I used this site. I felt bad that the creator's signature got cut off, so I did some fancy editing and added it back in. So here ya go! If you don't like the placement, make your own damn collage!
Edit: Extremely late thank you for the gold, stranger! :)
Unfortunately, Samurailien is right there really is only those two ways to get your channel to grow but there are lots of things you can do to make it so your channel has the best chance.
Anyways my channel is new feel free to check it out I have only been posting let's plays for about 2 - 3 weeks but these are things that I think as a beginner need to be taken on board. And mainly enjoy what you're doing, if you're in it just cos you think you will make money I am sorry but you may be just wasting your time. ^_^
light rays come in at a much smaller angle with a small hole, so it takes awhile for the rays to diverge from each other. The more the rays separate from each other, the more blurring you get like this https://www.picmonkey.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Tasteful-Bokeh-Spotlight-city.jpg
There are a few tricks to it, but mostly it’s a standing version of “look like you belong.” Try to look bored. There’s a way to lean against a wall where you sort of cross your ankles and plant the toe of one foot into the ground... hard to describe, pretty much like this. Even if you are uncomfortable, that pose makes you look relaxed.
In the old days, I used to look at my watch periodically, but now you don’t need to do that, just dick around on your phone.
Also, when choosing a place to stand, pick someplace that’s a little out if the way, like in a corner, but that has a good view of the area. You don’t want to have to get out of other people’s way all the time, and it’s easier to watch for your friends if you can see the places where they are likely to be without moving around.
I have always been a fan of the cheesy haha, your welcome. You can use some free apps or web pages to create grafics for your logo: https://www.picmonkey.com/ above is a link for one that is easy to use and may be useful for a banner or logo. Keep up the good work.
If you are looking for some quick and simple but very basic editing, picmonkey is a pretty good site. It has a lot of good and free features that make it useful. All the other paid things are just adding glitter to the already done cake of picmonkey.
Edit: link
My channel (in my flair) has really consistent thumbnails, and I only use web based stuff (although I have a vast knowledge of GIMP, the web based stuff is just so easy to use and much quicker)
I use:

Let's take the opportunity to correct a common misconception--namely, DPI. This is a printing term: Dots Per Inch. It refers to the resolution of the printed photo. It has nothing to do with the size, quality, or resolution of the picture as viewed on your computer. For the vast majority of situations, it's absolutely meaningless.
If you want to know how big you can reasonably print any given picture, the main thing that matters is the physical size expressed in pixels. For that, you need a printing size chart, such as this one. (Scroll down a bit.)

Crop to 4x5, then export custom at 1350px on long side.
or just read one of the hundreds of articles that list the details:

Really nice to see all the designs together. Given the submitting form uses Google Forms, would it make sense to use a Tier list maker to rank the designs. It would allow more options than just a yes/no for each design as we could rank them as super, very good, good, average, poor. Possibly too many designs in contest for this to work. Some sample websites https://tiermaker.com/categories/create/ https://tierlists.com/create/here https://www.picmonkey.com/design/tier-list-maker
This is just one of many sites that take you through the process ... I've never done any but knew some artists that did them.
Some cameras and phones have a mode called miniature mode. Nikon's mid tier cameras do. Makes the pic look like it's a miniature. Fun to play with. Here's a link that talks about it. https://www.picmonkey.com/blog/maximize-miniature-effect
Well, technically it is already out there, but you can still watermark it! Proof of ownership, it's a great pic. https://www.picmonkey.com/blog/claim-your-artistry-by-adding-a-watermark?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=nb-features-usa-xm&utm_content=usa_notfree_nb_core_xm_cdtt_search&gclid=CjwKCAjwiMj2BRBFEiwAYfTbCsd54GbZGaDFvqEz...
Edit: hope I'm allowed to post this link to help. Its not schilling anything, lol.

(Or at least near your threatening property manager's places of work...)

You'd have to learn more about photography in general (see this quick cheat sheet) but I suppose you could also use Program mode for starters. The camera has a mode dial you can switch to Auto, P for Program, A for Aperture priority, S for Shutter speed priority, and M for Manual.
Program mode is similar to Auto, but you can use the rear dial to adjust the settings (it will simultaneously adjust the aperture and shutter speed). If you're shooting RAW, you can then use PS/Lightroom to adjust the picture to your liking. The 18-55mm lens isn't the best but good lighting will play to its strengths.

mine isnt good :( im a beginner
I use Picmonkey for all my image editing.
I don't recommend paying for it though, since they're quite a scam, but their software (the beta version, not the newest) is great for basic video editing or making thumbnails. when you're done with the image just go fullscreen (open a new tab, press F11, then CTRL+1) and screenshot it, then crop it later and voila, easy image.
You put them in a nice frame with matting and non-reflective glass, don't hang them too high, and incorporate the colors into your decor. You can match the framing to the decor, if you don't want too many black frames: grandoldflag or put up one or two of your flags and find other ways to bring in the over-abundance of flags -- which IS a frat thing. alternative flag display alt flag display#2
I really have no idea mate so I had to google pretty much. All I am saying is that it would be super cool to have these on mobile as I would imagine plenty of people would use it. We all have mobile phones and a lot of us kind of care about their wallpapers. Even if this one was not animated it would be cool, let alone if it can be animated.
I dunno if these 2 below help. Working rn so can't go into it much more. Happy to assist testing. I have LG V40 if that might help while you adjust them for the phone.

I used Pic monkey a free 14 day trial or a paid subscription which is cheap and easy to use I changed the way I was making thumbnails to the rectangle and font in the middle glad you like it and thanks for the sub!
Basically a four step process.
1) Go on google and search for "scroll". At the top upper left of the search results switch from "All" to "images". Pic from thousands of images that you like and download to use it. (Ahem, for non-commerical purposes naturally)
2) Visit an image editing website like Picmonkey, upload the scroll image from Step 1.
3) On the left hand panel select Text, scroll down to pick the font that best looks like what you want to use (like a handwritten or cursive font), position the cursor over the background image of the scroll, then write the text.
4) Save the edited image, download it, use in your game.
Hope this helps. :)
I like Demon Ruins/Lost Izalith. It's actually probably my favorite of the four final areas. (TotG is dark and stupid and the Archives have a dozen enemies sniping you at any given time. New Londo is pretty good, though.)
But I mostly like it for its aesthetic properties. I'd agree, it does definitely look like a place that would exist in Metroid, it's got this awesome ancient temple/city thing going on, overgrown by the tree that literally supports the entire fucking world, and so on.
But it's definitely got a lot of problems. Literally every boss in Demon Ruins/Lost Izalith is a piece of shit. The lava, while impressive looking in some places (for example, coming down the hill from beating Quelaag and looking at the lake of lava below), is gamma-balanced so poorly, overused, and doesn't even look like lava. It's got those stupid and useless mini-asylum-demon-things all over the place, the Chaos Eaters are probably the worst designed enemy in video game history and can't manage to walk on stairs properly, etc. etc.
now i'm tempted to do this. the only problem is im working on a inside joke one for my friends and another for fun. lel i'll do it later in life.
EDIT: also modding textures isn't that hard. just copy paste the resource folder and work off of the resource folder finding textures and editing them with a drawing program or some photoshop software. i use PicMonkey for simple stuff lel
Spent over an hour figuring out characters, a good balance, some decent pictures. Here's the result. I'm in your care.
