I've been using it for almost 2 years now, had problems getting it working on 1 computer, but it's worked flawlessly everywhere else.
Note, the website also has other hacks, cheat hacks. please don't use them :)
Well, I did it.
I compressed it down from 31.3GB to just over 11.8GB. (No password)

This pack includes a few of my favourite add ons, including the firestarter themed charger, and the improved flashlight, also, around 170 campaigns.
Because it's all one file, anyone with a FAT formatted hard drive wont be able to download this.
EDIT: Fixed the link. I forgot that utorrent automatically puts in my private tracker information, had to take it out.
> fixed several security issues
probably related to the recent exploit found in the source engine
That's crazy, right now it's the same as Borderlands 3 RELEASE DATE: Mar 13, 2020 currently 50% off, last major update, September 10th The fourth campaign add-on for Borderlands 3 is available now! This release coincides with a free level cap increase that raises the maximum Vault Hunter level to 65.
While L4D2 was released a month after Borderlands 1.
You can also just set it up to notify you when it drops to below a certain price on steam! And it also lets you see the historical prices. So if you don't want to risk buying keys from any of the sites this one tracks you don't have to!
Custom maps and Custom Campaigns are technically not interchangeable terms, despite people doing it constantly. You know how each campaign is made up of several chapters right? Each chapter is a map, and each map has its own internal name, that name is what shows up in server browsers like GameTracker. This is the proper terminology.
So for example the first chapter/map of Dead Center is The Hotel. The map's internal name is "c1m1_hotel". The second map is The Streets which is internally referred to as "c2m2_streets". If a server is currently on The Hotel chapter in Dead Center, they show up as running the c1m1_hotel map in a server browser. Just look in the GameTracker list, you'll see what I mean.
The problem is that server browsers only tell the map's internal name, they don't tell what campaign they're running. That is combined with the fact that custom maps usually don't follow the same naming scheme that official maps do.They go off and do their own thing like "zmb13_m2_labs", or "l4d2_ff01_woods", so that's what they have when the server running those maps appears in a server browser.
You can't tell what campaign the server is running from the map alone. So if you come by a server, and you can't determine what campaign the server is running so you can go download it, you're SOL and can't join.
The Sacrifice comic is the only one I'm aware of. I ask because even though it is just bridging the gap between the two DLC campaigns, it gives some insight into what the military does with "carriers" of the infection.
Yeah, it's very weird. If you check gametracker, it counts about 3000 players online right now, while steamcharts says 10k+. I'm more inclined to believe gametracker is more accurate, as the game is pretty much dead for me and hard to find games.
I'm only saying this because it recently happened to me, but make sure your computer isn't overheating. Speedfan is free if you don't already have something. Mine was running at 102 celsius. The fan had fallen off the CPU...
if you're in EU, go toexeclub eXtreme. it has perkmod installed
or go to Zambiland but it doesnt have any perks to choose from.
ZOZO:GG i think has perks, but search through the steam group server catalog and join to check them out.
You could probably just use
http://www.x360ce.com/
and some other app out there that I forgot.
Essentially you use an app to emulate your PS controller to be an xbox controller, then you use x360ce to emulate the controls.
It's been a while since I've messed with this stuff though... so don't expect anymore advice on this. At least it can get you started.
I use Picmonkey for all my image editing.
I don't recommend paying for it though, since they're quite a scam, but their software (the beta version, not the newest) is great for basic video editing or making thumbnails. when you're done with the image just go fullscreen (open a new tab, press F11, then CTRL+1) and screenshot it, then crop it later and voila, easy image.
If you want to revert to another menu background, you can do so by renaming the one you want to "l4d_crashcourse_bg.bik" in the game files. The files are in steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead\media, in a .bik format. If you want a preview, you can use RAD Video Tools.
I don't think there's a way to have them on shuffle.

Is there something I have to change? I appreciate the help.
If that's an AMD AM3 socket, I'd go looking for an upgrade. 2.13 dual core is slow. I've also had issues with multi CPU support using dual core CPUs in L4D2. Choppy frames. Quad core is ftw.
