Sure thing. It was a gift, but I’ve requested a link. They were a good deal from Amazon and I use two as a room divider. I’m really pleased with the results. Amazon Bookshelves
I always end up downloading them manually and I have been in exactly the same situation as you: Creating a new part, only to discover it already existed. The google search rank for that site is too damn low.
I recommend downloading the full library of parts: http://www.ldraw.org/library/updates/complete.zip
And there is also one for unofficial parts.
I have been building this one https://www.amazon.com/LEGO-Technic-Chevrolet-Corvette-Building/dp/B07GYTVQN5/ref=sr_1_2?crid=UT3QKX0A0R1D&dchild=1&keywords=lego+corvette&qid=1606250496&sprefix=lego+cor%2Caps%2C157&sr=8-2
Its my first set but im enjoying it
Have you taken a look at https://smile.amazon.com/Unofficial-LEGO-Technic-Builders-Guide/dp/1593277601 yet? I've read through it a few times, and I'm still blown away at the quantity and quality of what I learn.

I got something like this one:
Specifically because this set from 2010 is really hard to get at 'normal' prices. As you can see in the "all my bikes" picture in the OP, I built the red chopper (next to the green one) and you can't tell it from the real stuff. When building though, you can feel that the bricks are a little different, even though they're fully compatible. Some were rough, some needed more force, stuff like that.
I have to admit that the play value of said jeep isn't worth the $40 I paid. While I'll admit it's nice to have foldable back seats, opening doors, a hood, and a working winch. There's no way to convert this to motorized without rebuilding the entire set. For $15 more you can buy an off brand jeep styled vehicle through an Amazon brand labeled Nifeliz. It features suspension, opening doors/hood, removable roof, full time 4x4 drive train, and can be motorized as well as includes a winch too. It's also slightly bigger compared to the Lego version jeep. And much better quality in my opinion. I'll leave a link to the Nifeliz Jeep below.

Would the motors that I linked fit this bad boy? I'm not sure how that works. Thanks so much for your help!
For the price comparison. What about this? Seems difficult, but for his mindset, he could do this. Do these come with space for the motors or how does that work?

if shes able to handle a bigger and more difficult set you could think about buying the CaDa italian super car, if you dont want to spend too much i dont think its something for you, but it has everything you need. Motor, shifting and Lighting. Its not Lego but its also very good, qualitatively at the same level, i think its a good option especially because lego is very overpriced and they dont have a rc car in their assortment rn. here is it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08WXDCDZH/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_17F5T504MJK1MSE05F95
Lol the "tabletop" is just some old corner desk my parents gave me. No idea the brand or anything like that.

Hey there. I don't know why you'd make a tapping machine but you might wanna save your effort by downloading an autoclicker for your phone. Here's the one I use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=simplehat.clicker
If not, try one of these, and attach a capacitive material on each end: https://youtu.be/kyUngtglVv4

I've found (and ordered) it for about 1/3 of it's normal price. Almost too good to be true. https://www.amazon.co.uk/LEGO-Functions-88000-batteries-required/dp/B004RF301U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1481654896&sr=8-1&keywords=LEGO+Power+Functions+88000
