends on your GPU memory manufacturer. You can check it with GPU-Z. There are three types Micron, Samsung and Hynix. Different memory needs different overcklocking configuration.
Check out our overcklocking database and choose the best variant for your card 😉
A small number of rejected solutions will be present anyway as short time network glitches can occur sometimes. https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/rejected-shares-en
The further you are from a pool server - the worse. For my location and connection quality an average number is about 1.5-2%
Yes, this is a pretty average result for this card as i can see.
https://www.kryptex.org/en/overclocking?device=NVIDIA+RTX+2080+SUPER&algo=dagger_eth
Some cards can be overclocked a bit more, some a bit less.
Most of the problems come from antivirus software (windows defender counts too)
https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/not-a-virus-en
Try to disable antivirus and reinstall Kryptex. Then check "Open miner windows" under settings and run benchmark. If there are any problems they should be indicated by miners.
Hey! Thank you for your feedback. He've fixed this bug at 3.0.2 beta.

3.0.1 and 3.0.2 are beta-versions, so there might be some more bugs. These versions are intended for testing, not for everyday usage. You can download 2.13.1 form our website for stable mining. Here's the link — www.kryptex.org
Hello! Check your internet connection.
It seems your local provider can't connect to our pools.
Try using VPN, for example, TunnelBear.
Establish a VPN connection and restart Kryptex.
Also, check your firewall and antivirus.
Make sure they do not restrict the application's connection.
Why are you lying? BTC payout works just fine. Is it a real hassle to paste a bitcoin wallet?
Large fees? Still lower than average https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/charts/average-transaction-fee-btc?interval=1m And this is not kryptex fee
Lightning network? It is still an experimental technology. Should we trust it? We are not sure yet.
I confirm that there are issues with Amazon. And our support team is very busy as the number of users rose dramatically.
So, scam you say? Did you really lose your money? How much?
There are two versions of RTX 3060. Early versions had software LHR so it could be overriden with 470.05 driver. Newer versions have hardware LHR and cannot work with 470.05 driver at all, they need 472.12 or later drivers. It seems you have a hardware LHR. So it can be only partially unlocked by some miner hacks.
Kryptex already incorporates several miners that has LHR unlock and it is applied automatically. You may check if some miners work a bit better for you. You may disable all other miners in settings.
As for overclocking settings you may see reference numbers at https://www.kryptex.org/en/overclocking?device=NVIDIA+RTX+3060+LHR&algo=all&order=rating
If this card is also used for monitor it will not show the max mining performance as it needs to work for Windows too.
Pretty much so. If you choose correct overclocking - it might hit 22 mhs. Check overclocking database for reference numbers. https://www.kryptex.org/en/overclocking?device=NVIDIA+GTX+1060+6GB&algo=all&order=rating
their referral program is a total fraud. I'm an affiliate of many money-making apps and websites and I know how the referral system works. Here is my referral link: https://www.kryptex.org/?ref=9e6687bb
just go through it and signup, keep an eye on the address bar of your browser, you will find the referral link will be removed and it will redirect to usual link.
Their affiliate program is just a gimmick. Don't fall for it.
It seems that your GPUs are not overclocked correctly.
Use MSI Afterburner program for overclocking.
Correct settings can be found at our overclocking base ;)
https://www.kryptex.org/en/overclocking
check out craigslist/Facebook market and such apps. look for good deals and msg people asking if they can lower to your budget.
Cash in hand can meet in 30 min is powerful
https://www.kryptex.org/en/best-gpus-for-mining
this list is helpful but ive noticed the prices it thinks the gpus are going for are high compared to ebay.
Some crypto curriencies are designed so. Over the time the mining reward will go down. We wrote an article on previous bitcoin halving. Ravencoin halving has the same principle. https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/bitcoin-halving-en
Download MSI afterburner for free.
Then check out some settings other people with our GPU have tried out. Play around with it. https://www.kryptex.org/en/overclocking
PLEASE do this right. You're paying needlessly high electric bill, taxing your GPU with extreme heat, and not even getting nearly as high of a return/hash rate as you can.
I'm barely computer literate and I figured it out.
Also, I recommend you completely reinstall Kryptex to prevent any file conflicts.
After the Kryptex deinstallation you need to delete this two files too:
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\kryptex-app
- C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Kryptex
Actually, you can use an uninstaller. We recommend this one: https://geekuninstaller.com/. It will find and delete Kryptex automatically. Then just install Kryptex, but don’t forget to disable antivirus and Windows Defender.
Power limit seems to be low. My 3060ti needs about 60%. https://www.kryptex.org/en/overclocking/kfa2-3060-ti-rev1
The other reason may be the drivers if you updated them. Latest drivers can have negative impact on mining speed. You may try to set high performance in Nvidia control panel or revert to an earlier driver version.
Those drivers are known for sometimes making that. Kryptex has an article on it. https://www.kryptex.org/en/news/nvidia-496-en
Version 472.12 worked for me and a couple of 1060s
It might be a driver issue.
https://www.kryptex.org/en/news/nvidia-496-en
Or maybe LHR unlocking went wrong. Check open miner windows under settings and try to see what happens with hashrate after the start.
I don't think that it is a virus or something. It is most likely too new drivers.
https://www.kryptex.org/en/news/nvidia-496-en
Try rolling back to an earlier version. 472.12-472.39 will do. Also try to set max performance in Nvidia control panel.
https://www.kryptex.org/en/overclocking
You might be able to get better hashrates AND less wattage. Check it out. I am an idiot that hates computers, and I was able to increase my hashrate using that database.
Most likely we detected some unusual activity on your account. So you should contact support for sure.
Integrated graphics is useless for mining so it will not even be detected by Kryptex as mining device. Your CPU should be able to mine something but it is useless too as cpu mining is profitable only for some newest and most powerful CPUs. Older CPUs just consume more electricity than they earn. So unfortunately you cannot mine. You need a desktop computer with a card from a list https://www.kryptex.org/en/best-gpus-for-mining
Linux users are pretty skilled users are pretty skilled, they may run a miner themselves. https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/kryptex-pools-direct-mining-en Linux is also not so widespread as Windows.
The best way to mine on Mac - is to sell a Mac and get windows system with several cards. Mining on Mac is not a good investment as payback times are way too long.
If someone tells you that mining on Android is a good idea - you may call him an idiot. Small and power-efficient CPUs in phones and tablets are not capable of making immense number of calculations needed for mining. But if he likes to see negative numbers of ROI - this is a fine chioce.
Open %appdata%\Kryptex\miners
folder. The logs for all the miners are there. If you look at the logs - they might tell you the error. Usually it is about low pagefile size.
You should add exception to your AV software
https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/not-a-virus-en
As for mining on a laptop - it is not recommended as laptops usually do not have a fine cooling. You may try but watch the temperature.
First I would re-check the "standard" problem list on rejected/incorrect shares.
As it is a second card - I would bet on a faulty riser as they may give a bunch of different problems. To check that you may swap the cards. If the card works well on your first slot then it should be fine.
Something goes wrong for sure. If you have 70% of rejected solutioons - you don't get 70% of profit!
Please read this article: Large number of rejected solutions - it explains all the errors you can get and shows the way to solve that.
Try to
You might also need to make exceptions for Kryptex https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/not-a-virus-en
Kryptex always pays the sum it indicates in Bitcoins (not euros/dollars etc.). The sum in other currencies is for convenience only.
But to be sure you should read this article carefully and make sure that technical problems do not affect your income. https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/profit-differs-en
Feel free to ask questions if you don't understand something.
You should re-run the benchmark under settings. If it does not work then you might need to increase pagefile size https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/pagefile-en
Well, pretty good numbers)
As for 3080 you may see overclocking 3080 for mining in our overclocking database. Usually it may give 100mhs. But you should also use HWINFO or GPUz and make sure that your mem is under 95 degrees. The datasheet says that 95 degrees is the max temp for this type of memory for normal operation.
Hi there!
To help you solve this problem quickly and accurately, we need miner logs.
We made a program to make it easier for you to assemble them: 1. Download the program from the link: https://www.kryptex.org/installer/utils/GetLogs3.exe 2. Open it and click the "Get Logs" button. You will have a ZIP archive on your desktop. Send it to , we will investigate it.

There are lots of viruses that silently mine cryptocurrency without user's permission. That is why most antivirus programs block miners by default.
I don't know for real)
If you are skilled enough you may try to use rave/hive with Kryptex.
Well, it is not a very good idea to mine a laptop. They usually have poor cooling systems. As for now mining profit has decreased (it was much higher in February - April).
To reach $200/mo you need a computer with several cards. You may see Best GPUs for mining table to see what hardware to choose. Please note that mining profitability is not a constant thing. It changes every day. You can see mining profitability chart.
We have some data on the best gpus for mining table. If you click on a GPU it will take you to the page that shows average power consumption. But I think you should better use max TDP of the card you are buying. It would be safer.
Well, Kryptex is for mining, not storing. If you mine you may store funds on Kryptex account but if you stop mining the account will be deleted after 6 months of inactivity.
https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/delete-profile-en
You may send crypto from Kryptex to any supported BTC/ETH adress. But we do not plan to make an integrated wallet. Not our business.
Not surprized. There are plenty of dumbasses who try to mine on other's computers without consent. That is why most antivirus programs block miners by default.
You have the newest version. 15>9 if I understand maths correctly) Do you really want to go to future? https://www.kryptex.org/download points to the newest production version which is 4.15.15. If you check "Install Beta Versions" undes Settings - Account you will be able to get 4.15.17.
Well, should work.
Disable AV software for Kryptex and reinstall it. https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/not-a-virus-en
Check "open miner windows" under settings and then Re-run benchmark again. In the popping up miner windows you may see some errors which might help you to understand the problem.
Sometimes it may be a small pagefile. https://www.kryptex.org/en/articles/pagefile-en

Hi! This is because the profit fell down since you got here. It is for everyone who mines. We had about 5 days of really high profits but the situation changed.
https://www.kryptex.org/en/mining-profitability
P.S. I will delete the post for security. Do not share screenshots with your email please. If your email gets hacked - the hacker may get your money from Kryptex.
Most of the problems with Kryptex app comes from antiviruses. There are plenty of dumbasses that try to run mining on the other people's computers.
Hi there!
We recommend that you disable all anti-virus software during the installation / operation of our application. Windows defender counts as anti-virus software too. If you don't want to completely disable the AV, try adding following paths to exception list: C:\Users*Your Username*\AppData\Local\Kryptex C:\Users*Your Username*\AppData\Roaming\Kryptex
If these actions does not help you, message us back, we'll investigate the issue further!

Please cancel my payment <strong>KR#ap5kmy</strong>Has been 3 weeks still don't get it, says completed but it is a lie. Please cancel it. So I can continue mining.
When you are mining you are getting part of the fee ETH network charges for transactions. When there is a buzz on the market and many transactions are made - you earn more. When the market is calm - you get less.
So I see the same on my own rig. Profit fell down.
Well, it usually works but there are a lot of miners now so our payment partners heve really tough times handling our volumes. Tell me your payout ID please. It is on https://www.kryptex.org/billing/payouts
KR#xxxxxx
well even the website gives monthly profit rates for different gpus. What youre saying now is this is just the top end, which really only happens for a couple hours out of the day. So anyone trying to work out if getting a rig is profitable (which is what that page is for), is basically being lied to?
This is only kind of misunderstanding. Your funds are stored in bitcoins. The sum in your currency is only shown for convenience. When bitcoin rate falls the sum in your currency falls too. This effect is the more noticeable, the larger the amount you keep on your balance.

Ok thanks for your reply I just got an email from Kryptex support and yes it is still stuck in the system processing but at least they replied and its stuck thats all i wanted to know that they know about it and can deal with it .At least we know now that there is some support and that yes teething problems with bank transfers will allways be headaches to deal with.
Anyway I leave it in Kryptex good hands and I will inform this post of the progress ect.
You can check <strong>KR#ggk9xl</strong> this number with your resources
Profit changes every hour and the exchange course of BTC to your currency too. So you will see different numbers all the time.
https://www.kryptex.org/en/mining-profitability
When BTC course goes down you can even see balance in your currency go down too. The balance in BTC always goes up when you are mining.

Well, every miner is something like investor. You should understand both profits and risks. And this should be your own deliberate decision. I should not enforce you my own vision.
For now profits are high. 6 months earlier (when i bought my cards and started mining) it was much lower.
https://www.kryptex.org/en/mining-profitability
I can't say what it shall be in the next 6 months. In July the EIP-1559 may take place (google it).
So I shall not give you the "only correct solution". It depends.
As for laptops - it is not a good decision to mine with them unless they are packed with a good GPU. They often have poor cooling systems.

rewards changes often. You prob mine ETH, and that went down a little bit with profit lately. But also goes up again. Which means you just earn less when its down more.
Fees: https://www.kryptex.org/en/fees
This should tell you the minimum you need to withdraw and the fees. I'd honestly wait as long as possible before withdrawing; you'll just end up paying the same fee multiple times if you withdraw a lot.
Hi! Could you please contact our support team? We need your logs to investigate the problem.
> is there a way I can mine etherium rather than Bitcoin
You mine different coins (ethereum, monero and others) and get paid in Bitcoin. Bitcoin is stable enough so it prevents you from altcoin volatility, it is a well-known and easy-to-use coin. There is no ways to switch your balance to Ethereum, but you can withdraw ETH if you need it!
Hi there!
We could have informed our users a bit better 😯 Sorry for the confusion!
🚧 Ethereum pool state
Pool went unstable due to a bug in Phoenix miner, which caused it to generate thousand of incorrect shares a second. This caused a DoS "attack" by our own miners, which led to a cascade failure of some other parts of the infrastructure.
Currently we have deployed a new version of Ethereum pool code which mitigates this issue and is very stable so far.
If you still experience troubles with the connection, try redoing the benchmarks, to force Kryptex get new settings for the pool. If this doesn't help, describe the symptoms in the PMs or here in the chat, and tell us your IP address from here.

Hi!
Unfortunately, due to regulations in some countries, we are unable to send payments to bank cards.
You can try Amazon Gift Cards or Advcash. Both options are available for our users from the US or Canada and they don't have any fees!
Also you can buy a prepaid Visa/MasterCard card using the Amazon gift card.
Nvidia cards are making a good profit on Grin now, for example, RTX 2080, 2070 and 2070 SUPER :) Actually you can find all the best GPUs for mining on our site: https://www.kryptex.org/en/best-gpus-for-mining
Hi there!
We calculate the optimal bitcoin fee to make sure your transactions are swift and are quickly confirmed by the Bitcoin network. Kryptex also got A LOT more payout options than just a BTC!
- Amazon e-card withdrawals with ZERO fee!
- Direct € and $ withdrawals to bank cards.
- ETH payouts with a low 0.005 ETH fee, for those who love using crypto, as we do 📷
- And many more 📷 https://www.kryptex.org/en/fees
Unfortunately, we don't have any short-term plans regarding Kryptex on Linux, but we are working on two great alternatives:
Hi there!
The profitability of mining varies in time, depending on the market conditions and mining difficulty.
You can download and install Kryptex to find out the exact numbers for your particular rig. Our app calculates daily and monthly profit, taking all factors into consideration!
Or you can check out "The Best GPUs for Mining" page and learn about the performance of every video card available on the market :)
NVIDIA Quadro GPUs are really good for some crazy professional stuff, but they are the same as GeForce cards when we're talking about gaming and mining.
Your mobile Quadro M1200 has the same GPU as desktop GTX750/750Ti, they are quite old and nowadays are considered as low-end cards. Sad as it may sound, but $1.5 per month is an absolutely normal profitability for those cards.
By the way, you can earn money without any computer — invite friends, colleagues, and relatives to use Kryptex and earn a little extra. More information here — https://www.kryptex.org/ru/articles/referral-en
I've just discovered Kryptex and so far its been a blast! Benchmark your PC and earn some easy dollars per month.
It would be nice if we could start a referral train. Here's mine: https://www.kryptex.org/?ref=a79e65d7
I think for US the best way to withdraw is using https://uphold.com/ You can send bitcoins there. Bitcoin withdrawals have a fixed comission so the larger the sum you withdraw the lower the percentage will be.
We also work on other payout methods.
Let's try to completely reinstall Kryptex. In addition to the program itself, you also need to delete these two folders: - C: \ Users \ <username> \ AppData \ Local \ Programs \ kryptex-app - C: \ Users \ <username> \ AppData \ Roaming \ Kryptex Or use a proven uninstaller: https://geekuninstaller.com/ Then just install Kryptex as usual. You can download the installer only from our website: https://www.kryptex.org/download
Don't forget to turn off your antivirus before doing this!
Do you use Windows Task Manager to look after the GPU usage? The thing is that it shows it incorrectly. You can download MSI Afterburner or Open Hardware Monitor to see accurate values!
I've had the same experience with NordVPN. Seems like there's some wonky stuff with the Nord stuff. Like the split tunnel doesn't work right in the app. Might be a Nord specific issue. Going to keep digging. Will update if I find anything
