Not legally. The only way I can think of would be to sign up for DirecTVNow or one of the other streaming services and use a VPN like Private Internet Access and choose an exit point in the city closest to your US billing address.

Thankfully all the streaming services offer free trials and PIA does offer monthly plans so you wouldn't waste too much money testing this theory.
