Have you considered running a Wordpress site? There are a lot of wordpress themes out there that might be able to accommodate what you want to do. You would have to pay the hosting & domain of course (use wordpress.org, NOT wordpress.com, if you don't want the wordpress name in the URL) but to me this is absolutely worth it if you're looking to make a name for yourself.
If it's just about getting your music out there, utilizing social media like Soundcloud & Twitter could be helpful (& Instagram if you want to showcase your gear or even video of you at work).
I don't, at all, recommend using either Sibelius or Finale for sequencing, as that's not what they were originally created to do, though they can. Rather, use Logic, Digital Performer, Ableton, or any decent Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).
That being said, you can load 3rd-party sound libraries into both Sibelius or Finale, but you have to use a Sampler plug-in like Kontakt. And, of course, change your instrument settings to using Audio, rather than MIDI playback.
I don't know if they are the best ideas, but here are a couple of things that have worked for me in the past.
Go to meet ups. There is a site called meetup.com that, depending on where you live, might have a film or video game development group. Luckily for me, the city I live in has a pretty active indie film scene, so although I have only gone to one or two of them, I landed a gig or two. If not on meetup, there could be a Facebook group or something similar.
There are other social networking sites also. One that has gotten me some work is stage32.com. It is geared towards film and television, but it is a pretty active site with specific forums and a jobs section. Competition is pretty fierce, but you can make a lot of good connections. And with what we do, you don't necessarily need to be located near the other people to work with them.
yeah i didn't even put the arms on my chair because i often have to track guitar and bass, i much prefer not having them
personally I think the surface area on the Output desk looks great! but if you have lots of controllers and stuff it's annoying to reach over. I personally would recommend one of these (not this brand, I got this brand and there is an issue with the platter/surface itself not staying locked vertically) https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Notebook-Adjustable-Extension-STAND-V001L/dp/B00CM9NG1W
then you can bring stuff forward or push it away as you need it. if you end up with some touch controls like a raven this will be super helpful
