Here's the game's page on the Google Play Store, however there's a high chance that you won't be able to install it. It's only available in select territories, and doesn't seem to be compatible with certain Android devices.

here and here You take your LBP1/2 profile backup, copy it to a flashdrive, put in save file folder, right click "unlock to work with any ps3", save, copy it back to the new profile (on PS3). For DLC your fine any local account can use local dlc provided the system is activated.

Just to let you know, RPCS3 needs some pretty decent specifications to be able to run properly, and LittleBigPlanet is actually rather demanding. If you only have 2 GB of RAM, I doubly you'll be able to even use the emulator, unfortunately.

I meet those recommend specifications and LBP 1 and 2 run a bit sluggishly for me.
