One of the highlights of the game for us was when all the Hawks fans around us (and there were a LOT of them) tried to start another successful GO HAWKS chant ... and literally one second later Gabbo tied it.
Yeah I agree. I think it didn't get called because Kuzy didn't let himself get checked in the face. By protecting himself he prevented a direct headshot but may have broken his wrist in the process.
McNabb has always played a hard and questionable game, and it often lead to stupid penalties or missed hits that lead to goals. I think part of the formula in the playoffs is a seeming unwillingness on the part of officials to call all but the most flagrant penalties on the Knights. I don't think it's "rigged" but it seems very clear to me that they are on a long leash and that the teams are not being called equally.
Remember McNabb's headshot on Kopi behind the play in our series?
I think having watched him on our team over the years and then how he's been this season and especially in this post-season, it's really hard for me to give him the benefit of the doubt. This isn't Alec Martinez catching someone up high, this is Brayden "I try to murder people on the blue line" McNabb.
Guys, on Feb 6th 2012, the Kings had 60 points, were in 7th and had 3 more games played than they currently have. If the Kings win 3 in a row, we will have the same amount of points through games played in 2012, although will be lower in the standing. We all know what happened in 2012. Yes, I know the division alignment was different and the playoff format was a little different. I am not worried yet. I'd rather go through a slump now and get hot later than be hot all season and choke in the playoffs like the Sharks.
Here's you watching Looch play this season. ;]
P.S. I just finished reading "The War of Art." You recommended it somewhere, that I can't remember right now; it's a magical book, super fucking helpful.
>The LA Kings and iHeartMedia have announced that as part of a new and innovative digital partnership, all Kings games - including preseason, regular season and postseason contests - will now stream live on the new official LA Kings Audio Network, a custom station available on iHeartRadio, iHeartMedia's all-in-one digital music, podcast, on demand and live streaming radio service.
>
>The coverage on iHeartRadio will also include the broadcast's 30-minute pregame show, which begins with tonight's first preseason game against the Arizona Coyotes at STAPLES Center at 7 p.m.

Well, google answers all:Larry Hillman
Also, we are now more appropriately named the LA Kings Stanley Cup Champions. :D
I am not sure how this relates to /r/losangeleskings since this trivia seems to be about the NHL in general and is not Kings specific. Might be better trying in /r/hockey?
Find a VPN like Private Internet Access that has options for an individual IP. When you use a popular VPN, you’re accessing from the same IP as others. Chances of them banning an individual IP are infinitely lower than them banning one that gives them a lot of traffic.
Fred Coury (the Drummer for the hair band "Cindreilla") did most of the music for entering the ice, the track that plays as the team hits the ice is called "Kings Ransom" but the intro changed (this looks 2008-2010) I BELEIVE it was called "Kings 2007" (from an interview in 2012) it was changed to "Thunder March" and this was standard until the 2019-20 season, they started playing a hip hop son jam as the team hit the ice.
here is a link to the new (post Cup) In-Arena instrumentals
That's the first time I think I've seen the WilFlail.gif abused. ;)
Isn't The War of Art magnificent? It's ended up being one of those things that I reread again and again, and I get something new out of it each time.
optimized gfy(html5 video) version of the gif
I'm in San Diego and I can watch any game, even nationally broadcasted games on our Apple TV.
I set up an Unlocator account NHLtv subscription Follow Unlocator instructions for Apple TV Every game unlocked.
I totally agree, maximum readability for sure. It will sit comfortably next to my "The Elements of Style" and "Bird by Bird" copies, books I go back to all of the time when struggling.
The one thing that kind of annoyed me in "The War of Art" was the religious stuff--but only at first. Once I realized it had no bearing on the message, I stopped getting annoyed, and was just like whatever floats his boat.
If you still have an American credit card tied to an American address that you can still use with it, then ESPN+ has a great deal when you pick it up as part of the HULU/Disney+ bundle package.
To watch from Canada, however, you'd need to use a VPN like ExpressVPN and (probably) a browser like Firefox in totally locked down private security mode to keep the site from seeing that you are actually in Canada through the VPN.
For the record, I've tested this approach (around the world, actually) and it works.
Yes, that is the same exact model. Nathan K3LA. They have a pair. I can't find it online, but I think Dieter Ruehle (organist and controller of the horn switch) once said that one of the three horns is not used, which could account for the difference you're hearing.

To piggyback, depending on her age, you might want to look into sound muffling headphones. It can be really loud in the arena. I got a set of these (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07S9FXKZQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_SF8WMM0W9ETFHR0ZDAW6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) for my daughter's first game when she was 2 or 3 and they worked pretty well.
The guy in the Hawks jersey is actually Bryce's brother, Bryan, who is also a baseball player (a pitcher in AA/AAA for the Washington Nationals). Bryan is a massive Hawks fan. https://www.instagram.com/p/-oyzaXspeb/?taken-by=bryanharper45 https://www.instagram.com/p/-rV9BKMpRC/?taken-by=bryanharper45
Thanks anyway, but all the methods I've tried didn't work. I just ended up cancelling and found another way of watching the games.
ESPN app is trash anyway and full of bugs I constantly encountered. Honestly much preferred NHL Live.
I have both have PIA and ExpressVPN. None of them worked anymore.
Second this. I picked up a pair of these for my daughter and they worked pretty well: Snug Kids Ear Protection - Noise Cancelling Sound Proof Earmuffs/Headphones for Toddlers, Children & Adults https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HVCKQ04/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_1S88SWSE4NTFMMDGJ5V7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1.
I grabbed a pair of these (Snug Kids Ear Protection - Noise Cancelling Sound Proof Earmuffs/Headphones for Toddlers, Children & Adults https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HVCKQ04/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_NK48Y5GAHW9ZN0N2P62Z?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) for when my daughter was she was not quite 3 and going to her first game. She was only a little into it, and it was a long time to sit for her, but the kid friendly food helps and you can always get up and walk around a bit. There are also a few family restrooms around Staples which are super useful. However, they're not marked well, so look up their locations before you go and/or ask an attendant.
I can get you kings, or sharks, or a mixture of both if you win and vise versa if you like
Marilyn Manson's biography. It's not exactly a work of art but I can't deny it's pretty entertaining. Oooooh, The Martian is awaiting my attention on my to-read list. Whatchu think of it so far?
